June 1, 2018 can't say enough about how great Mr. L. Gunn is. He has very open communication. With all the hurdles thrown his/our way (and me being a nervous wreck) he remained calm and professional. I look forward to working with him. I really couldn't have asked for a better management team. Update May 22, 2019: I have been in one of their properties for a year come June 1st. Leydi is the property manager I work with for any issues whether it be personal or with the house. She is very understanding given you communicate with her. Any issues that arise she has someone over immediately. If you're looking for a great management company this is it. From the approval to living here has been a great experience.
