Run dont walk away from this firm . Had 4 meetings with them and still didnt have a plan to retire. They did make sure to get our money tho. Closed out my retirement account so I cant return to it. We wanted an anaylsis to retire at 59-1/2. They can only do the standard 66 yrs old . They did an anylsis for 66 a total of 3 times. He does not listen to what your life plan is. If your okay with a retirement plan that does not stray from the normal then you will fit . Dont try to contact anyone after they have your money . All of a sudden everyone went home for the day at 3 oclock. I got a nice thank you from Joel after they transferred my money from my retirement acct. He said any issues to call . Well guess what? They will not let you speak to him if your a client of Eric. Dont put your life savings in the hands of these people!

Tried to meet with a advisor and made some appointments which I had to reschedule for unexpected circumstances that would not allow to make appointments. I called on 11-9-2017 to reschedule a appointment for that day for a 1 page review they always advertise on radio. Individual that answered phone stated that people that handle schedules are in a meeting and she would put me to voicemail. I stated last time I left a message no one called back. She states hold on and Scott gets on the phone and states they will not reschedule the appointment and they won't be able to help us. WOW! What a way to treat a potential client even if appointments were changed. Very unprofessional to say the least. Maybe Scott the scheduler needs to move on. Not the first time dealing with him and he always has a attitude like he's doing us a favor.

With some skepticism, I attended the free financial planning dinner/seminar in CT - Joel Johnson is an impressive and knowledgeable expert in the field of retirement and investment; glad I attended. I will be moving forward with their consultative services - we'll see how that goes...
