I had one of the best experiences with Bank of America. I walked in and felt immediately welcomed. Kaden Baker helped me through my banking troubles. I was on the edge to switching to this bank, but having Kaden help me through the process, I know I made the right decision. I definitely recommend going to this bank and asking for Kaden.

Sitting for almost 45 minutes to just get access to safe deposit box. I see no urgency on accommodating clients. They should know better and schedule more people on Saturday.....

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! No parking and the lines make it suck beyond what you could expect at any bank! Space for 5 tellers only one or 2 working...everyone else just walks around! I had to ask someone if I was in walmart so they could add an extra teller. They didn't!

Worst experience ever literally over an hour wait! Only TWO cashiers to help customers with 3 people helping open accounts. The manager literally in his office with his head phones on witnessing the line of how long it is. No restroom to accommodate not even my pregnant wife and son. Do not recommend this bank for anything. HOLIDAY time is the worst at this bank. Shame on the manager and on this company for not hiring or staffing enough employees for the amount of traffic they get. They don't even deserve one star.

Great staff and great financial services! However! This branch is WAY under-staffed on their busiest day - Saturday. The drive-thru is seldom open on Saturdays past 10:00 a.m. You're forced to go into the lobby and once inside, the line is literally snaking around the waiting area and it takes at least 20 minutes to make your way to a teller. It's very frustrating.

I have had accounts at Bank of America for over two decades, but I recently closed all of my accounts due to really poor customer service experiences I’ve had over the past year. While I don’t fall this particular branch for my customer service experiences, which were primarily dealing with corporate over the phone, the poor customer service experience I had at this branch was also very disappointing. When I arrived and to notified the bank that I was closing my accounts, I waited 10 minutes before I saw anybody -in spite of the fact that there were half a dozen employees who were idly chatting at their desks and nobody else in the branch at that moment. Once I sat down with an employee to actually close my accounts, it took almost an hour before the process was completed. This is completely unacceptable. It should have taken a fraction of the time it took them to help me. By comparison, I walked over to Oregon Credit Community Union and opened an account in half an hour and had very friendly and very prompt service. My family will never do business with this bank again.

Just had the worst costomer services at the location with Charles R Doucette "Financial Advisor". Never met anyone who is so disengaged, rude and unprofessional and had a customer service experience like this at the location or any other bank or anywhere else. At one point he tried to tell me how a credit card works. So disappointed because everyone else has been very helpful and professional at the location.

I went in today because I was a victim of a scam, I was directed by the police officer that I worked with to come and see what we could do about getting my money back. When I asked the blonde woman at the counter for help on the next step, she was very rude and short with me and I ended up leaving very flustered. Nobody even said goodbye on my way out. Overall not a good experience considering how nice they were to me last time I was in. Wouldn’t consider banking with this branch in the future based on how rude the tellers were. Though the young gentleman who works up front is very pleasant and helpful.

Long waiting time,they only have 2 bank tellers at any given time, any day of the week. If theirs 40 people in line they refuse to open a third teller, I've been here on a Friday with the line out the door and they still only have 2 people working. This location is no good. The outside ATM had a huge line that was giant the whole time we were there. Obviously they need a second or third ATM. Lane to get to the only ATM is narrow with a sharp turn. Then you have to go up a hill, so while you wait it is uphill. Not a good location to visit an ATM.

If you want to waste your time at a bank dealing with completely incompetent staff, look no further. If I could give no stars then I would. This place is ruining Bank of America’s reputation real fast and nobody seems to be taking any notice. This location wins the award for worst customer care, worst customer service and poor management. Bret wasted 1.5 hour of my time and yet no apology. Horrible to work with. I closed my account with BOA and opened an account with Service Credit Union. This branch always has a shortage of tellers. Long waits. High fees. Today, I went to the bank to deposit cash in a friend's account just to help her out. I was told that they would not accept cash if I didn't have an account there. They would accept a check. Somebody please help me understand that why a bank wouldn't allow you to make a cash deposit but would accept a check which is subject to bouncing. Bank of America is running their company right into the ground. It's no wonder they have the WORST customer service rating online. STAY AWAY.

The team here is amazing! From the security guard to the managers, tellers, and others, they do their best, going above and beyond to make sure I recieve the help I need. I do not mind waiting because they give everyone the same respect and level of service that they will give me when it is my turn. This is the kind of team that makes me remain their customer. They take a deposit from you then hold it for 9 days. if we were to take money from them ( overdraft, loan anything) they charge intrest or fees but they can hold my money for verification for way longer then necessary with no issues. very poor practices. then when I try and cancel the transaction to go to another bank that will not waste my time. I was told that they can't do anything and I will just have to wait. I have talked to my lawyer and they released the funds already. so I want to know how its legal to take my money do what you want with it for a week and a half then release it to me?

Went to the bank to cash a check and there was this young, slim, black hair guy up front in the customer service area he spoke Spanish and was on his phone. There was this older gentlemen in front off me not sure what he wanted however i didn'tike the way the customer service guy talked to him. He said I can help you with that after the gentleman waited in line for 30mn. The older gentleman said oh I didn't know I've been waiting in line. Just like that he wasn't rude or anything. Customer service guy answered with maybe you should have asked questions, you don't get no where if you don't ask how am I suppose to know? Very rude!!! I had to leave or I would have talked to the manager I even tried calling them a bunch of times and they never answered. Him being customer service should have asked if anyone needs help with whatever he does instead of letting us wait in line for 30mn while he's on his phone. I've used to work for the bank and I know when the line got long to ask what they were doing so I could point them in the right direction and if I Could help them with anything.

It's the worst bank experience ever. Obviously, all them think that they are better than their customers. You should feel graceful to them for serving you. I didn't see any smile from the reception to the banker. Someone should teach them how to shake hands. Touching the customer's hand finger tips isn't a hand shaking!!! If you don't want to get dirty by shaking customer's hands, then just say hi and not shake hands. The worst points is that they are very unfamiliar to their jobs. Can you believe that she ran out several time to ask other people how to do it in the whole process? At last, she told me her supervisor will do it for me in the evening. Guess what? I have been a depositor at Bank of America for over 20 years. They have always treated me right. And have always been willing to sit down and talk out any problems I might have had. They treat me like I'm the most valued depositor, whether I have $2 or $2,000. This place has a very nice feel to it. And I enjoy going here.

I agree with Laura Shulman. I have had the same experience at this location. It is a huge inconvenience to have to personally go to the bank to get what needs to be done when no one answers the phone to help you in what is needed. We use two other banks here for business and have never had an issue such as this with them. I can not understand how this bank is taking care of their customers and clients. I have been a customer since 1996 and have had this issue with many Bank of America locations. I am highly thinking of changing to a bank that answers their phone and takes care of their customers.

My husband and I recently moved to Chattanooga from a different state and needed to set up a new bank account. We set up an appointment for Saturday and were able to set up our account with Russell, who was super kind and amazing. He made the experience painless and fun. We genuinely enjoyed our time with him, and the location is lucky to have him!

Ive been with Bank of America since 1993 (military).....but i think i'm switching over to a different bank or credit union. Here is why. They closed another branch here locally and now this branch seems to be slowly dying. The biggest issue i see is the ridiculous hours this bank has. Open at 9am / closes at 4pm every day. Even worse on Saturday. What happens to the people that actually WORK during those hours? How is a person supposed to bank here if they are not open past 4pm?

This single location is the sole reason I will never bank with BOA again. I have never been treated so poorly by "professionals", I went in with my service dog and instead of being kindly greeted with smiles, I was greeted with cross eyed looks and the two men standing at the podium near the front kept whispering to each other and pointing. This was just unacceptable, it made me feel completely out of place even more than being down in Cherry Creek but unfortunately this is the only location near Denver. Horrible hours, impossible to bank here if you work normal hours. So I showed up on a Saturday morning to close an extra account we have. And there is ONE person who can do that. This bank branch does an excellent job at customer service considering they are the only Bank of America in a very large service area. They serve a ridiculously high volume of customers and the service I've received has always been courteous and relatively quick. It is hard to get them on the phone, but the in person experience is top notch. They really need to open another branch in the Ooltewah/Cleveland area.

I tried to use the ATM today and as soon as I put in my card the machine threw an error and kept my debit card. I went into the branch and approached Karen and explained what happened at the ATM. Karen told me that there was nothing that could be done, that no one at the branch has access to the ATM. When I asked who had access her response was that Loomis is the only ones with access but that they would not be able to give me my card back because I am not a Bank of America customer, I bank with USAA. Karen and I went back and forth, with me asking questions, for her to just tell me very matter of factly that nothing could be done. I asked to speak to her supervisor which she informed me that she is the branch manager and that there is no one above her at this location. What appalled me is that not once (except when I pointed it out to Karen) did she apologize to me for the inconvenience this has caused me. At no time was Karen actually rude with her verbage or her tone but my issue was that there was absolutely no sympathy from her, no remorse, and no empathy towards me and the situation that was created due to the malfunction of her machine. My debit card is linked to so many of my accounts, it automatically pays many of my bills on a monthly basis. This machine malfunction has terribly inconvenienced me as I am now without a debit card and with the 1st of the month tomorrow, my car payment and other automatic payments will get rejected as my card has had to be cancelled. Had Karen showed an ounce of empathy, sympathy, remorse or even apologized prior to me acknowledging the fact that she didn't, I wouldn't have been upset and probably wouldn't be even writing this review. And might I remind you, none of this is my fault. This is all due to a machine malfunction as I didn't push a single button prior to this error occurring.

I have been a BoA customer for nearly 10 years, though I had never been to this location, other than to use the ATM. I needed a document notarized and saw from previous reviews that notaries were done here. I tried calling twice before leaving work to go there, but neither call was answered. I arrive a little while after my failed attempts to call. The place was nearly empty, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't have been able to answer. It would have saved me a trip and my time since I had to go in person just to find out that there is no longer a notary there. BoA should have this information available and updated on their site for each location. They owe it to their customers to be transparent and helpful.

I had to visit this bank more than once because they needed to verify a check from my employer. Finding the solution for this problem is not what bothered me. How I was treated while trying to get this issue resolved is a BIG PROBLEM! The FIRST DAY, I stood in there for over 30 minutes in line. They had to call someone on their backend to see if they could cash the check that HAD THEIR BANK NAME ON IT AND MY NAME ON IT. I had my ID. I was told that I needed to reach out to my HR. Nothing else was explained to me. They shewed me away and I walked out feeling like, what’s wrong. I called my HR and went back the NEXT DAY(today). Wait time wasn’t that long. Whatever release was holding a check that I WORKED FOR, was released. Cool, all good. The teller that helped me sat in front of me rubbing my ID and flipping my check around like I was fishy. The manager ( I assume) remember me from the the day before, he asked if I had gotten it taken care of, I was like yes. The teller behind the desk handed me my ID and my check and said “it still don’t work.” Gave me ZERO eye contact, asked me ZERO QUESTIONS EVEN THOUGH SHE OBVIOUSLY SAW ME ON THE PHONE WITH PAYROLL. I bet if I had an account with them or If I was trying to deposit a $15,000 dollar check I would have received much better assistance and been given much better service especially since there were people there that knew I had been there for 2 days STRAIGHT. I only got answers when I asked but as a customer I’m asking because I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON. Customers dont know the in and outs of your business. If you see a customer no matter the age, race, size, sexual orientation, membership, or what you see or think they have in their account, make sure your customers are treated with 100% respect. I have been a store manager for 3 years. I just moved to Tennessee 3 months ago. I’m here rebuilding a store for these same reasons. Good customer service can defuse a situation even if their situation was not resolved in store. I was given a card from a rep the first day I visited this location for information about setting up an account with them. I would NOT bank with Bank of America at this point even if it was the last bank here. Not because of the situation that I KNOW they had no control over but solely because of the way I was treated and how I felt when I left. There are people that work at the bank who are there to help maintain and educate customers about the money that THEY make. I don’t understand why I left there 2 days feeling the same way when I was helped by different people both visits. I sense a culture problem.

I use this Bank for my work. Doing deposits are a pain in the butt if you have to make them after Bank hours Kama I sit in line sometimes for over an hour because their ATM is right in the same drive-thru Wayne as the night drop deposit. They're not careful with their deposit slips. The tellers inside are extremely nice not too fond of the bank manager. Don't waste your time coming here. I drove 15 minutes here to open up a new checking account and enquire about their cashback rewards credit card. I waited 20 minutes to see a banker even though there was noone else there. When I finally saw someone, I was told I would need to go online to set up the accounts?! What a waste of my time. I went in today because I was a victim of a scam, I was directed by the police officer that I worked with to come and see what we could do about getting my money back. When I asked the blonde woman at the counter for help on the next step, she was very rude and short with me and I ended up leaving very flustered. Nobody even said goodbye on my way out. Several of the relationship managers here at this branch are very disrespectful to middle-class families. With the recent news of them trying to screw over hard-working families it should come as no surprise. I tried to apply for a cash-out refinance of my primary home to help with my daughter's college. The banker took one look at our tax returns and pretty much told us that we shouldn't even bother applying because our income was too low. It would be a waste of her time! She was disrespectful and condescending. She even suggested we try payday lenders if we were really desperate for money! I couldn't believe it. I hope they really get a fix on their attitude. Horrible to work with. I closed my account with BOA and opened an account with Service Credit Union. This branch always has a shortage of tellers. Long waits. High fees. Today, I went to the bank to deposit cash in a friend's account just to help her out. I was told that they would not accept cash if I didn't have an account there. They would accept a check. Somebody please help me understand that why a bank wouldn't allow you to make a cash deposit but would accept a check which is subject to bouncing. Bank of America is running their company right into the ground. It's no wonder they have the WORST customer service rating online. STAY AWAY.

They take a deposit from you then hold it for 9 days. if we were to take money from them ( overdraft, loan anything) they charge intrest or fees but they can hold my money for verification for way longer then necessary with no issues. very poor practices. then when I try and cancel the transaction to go to another bank that will not waste my time. Ive been with Bank of America since 1993 (military).....but i think i'm switching over to a different bank or credit union. Here is why. They closed another branch here locally and now this branch seems to be slowly dying. The biggest issue i see is the ridiculous hours this bank has. Open at 9am / closes at 4pm every day. Even worse on Saturday. What happens to the people that actually WORK during those hours? How is a person supposed to bank here if they are not open past 4pm?

I walked in this institution at 3:36 today, and there was approximately 6 people ahead of me. I waited in line for over 20 minutes with 2 tellers on the teller line, and there were about 7 people in line behind me. I approach the teller to make a deposit, and was told I'm sorry we don't take cash deposits for non-customers. I understand that every bank has their own policies set in place, but you guys need a sign visible for non Bank of America customers. The teller wasn't friendly nor asked me if I would be interested in opening an account there. (Perfect opportunity). Some of the employees appeared very sloppy in attire. This is a professional environment! Management needs to step in and further train their staff on cross-sales and appropriate work attire!

I made a deposit thru the ATM on Friday 7/12/19 before 5:00pm (the wait in the lobby is always too long). My funds will be available until 7/23/19 because the funds were put on "Hold". I am now used to wait 2-3days for the ckeck to be cleared, even though is from the same bank!. But this time the hold is way too long, and their excuses are ridiculous! Is very upsetting and Noone seems to care. All they tell you is: get direct deposit, or go inside cash it, and then make a deposit. They try to blame my employer, but the funds were cleared right away. Because we have the same bank. Maybe if, the wait wasn't too long, i would consider to go inside. did i also mention that this branch does not offer drive thru services. If you are one day late or if they haven't received the payment by the required due date....due the mail they call continuously. I have banked w a few other banks over the years, but Bank Of America has resolved my issues so quickly n w ease. The only 1 thing that I kind of disagree w is my monthly maintenance fee because of not being able to maintain the higher balance. Other than that I'm very happy w this bank. Also they offer a secured credit card w a low deposit to help you rebuild ur credit n don't require a start up fee to start using the credit card. Just a $39 annual fee that comes on ur 1st billing statement.

Terrible. I opened a bank account online and finished opening it in the bank with a Banker and for no reason they closed my acct leaving me stranded and unable to get to my cash. Even the nice Banker Pepi was pretty baffled at rhis it's now been almost a week and they still have MY MONEY in an acct that they have closed. I've spent enough time in the bank and on the phone with these idiots and no one can give me an explanation. .They just lost me as a customer and I went down the road to Key Bank which was completely hassle free. +1 to bad customer service. They are pleasant but EXTREMELY slow and never have more than one teller working, no matter how long the line. The customer is their least priority. They will be chatting, counting money BY HAND (!), etc., looking you right in the eye but not step up to the next window to speed up the process. There is no parking ever, people have to doublepark, and they also closed at night and on week-ends, making it impossible for a working person to use their services.

Recently my account started being charged a $25 maintence fee without notifying me after an account change. Called Bank of America customer support and they would not reverse the fee. Large banks taking advantage of average customers with fraudulent billing practices is common practice nowadays, and BoA is leading the pack. I don't normally want to step into a brick and mortar bank unless I absolutely have to. That being said, the banking agent was friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. She was more than willing to get me a reference letter to apply for a credit card (from a competitor no less). She then went on to get me instant approval for one of their credit products and even had it expedited to me in two days at no charge. I think the reason why a lot of people have bad experiences is because they fail to schedule an appointment. From what the bank manager told me, they are a new entrant into the Denver market and don't have many locations and everything is funneled through them. It also would have helped to know that they have parking facilities and will validate your parking.

I have had two separate experiences with this branch that ended with opposite results. One good and one bad. And not just a little bad but terrible. The first experience there, to my surprise, was very pleasant. The bank is located in Cherry Creek shopping center. One of the most elite shopping malls in Denver that houses all the brand names and fashions people both rich and poor love. I realize that this area attracts the "boujie" judge mental type to not only shop but to also work there. Normally would take my business else where to avoid judge mental stares, and assumptions that I'm there to cause trouble but Bank of America doesn't have very many locations, especially locations that are familiar with the Money Network program. Back to my first experience, to my surprise, the young lady greeted me with a smile, promptly handled the business at hand and cashed my checks. She even made the mistake of quoting me a service fee, but quickly apologized when she realized her error. Again, I was pleasantly surprised so when she asked me did I want to set an appointment to come open an account I agreed! She was so pleasant, how could I not! I figured I'd look into the company and what they have to offer! I left feeling good about the whole experience! Three days later, I went into the office to cash another check as I had done earlier in the week. This time I was greeted by a gentleman who seem nervous. When he tried to process my check he didn't do it in the same manner and the young lady did earlier in the week. The young lady use the telephone to access my account information and verify the transaction. the gentleman tried to process my check as if it was a normal check. So I knew something was going to go wrong. He told me he could not cash the check and advise that I speak with whoever wrote the check for me. I explained to him that it was my account, and that I had been in the office and earlier in the week and had two previous checks cashed, for 10 times the amount of the check that I was trying to cash that day, with no problems. I asked that he get a manager to help advise on the situation. I was concerned he didn't know how to cash the checks since they aren't conventional checks. When the manager approached she took one look at the screen, wrote RTM on the check, looked at me and stated I'm sorry we can't cash your check. I asked her why and started to explain when she just nodded her head and looked at me firmly and repeated herself tight lipped and under her breathe, "I'm sorry we can cash your check, you have to contact mMoney Network, we can't call them. And just gave me my check back. I just stood there, feeling humiliated and unable to get the only money I had in my possession. I was confused so I called Money network just to be sure everything was correct when I processed the transaction, and they confirmed everything was fine. The confirmation that The transaction went through successfully with confirmation that the lady was just being stubborn and not wanting to help me due to her own personal reasons. Without listening to me she just told me she was unable to cash the check, she didn't attempt to give me any explanation. She didn't try to help me figure out what the problem was or listen to the fact that I cashed checks previously in the week. Instead she treated me like a pest and promptly rushed me out of line. When I called Bank of America to confirm my transaction went through and they stated the error is on their end. I'm not stopping at this review, I'm writing a letter to go to the Corp office as well as this branches manager. I want them to know the situation and how their managers at the Cherry Creek Branch are treating their customers!

This is the best Bank of America location. I walked in and was greeted and assisted right from the door. I needed to make a credit card payment for my mother and at first the teller said I wasn't authorized but one of the branch managers stepped in by the name Heather and was willing to make an exception for me. She didn't have to do that but she did and I'm very appreciative. I feel all the associates are first class professionals, and the bank is blessed to have Heather as an employee! Customer service here is very poor. The receptionist is rude. Bank of America is okay if you never have to deal with an actual person. Don't even think about calling this branch because nobody will ever answer. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in touch with the branch manager multiple times but it's impossible. I needed to make a cash deposit for my daughter for an emergency, and they would not allow it because I was not on the account. I don't bank here, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with the lobby staff more often. Nhu, a female associate at this branch has been particularly rude and impolite every time I come in. She maintains an attitude that it's my fault that I am occupying her time while at work and that I should be punished for doing so. I've come in several times because I haven't received any e-mails or calls about closing an account despite being told I would. Then, after coming in personally to check in on the status of said account, I was rushed out by Nhu and told subtly not to come back in and to wait for a call or e-mail which may or may not come through to me. Unprofessional behavior, and this post won't change anything but maybe someone like myself will know what they're getting into when they step foot into this branch.

I have had an account with BOA (Gunbarrel Rd. Chatt., TN )going on 16 months. I started working again from home and I was able to open my account online which was a bonus for me. Last Fri my husband was out of town. Nowadays the best way to transfer money is through zelle. Well I made a first time transfer to my husband of $5 to see if it was working properly on his end and if the money was available immediately or if he had to wait. Well it wasn't working so I decided to get online using my desktop and transfer money the old fashion way, which was my first time doing it this way. So I wasn't having success. I called BOA and advised the rep I'm trying to send my husband some money. He stated he did see a $5 transfer. I advised him its a small amount because receiving money this way was new to him and if it wasn't avaible asap I would need to send it another way. So the rep advised he could undo the $5 payment. I agreed. He advised me to do another transfer. This time I did a $250 transfer. He immediately saw it and also saw that its not going directly to his bank. With setting up with zelle I figured you could use the email address OR the phone number. The rep made me aware that you have to use what it is they set their account up with. He set his acct up using his phone number but I sent the two transfers to his email address. So the rep canceled the transfer for $250 also. While on the phone with the rep he advised me to use his phone number and try again. I couldn't login to my bank app nor zelle. It was saying I am locked out. Ok so he transfers me to someone. They tell me BOA has just decided today that they no longer want to do business with me. I'm also told my account is on freeze and of course I didn't understand the type of treatment I was receiving from the BOA employees on the phone. I asked why, they told me they did not have to give me a reason why because its stated in the contract that no reason is needed from neither parties to cancel the contract at any given moment. Anyways so then after four departments (maybe 3) telling me the same nonsense I asked can I go and retrieve my funds. I am told "no, and they have to send in a request for me to retrieve MY funds". I was beyond livid. The request can take three days (remind you this was on a Friday and my husband was trying to receive money so he can drive back in town from out of state) and I would need to call back and see if my request is granted to receive my funds. I have never expected a bank I have been with at least 16 months to treat a banking customer this way. I have never had any kind of issues with my bank. The rep who initially picked up my call, is the rep who canceled out both transactions. I tired explaining that to the next representive but it was ignored as if I were a crook of some sort. You don't want to do business with me for a uncalled for reason but..you feel you have the authority to hold onto my funds which were funds that were in my account. Life still goes on regardless of the insufficient way they are training these representatives who pick up our phone calls. He should have learned in his training that you cant just cancel the transfers back to back like that. He only canceled two and it locked my whole account up. Shame on BOA. I am actually waiting until the bank opens up this morning to speak with someone face to face about releasing MY money to me today. My life has not paused because of the poor customer service training they have given to people to talk to and to work on regarding important matters as of money transferring and etc.

I contacted online customer specialise for opening a minor saving account and I was directed to go to Bank of America in Fillmore from Northglenn ,when I got there it was 2 p.m. and customer assistance did not help since it was 2.00p.m. and directed us to a location in Boulder which was further than the one in Denver and when I wanted to get out of parking my ticket was not accepted by the machine and there was no one there to help me and after 15 min waiting in parking lot to get out a guy came and even though the parking for Bank of America 's customers was free for 30 min he charged me for $5 and I paid it without argument since cars were in line behind me and I was tired after 40 min driving to Denver and waiting 15 min in parking lot just to open a minor account, Why?!!?

I called this number and of course, the customer service line had a recorded answering machine that said that all customer service representatives were busy and couldn't take my call. It's 2 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon. How busy can they be. I thought Obama was going to regulate all of these banks, but no one has any control over them. Just read yesterday that Elizabeth Warren found out Goldman Sachs has developed a way all bankers can tweet and text their information so that there will be absolutely no way they can be prosecuted for their indiscretions. The customer engagement team is always free :) coming around and asking if they can help when people are in long queue. Locker facility is full and there is no plans to increase even if the demand is more. Comerica and Chase in Dearborn are much better.

Went in on a Friday, the worst day ever! Long line for inside tellers. By the way there was two inside tellers and one drive thru teller. This bank is way too busy on a Friday, to not have more tellers working. Went to drive up ATM...wow, couldn't make a deposit there, wasn't available at the time. Such a Hugh nice bank and nobody works there, at least not on 2/10/17. I was very frustrated that I was not able to make a deposit. I was use to using my bank in Eutaw shopping center, but nooooo they closed it. Now all this waiting in long lines and waiting forever to speak to a teller. Recently my account started being charged a $25 maintence fee without notifying me after an account change. Called Bank of America customer support and they would not reverse the fee. Large banks taking advantage of average customers with fraudulent billing practices is common practice nowadays, and BoA is leading the pack. There is no way for customers to stand up for themselves other than by switching banks.

They send me a secure email with all my statements a few months ago, as of now they decide to delete all my statements from their end off of the secure email without my request. Why? Now I can no longer have my document and I'm going to get destroyed in court for not having my evidence. Unbelievable. If I wanted my documents deleted then I would do it myself. There was at least 20 people inside in line people kept walking out of their offices and would see the line and not one of them offered to help anyone in line. It took 20 mins for one of the tellers to help a person with their transaction. This isn't the first time that this has happened it's like this almost everyday during lunch. You would think they wouldn't schedule people to take lunch during this time.

I tried refinancing my mortgage through this location and it was disaster. The mortgage officer took almost 3 months to get things together and the time for the loan ending up ending so we can to cancel the process. This has been utterly ridiculous and I’ve NEVER had a loan process go this poorly. I’ve been with BOA for years and this is the only location I’ve had a problem with. There’s no excuse for how poorly my account was handled.

These so called professionals would not give me a receipt for the $8.00 they charged me for cashing a check. I was told that it's not their responsibility for my taxes. If you have an account with this Institution ask yourself, if it's the biggest, strongest, wealthiest bank, why do they treat account holders and non account holders different? Do you ever want me to bank here? Honestly I have had business, personal, home and auto loans @ banq of America. They treated my employees like criminals and made them line up in a separate line to cash their paychecks because they didn't have an account. Back then it was only $4, but I had 27 employees. She would not help only if he had ID, but I had my ID&bank card. Frustrate ensued. No alert on our account, no suspension, she said come back when fraud had occurred. Overview This branch did not help me resolve an issue even though the branch manager was in a position to do so. The assistant branch manager at the Harbor Blvd. branch in Anaheim, California, refused to provide notary services for urgent documents and then tried to renege on a promise to reimburse me for having to pay for the services elsewhere. I was directed to the Draper branch to get my reimbursement but Draper's branch manager did not help me at all. To be clear, the Draper branch did not cause the original issue prompting my complaint, but he also didn't do anything to help resolve the problem either. What Happened On Friday, March 1, I was on my way home from a vacation. My mom had some urgent documents she needed notarized, and I looked on my phone and saw the BoA branch on Harbor Blvd. in California. When we arrived, it was not busy. I asked an employee to get documents notarized but she said I had to have an appointment. Nowhere on the branch's website did it say an appointment was required for notary services. The assistant manager wouldn't budge either, even though I pulled out all the stops. I asked for an exception for being such a loyal customer for over a decade. I told her I had a just spent almost $2,000 on my BoA credit card to pay for my vacation. She just kept repeating that I needed an appointment, as if I were deaf or stupid. She made NO effort to check her schedule, to see if someone could squeeze me in, or to check if another nearby branch was available. In the time she spent arguing with me, she could have notarized my documents herself and sent us on our way. Again, the branch was not busy and I feel like I could have been seen. The assistant manager finally told me that I could go to a UPS store two blocks away and that BoA would reimburse the expense. I had to wait an hour and pay $20. The next morning, I called her about getting the reimbursement and she directed me to my local branch (Draper). I scheduled an appointment. Monday comes and I'm on my way to the appointment, which is 35 minutes away. The Anaheim assistant manager called me when I'm about 10 minutes out saying that I would not be getting the reimbursement after all because I do not have a BoA savings or checking account. I asked why she was springing this on me at the last minute, for she made NO mention of my needing a bank in ANY of our previous interactions (in our first interaction I told her I had a credit card with BoA). Reneging at the last minute was extremely unprofessional and my status as a credit card customer should be enough. She got super defensive and tried to place the blame on me. When I arrived at the Draper branch, the greeter knew something was up because he immediately fetched the manager. The manager listened and agreed more should have been done to take care of me, but he made no effort to help resolve the situation. He said there was nothing he could do, insisting that he couldn't give me a reimbursement without my having a bank account, that he could not "issue a credit against a credit." He's in a bank for crying out loud; surely there was something he could do! I asked if he could issue me a check, or give me cash against a withdrawal slip, or credit against his corporate expense account. He offered nothing. I had driven all the way up there and he was content to let me walk out of his branch empty handed. He didn't cause the problem, but his apathetic attitude is consistent with what I have come to expect from BoA. All he did was provide me with the phone number of the Anaheim district manager. The Anaheim district manager was in fact able to send me a check (for 75% of the expected amount), but I'm annoyed I had to jump through so many hoops. I'm disappointed that this branch manager was so apathetic toward helping a customer. He didn't cause the original issue but he sure didn't help resolve it either. BoA branch managers need more training on procedures and need a greater sense of urgency when assisting customers. I would warn people to avoid BoA for banking services.

Never have I experienced any thing as more absurd as the fact that someone else had a third party get their check cashed by their parents. I hope they step up with new employees and get rid of the unhelpful staff that is present now. We are not in a ressesion to be experiencing delays or cut backs. Have your ID ready when you go to deposit cash, or they will think you are laundering money. Was ID'ed for a $100 deposit once. No apologies for long waits, 30 minutes in drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. Maybe they should ask people who have large transactions to go inside. Overall, this bank is lacking customer service and competent staff. The branch manager should be terminated immediately and some serious changes should be made if they want customer retention. Getting my folks to move their money to another bank as well.

I had recently moved to Colorado after spending my entire life on the east coast, where BOA ATMs and branches were aplenty. I was a relatively satisfied BOA customer, having been with them since 2000. After arriving in Denver and seeing the lack of BOA facilities available, I was wondering if I had to make the switch to the more ubiquitous Chase bank. However, I was happy to finally see BOA make a presence in Colorado at the branch on 1st Ave. However, after the service I received at the 1st Ave location in Cherry Creek on 7/10/2015, I will definitely be pulling my money and closing my account with them. I had arrived 45min before closing to simply talk to someone regarding the refund of a few maintenance fees, as well as closing a savings account. Typically a 5-10 min affair based on similar episodes I have had with BOA in the past. Instead of a pleasant response, Rivka, the circulating BOA attendant, abruptly said that they will have to schedule me for another day and that they cannot accommodate me that day due to a number of customers already waiting to be seen. Both appalled and confused, I asked for an explanation about why I am being turned away as I am clearly not showing up 5 minutes before closing. Requests to speak to a manager resulted in numerous back and forth deals with Rivka disappearing to supposedly retrieve a manager, but only to come back with more BS. What was even more appalling was that I could see her approaching the manager behind the counter and him repeatedly refusing to come talk to me. This went on for 15 mins as I waited in the lobby. After becoming firm with Rivka with all the run-around, she finally scampered back to the manager and returned saying that I must wait for him on the side. Ignoring her crass tone, the manager, Aaron Jensen, finally emerged to speak with me (we are now working on 25min since my arrival). He was just as short and uncompromising as his junior colleague, saying that I only have two options: schedule an appointment or call customer service. He further stated that an appointment is required and "that this has always been the case". I found this interesting, as it says no such thing under the branch information and I had never been treated this way in a (BOA) banking center before. I took his information, a card for customer service, and left. I immediately called customer service and filed a complaint with the escalation department. What I find absolutely ridiculous about this is that instead of being BSed for 25 minutes, I was never given other reasonable options to handle the case: 1) talk to a teller 2) make an associate available (does everyone turn into pumpkins at closing time and thus cannot stay a few minutes later?) or 3) respectfully explain the situation and offer to allow me to use one of their phones to call a customer service rep who is willing to assist. In the 25 minutes I spent there, amidst Rivka running around and using delay tactics to push me away, it seems reasonable to suggest that my case could have been addressed and resolved. Instead, I was made to feel like I was just a bother to which proper attention could not be afforded. I do bank with Chase as well and have never been treated this way or turned away, even when I make it with only 5 minutes before closing after rushing from work. A few customers who overheard my debacle expressed similar disgust over how Rivka and Aaron Jensen handled the situation. You would think that, per Aaron Jensen, since the 1st Ave location is new and serving as a test site, that customer service would be top notch. That you would want to attract (additional) customers based on such good service, thus confirming the need/want to expand the company in Denver. However, with his supposed take on customer service, his apparent incompetence in time/resource management, and his overall perfunctory attitude to making customers feel like nothing but an account, I could not see him, or BOA being successful in the land where better banks such as Chase exist.

Waited around 15 minutes with 4 people in front of me with 2 tellers working. The tellers didn't look confident in what they were doing. Double checking and being extra careful, taking their sweet time. Either these tellers are incompetent or they've only been working there for a couple of weeks. I was lucky to get there when I did because when it was finally my turn, there were 10 people in line. I had a simple transaction. Depositing cash into my sister's account who lives in another state. The teller was unbelievably slow. She even went to the money counter machine and ran my 15 20 dollar bills through it twice! That's right, she didn't want to count the 300 dollars herself. The transaction took a little over 5 minutes, not kidding. If my sis needs some quick cash again, I'll just overnight a check or wire it. This is like literally the only BofA in Denver so I never want to have to go in there again, ever.

Just horrible. Went in to get some cash on a Friday and I guess because it was 5pm the tellers were dragging really bad. There was no customer service what so ever. The teller never smiled in fact he was more concerned on why I wanted specific dominations of money after he asked me if I "really" wanted the amount I wrote down on the paper. Which I replied "yes". Everytime me I go in there the service is horrible. I only go to the Mack machine because I don't want to keep paying fees at the gas station. I've also went in before and requested a large amounts of money and the female teller gave me a very "how did you get this money" kind of look. Mind you I work at Northrop Grumman right down the street. Smh This bank also caters to Hispanic people which I have no issues with but trying to teach a foreigner how to use the Mack machine in a new country during peak hours is the wrong time. New accounts should be done during non-peak hours it helps things run more smoother.

Unprofessional behavior from The Notary, I needed to verify some information in order to complete the I9 form for a new job, the notary made me go back all the way home to bring my ID without even verifying if she can complete the form or not (verification of my info). Plus I provided two forms of identification documents which means that the ID is not necessary in this case. when I provided my ID she was still not able to help me because of other reasons. my point is next time it will be smart if you make sure you can provide any service before asking for more documents and waisting my time.

BOA customer since 2007 and I have closed all my accounts because of this one bank. Poor customer service, rude and unfriendly staff, minimum 30 minute wait times to see the 2 of 3 tellers on staff, no parking and always forced to use the automated ATM while the 2 staff stand at the podium next to the long line just chatting and checking cell phones. If you must bank with BOA in Denver, please use the ATMs across the street at the mall. At the mall there is plenty of parking, faster lines (if any), and no unpleasant BOA reps. Came for notary services. A manager demanded to see our documents that we needed notarized, then explain what they are in front of 7 other customers. Then he said he will help us in a few minutes. In a few minutes another manager came out and dd tue same thing, demanding to see our documents and explain in front of 7 other people in the waitng area. Then he said he has a 30 minute appointment in front of us, and if we dont want to wait we can go to thr Fed Ex near by for notary. Well, the Fed Ex does not have a notary. I have never in my memory had such a negative experience with a bank. On top of all of this they are acting unreasonable in other ways. They often have long lines and a max of two tellers who look like they are in no rush. And good luck going there on Saturday.

This bank sucks, first the list ATM sites as branches so I drove to Methuen and it was just an ATM, then it took like 20 Minutes on the phone with their lousy automated system that does not accept 0 for operator, then I finally got a location and drove like 20 minutes to get there and stood in front to the drive up window and after 5 minutes went inside only to find out they have not used that window In a long time and just could not be bothered to put a fricking sign up. All the money they issue comes with debt attached to it. There is more debt than all the money in the world. Fractional reserve lending ensures that society will never quit working to pay off the fake debt. If the planet is in debt, who do we owe this debt to, MARS? We don't. Its a scam. Banks have proven themselves un-trustworthy in so many different ways. Why not use a credit union and crypto currencies. Once you have one credit union, you can use an ATM at almost any other credit union. They are all linked. Crypto currencies are so much more efficient for international business. Even JP Morgan is a part of the cypto currencies and contracts run through Etherium. Banks will have to either get on board with blockchain programs or wind up like Blockbuster did when Netflix came along. I hope they are not paying attention.

How does management continue to let this BOA branch operate the way it does is atrocious. I moved to chattanooga 2 years ago from Atlanta and this is the closest branch to me. I’ve never been able to step into this bank and not have to spend at lease 30 minutes waiting in line. They are way under staff and have one teller assisting 14 waiting customers. Corporate please look into this branch and come up with a fix. This is absolutely ridiculous and not how a BOA should operate!!

How about 0 stars google. Stood in a line of 25 with two tellers at 4:30pm today. When I finally reached the front of the line and got the cash I needed the Hispanic associate says you know you can withdraw up to $700 from the atm I said I already withdrew $500 I came inside because I needed more than $700. She says just letting you know because you didn’t look happy standing in line. I exclaimed I’m expecting what pregnant woman would have a smile standing in line for 20 minutes, she says oh okay. He told me if I wanted to get it notarized I would have to go to Jersey. First of all, what? And secondly, Sir...I walked 3 blocks to UPS and they did it in 5 min thank you very much. Poor customer service. I am disappointed. A customer of BOA since 2005, I opened accounts in a different bank when I moved to CO. When they opened the Denver Branch, I brought my money back but the Small Business department and Personal Banking is absolutely lacking quality in service. I've been banking with bank of America since 2012, last week I deposit 500$ online, they ended taken it out for bad quality image, not a problem right... I went to this location and explain what is going on and a lady keep trying to tell me that it went through!? Like how ?!?!? And she still keep saying that it was there... after I called bank of America from bank of America "which sounds dumb" but that's what they told me to do... If you go to this branch do not let Hector take care of you. He does not know what he is doing. He screwed up my dad's 401k transfer and caused my dad almost 20 thousand dollars from his retirement. He got out of it by lying to his managers. He thought my dad didn't speak English so while on the phone with his managers he put all the blame on my dad thinking he wouldn't understand what he was saying. He told my dad they are not there to give financial advice. The manager took his side. My parents have been banking there for over 25 years.

I'm working for a small company and when the owner opened the account they told him , during 30 days the Bank will have the right to put in hold some checks ,however and after 45 days they still putting in hold checks and after 10 days the company still waiting Bank of America release the founds. The company is having a really hard time because without money how is possible do payments and still doing the properly function of the company?? Needed a replacement card. Waited 15 minutes while office people worked with no apparent sense of urgency with one client each. Common courtesy would say if they were going to be that long to excuse themselves, check with each other and appraise me of a long wait. Nice people in a convenient location. Easy to get into, but hard to get out: Service is always slow due to there not being enough tellers. Last time I was there the drive thru teller was handling both the drive thru and the counter until another teller came over to help. Update: as of late 2017 the teller assisted drive-thru window is no longer available. However, I never used it and for me that’s no loss. I will add that in the last few months there seem to be more tellers available inside and the wait time is now very short and quite reasonable. Also, there often seems to be a greeter whose job is to get you sorted if you’re unsure of where to go for assistance. As a result I am moving their rating up from two stars to four.

Overview This branch did not help me resolve an issue even though the branch manager was in a position to do so. The assistant branch manager at the Harbor Blvd. branch in Anaheim, California, refused to provide notary services for urgent documents and then tried to renege on a promise to reimburse me for having to pay for the services elsewhere. I was directed to the Draper branch to get my reimbursement but Draper's branch manager did not help me at all. To be clear, the Draper branch did not cause the original issue prompting my complaint, but he also didn't do anything to help resolve the problem either. What Happened On Friday, March 1, I was on my way home from a vacation. My mom had some urgent documents she needed notarized, and I looked on my phone and saw the BoA branch on Harbor Blvd. in California. When we arrived, it was not busy. I asked an employee to get documents notarized but she said I had to have an appointment. Nowhere on the branch's website did it say an appointment was required for notary services. The assistant manager wouldn't budge either, even though I pulled out all the stops. I asked for an exception for being such a loyal customer for over a decade. I told her I had a just spent almost $2,000 on my BoA credit card to pay for my vacation. She just kept repeating that I needed an appointment, as if I were deaf or stupid. She made NO effort to check her schedule, to see if someone could squeeze me in, or to check if another nearby branch was available. In the time she spent arguing with me, she could have notarized my documents herself and sent us on our way. Again, the branch was not busy and I feel like I could have been seen. The assistant manager finally told me that I could go to a UPS store two blocks away and that BoA would reimburse the expense. I had to wait an hour and pay $20. The next morning, I called her about getting the reimbursement and she directed me to my local branch (Draper). I scheduled an appointment. Monday comes and I'm on my way to the appointment, which is 35 minutes away. The Anaheim assistant manager called me when I'm about 10 minutes out saying that I would not be getting the reimbursement after all because I do not have a BoA savings or checking account. I asked why she was springing this on me at the last minute, for she made NO mention of my needing a bank in ANY of our previous interactions (in our first interaction I told her I had a credit card with BoA). Reneging at the last minute was extremely unprofessional and my status as a credit card customer should be enough. She got super defensive and tried to place the blame on me. When I arrived at the Draper branch, the greeter knew something was up because he immediately fetched the manager. The manager listened and agreed more should have been done to take care of me, but he made no effort to help resolve the situation. He said there was nothing he could do, insisting that he couldn't give me a reimbursement without my having a bank account, that he could not "issue a credit against a credit." He's in a bank for crying out loud; surely there was something he could do! I asked if he could issue me a check, or give me cash against a withdrawal slip, or credit against his corporate expense account. He offered nothing. I had driven all the way up there and he was content to let me walk out of his branch empty handed. He didn't cause the problem, but his apathetic attitude is consistent with what I have come to expect from BoA. All he did was provide me with the phone number of the Anaheim district manager. The Anaheim district manager was in fact able to send me a check (for 75% of the expected amount), but I'm annoyed I had to jump through so many hoops. I'm disappointed that this branch manager was so apathetic toward helping a customer. He didn't cause the original issue but he sure didn't help resolve it either. BoA branch managers need more training on procedures and need a greater sense of urgency when assisting customers. I would warn people to avoid BoA for banking services.

Horrible banking experience, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in to have my debit card replaced I was told to wait and that I would be helped shortly. Great right? So after waiting, I was told by the bank representative that I would not be seen until 2 pm, a 2 hour wait. Mind you I was the only customer in the bank. No one else was in the bank, it was me the teller, and the bank representative. This was at 11:45, her reasoning was that she had an appointment at noon. It takes 10 minutes to give someone a temporary card. She had plenty of time to help me and told me she would help me and didn’t. She was extremely rude when I pointed out there was no one else to help she stated that she didn’t have the time that it would take longer than 15 mins to provide me with a replacement card. If it takes her more than 15 minutes she clearly has poor time management skills. I have never walked in an had to make an appointment to be helped. Nor did Bank of America notify me of this new process. (Which isn’t even a new process because I am writing this at another location where I am being helped as a walk in and I only have to wait for the one person ahead of me.) Her complete lack of empathy and understanding as well as her manner were really unacceptable. I work during business hours I rarely have an opportunity to make it to the bank. I can’t schedule an appointment because my schedule changes, I don’t have predictable time off and there are no accommodations for people in my situation? Really? I am incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service at this location. If you say that you are going to help someone you should follow through and not make excuses for your inability to get a task accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. Edit: the second location I went to was able to get me a new card in 5 minutes. The person at the location on alemeda had plenty of time to help me but chose not to help me. Not only does she lack time management skills but also has poor decision quality. The people at the other location were shocked by my experience and told me that is not typical and should never happen.

They always make you wait as long as they can get away with. I went in this morning to cash in a CD. I was the only customer in there with 4 employess. They had me sit and wait for someone. I am a customer and this is my local branch. I have both a checking account and my home mortgage is with BoA. The tellers are friendly, but that is about all I compliment about it. The bank itself required notarized documents from me, and they don't even have a notary. When I asked about recast of my mortgage they looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign tongue. The best they can do is inform me to call their customer service by phone.

However I have trying to talk to someone/anyone at this branch for the past two days to obtain mortgage information for someone else and have yet to accomplish such a seemingly simple task. There is always a line here whether its to use the ATM machine or to speak with a teller, you cannot escape it being so close to Penn Campus and all. I don't have an account with this Bank and I wanted to get a check cashed to hurry and pay bills been waiting awhile for the check. The teller kept looking at the check as if it were a forgery....had to explain why the check was the amount that it was(Severance pay) and then she wouldn't cash it because the bank has a limit of the amount of the check that they will cash for customer's that don't have an account with them. That may seem fair to them , but customer service is customer service...whether I have an account or not!

Parking is a hassle in this area and I'm pretty sure PPA has one person that just hangs on this block so be careful. I gave it 3 stars due to there always only being 1 to 2 tellers and being that they're a big branch on a campus I'd expect more customer service than that. This location is by far the best! i opened an account here about last week, But because of my frequent travels i have made stops at different bank of america locations. None of them comes close to what i have experienced at the one on locust street. When i walked in the door i was greeted by two gentlemen Alex Smith and Alex Gomez, While Mr. Gomez was taking care of getting my identification, i had a chance to talk to Mr.Smith. We both were talking about an area in delaware that we both admired. The personal connection was huge because it made me feel comfortable, and right at home. Mr. Gomez started customizing my account to my likings, and within 30 minutes i walked out with a new savings account, checkings account, and my temporary debit card so i could access my funds and have complete control over my account. Mr.Gomez did all the important work, even setting up my mobile banking account. About 15 minutes in Mr.Smith came in to make sure everything was fine and offered assistance. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. NO WAIT, HASSLE FREE AND A GREAT BANKING EXPERIENCE.

What a beautiful branch! Moving out to CO I didn't think that they had a branch out here, but they recently opened this location. Although I was a little discouraged by the negative reviews on here, I decided to call ahead to make an appointment and give it a shot. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. From the woman that I personally spoke to on the phone to make an appointment, to the friendly faces I interacted with throughout the office. The people were so kind and helpful. Absolute worst location I have ever been to, in ANY state I have traveled to. Seems like most ATMs in my area are being repaired monthly or don't have money at all. Most times I go to an ATM, I end up having to drive to another one or just go to Oncue or 711. Hours are not friendly to the average working American who works 9-5. You almost ALWAYS have to take off work, use your lunch break, or go on Saturday. But you can guarantee on Saturday, there will a line of about 20 people outside before they even open. So you better get there at least 45 minutes ahead of time. This drive thru is horrible and the inside is no better. Im done. Save yourself the headache

The workers at this branch are always very nice to me, and handle things perfectly. But the hours are bad - closing 4pm? ridiculous. And there are times when the wait is awhile. I went there around 10 am without any appointment to take care of something which normally requires to have an appointment booked. Worst manager I have ever encountered!!!! ANYWHERE!!! I want to say her name was Rose or Rosa? I have been banking with BOFA forever and have hardly had a bad experience, tellers, bankers have always gone the extra mile as I have banked at BOFA for my entire life. Well I just needed a cashiers check for my house closing, and the teller took care of everything but needed her to sign it, the teller literally chased her around the entire buidling for 15 minutes, dragged her off her phone, then finally she looks me up and down as if i'm just some ghetto black guy and can't possibly be my account. Sees me taping my hand and then spends another 10 minutes, berating the teller for interrupting her 15 minute personal call. She humiliated the poor girl in front of everyone, I will never go back there, and if I see that manager somewhere else again i'll go to another location. How someone like that gets power and how they abuse it is beyond me, Hire better BOFA... Get rid of that racist power monger

I can't stand for long periods of time, in one place, because of back issues, but the employee had no problem raising her voice and then telling me that "I WILL BE CHARGED A FEE" for trying to cash a client's check.. I would have gone to my bank, but it was clear across town.. no one greeted me at the door, like in the past, another employee had no problem asking everyone else if they were doing good.. but that wasn't a big deal..
