NO QUARTER WRAPPERS ANYMORE!? The ultimate in CHEAP! I have been a BOA customer for over 12 years & they have been cutting back on services for several years now, but this takes the cake, they think saving 10 cents on quarter wrappers is more important than your business? Long wait lines and unfriendly tellers were not enough apparently, they keep finding new ways to anger their customers.

This branch always has an obscenely long line. I have never waited less than 20 minutes here... and its usually closer to 30. The US Bank next door has less of a wait.

Is B of A has gotten a bad rap and I'll tell you why. The wait time here is ridiculous. You will never get in and out in five minutes even if your life depends on it. If we can pass all of that this place is exceptional. On the plus side: There is an enormous parking lot outside and the grounds are kept very clean. There's plenty of ATMs both drive-through and by the entrance...if you need to make a quick stop you can probably get away with it... however there will be a huge line in front of you during The rush-hour 12pm to 5PM. On a high note ; Let's talk about the customer service, it's exceptional! Everyone's very nice and will behave with a professional setting you can't go wrong.

The lines is longer here than any other Bank of America branch I visited. No one seem to care or understand that time is money. The manger is sitting in his office somehow clueless of what’s going on in his branch. I’ll never go back to that branch.

Do not sign up an account with bank of America or they should close their banking with individual clients. Bank of America is the worst among the banks I work with, from customer service, sales reps and ATM. I went to meet the sale rep, she said she could not help, and dialed for me to talk on the phone, one man on the phone saying he cannot do anything, waiting for him to transfer, another man picked up saying he could not do anything again. I met with three people in an hour and could not be helped at all. Even the sale rep tried to talk to her coworker pointing at client.

Although we have a business account and we use the merchant line; it'll take me a minimum of 15-20 minutes on a good day just to make a deposit. The teller handling the business line (I think her name is Wylah) is the slowest teller with an attitude. She likes to waste time by chatting with everyone. I had to complain to her manger couple of time but nothing changed.

There's always only one or two tellers working who seem to work at a snails pace and no matter when you seem to come here there's always 10-20 people in line. Yet like four people standing around and multiple people sitting at desks. Seriously, what the F BoA?!?!

I am a contractor. I went to this branch to cash a 2,000 check and they treated me as if I was some kind of con artist! They asked who I got the check from, what it was for and they needed verification etc. waited for half hour and still didn't get to get my money!!! I have my mortgage,personal, and business account with Boa. I might think about changing banks!!! Over that
