The lady who's been doing my taxes the last three years, Debbi Crusat, has been absolutely wonderful to work with!! She has saved me lots of money on taxes every year, does a great job on having my payment vouchers and paperwork organized and arranged to make quarterly estimated payments super easy to do, and is just a very pleasant and cordial person all around!! I'm disappointed that this is her last year. I will be reassigned to somebody else beginning next year, but I'm sure they will do a great job as well!! I've been very pleased with H&R Block and will continue to do business with them!!

My agent was completely inappropriate with me. He did not greet me and proceeded to open my W2s that I had kept in envelopes sealed without asking. He was completely disrespectful. He repeated himself several times going over the fraud policy and how I may be audited. I informed him I'd be claiming my daughter she lives with me. He d head of house hold for me I did not get to choose what I wanted to file as. He said it was less likely that I would get audited because I am a woman. But then continued to say since I am claiming head of house hold because I am a woman I could get audited. My mother interjected asking if this was part of what he needed to tell us since he said this multiple times. The agent got angry and yelled at her saying I could go to jail for fraud. He asked my mother to leave the office. He then stabbed furiously at his keyboard entering several errors I had desperately tried to catch all and correct them but he was speeding through the rest with little explanation.
