I was disappointed in going in and only being told by the front desk guy that there were a few account types available, but I would be left to do all of my own research and there was nobody available in the office; but there is a phone number to call and a live chat feature.... Gee, thanks. I just told you about how I've never done any real investing and I need someone to help me. I'm a full time student. I do enough research and studying. I just needed someone to sit down and explain things to me according to what would suit MY needs. I researched enough to know there were many options, and that you could help me. There wasn't even an offer for an appointment. Thank goodness for Regions just up the street. They had several customers yet still found time to have me step in an office and properly consult me. If I'm wasting my gas and time going to your office ready to give you something I worked very hard for, I'd appreciate a little acknowledgement into that fact. They took me seriously and that's all I wanted. Just for someone to listen.
