My (now) husband & I had the privilege of working with Heidi and her team for our wedding in December 2017. From the start, Heidi was able to catch my vision and really understand what I would like for our special day. Meetings with Heidi were extremely efficient, from her writing down every detail, asking questions, and making sure she understood my vision and specific details. Towards the last few weeks before our wedding, Heidi literally BLEW our (and our families) minds. She was SO organized, continuously in contact with our vendors (flowers, cake, venue, photographer, etc) and would reply instantly to any message I sent her with questions. She truly let me, my husband, (and my mother) sit back, relax and enjoy the day. I would recommend Heidi and her team at TOAST Wedding + Events to anyone 100x over and over again. If you are wanting to have someone who extremely organized, passionate about her work, and willing to help with anything and everything - definitely hire Toast Weddings + Events. You will not be disappointed! During the wedding, Heidi was continuously in contact with my parents and making sure the timeline flowed nicely. She even made sure my grandpa's band was all taken care of and had beverages to drink. At the end of the night, Heidi was able to compile all rentals, flowers, linens, chair covers, champagne glasses, etc and organize it by vendor. She even sent my mother a picture text of exactly her items to take, what to bring where, and my mother was so astounded!
