Alliey’s business comes across as a great way to not have to jump through a thousand hoops when planning your wedding. Her website has beautiful photos of weddings she has put on. I was disappointed however to find out that Alliey only uses a very small field of vendors. All of which are the priciest in town (Bud and Bloom, Cupcake couture, and the golf course she’s a member at). I would NOT recommend using Alliey if you plan to keep your budget below 30000. I think her services alone (not including ANYTHING (except meeting with her a handful of times) were around $8000. Her website says that this gives you ‘access’ to her inventory which is completely misleading because you still have to pay A LOT of money for anything in her inventory. She was not welcoming to any ideas of vendors that aren’t from ‘her list’ and would make up reasons she doesn’t work with them. We had to cut a lot of corners to bring the cost down which meant we had to put in the work to find cheaper options. She wouldn’t call unless you pressed her to and often I was told that they weren’t available for our dates or that they ‘didn’t answer’ knowing full well she didn’t call (since I called and checked). I would give the business credit for making sure things run smoothly the day of. However there are ALOT of other alternatives out there for MUCH cheaper that can be tasked with this. I’ll chalk it up to being a naive bride and luckily I won’t need to be use her services ever again.

I have rarely seen service this poor or had a more difficult working experience. They do a great job of setting a high expectation hence the high appeal rating but the follow through is atrocious. Showing up late to meetings, pretending to set up appointments for the bridal party, not communicating with vendors and then lying about it. After doing some checking into her reputation I learned that there are quite a few businesses in town that will no longer work with Ally due to her poor business practices. Ally has no problem figuring out how to use someones credit card but apparently cannot figure out how to use a phone. Planning a wedding can be stressful, do yourself a favor and don't make it more stressful working with her.

My wife Jackie and I worked with Alliey for about a year to plan our wedding, and she was helpful at every phase of the process. Early on, she took the time to learn about our hopes and dreams for the wedding, but also our budget and logistical challenges. She took all of that into consideration throughout the process. She offered great suggestions for the venue, food, music, cake, décor, flowers and many other things that were high quality but within our budget. It was this balance that we found most helpful. Alliey did the sifting and winnowing, then presented us options that she knew we would love. As the wedding day approached, Alliey kept us on track to get things ready in time and make final decisions. She and her staff did an excellent job on the wedding day keeping things on track and running smoothly. My wife and I were able to engage fully in our wedding day without worrying about the logistics; it was wonderful. Overall, we think Sash&bow was worth every penny and we would absolutely hire Alliey again.

The Sash & Bow team is fantastic and accomplishes everything with amazing service! The platinum package is the best as they help with everything from the start of engagement to the honeymoon! Alliey, Kylie, & Luke take care of all the details from helping select a venue, to vendor decisions, keeping you on budget, to everything on the actual wedding day. The wedding planning process was soo smooth with the team. I am an event planner for a large venue, and I knew I would still need help with my own wedding. So, I hired them! I was able to focus on everything else in my day to day life & not worry about the wedding until the day ! Sash & Bow is wonderful!
