Gina and her team were AMAZING to work with. She met us before the wedding to see the venue, went to a meeting with me, contacted all the vendors as a go between, and she was there early day of, setting up everything for us. The day of she was absolutely wonderful and so professional to work with. Gina helped us through the most intense part of our wedding. Her knowledge of who to contact, what to ask them, and when to do it, took so much pressure of our plates so we could enjoy our day. She is skilled in communicating, knowledgeable of the wedding industry in Madison, Wisconsin, and patient with helping us tie up loose ends and our wild wedding party/guests. She handled it with grace and ease, and gave us reassurance that everything would run smoothly- which it did! There are not enough stars in this rating to properly rate Gina. She deserves a million and one stars. From the moment we met to weeks after the wedding, she was the glue that held everything together! When venturing out on planning a wedding, my belief was that I could do it on my own, I'm a planner by nature! I was stunned to see how much more there is to do than originally thought - and began to panic having already committed myself to planning a full on convention the same year! When first meeting Gina, I appreciated how down to earth, personable and relaxed she was! We got right down to business and within days helped me do things that I couldn't accomplish in MONTHS. She helped with rehearsal suggestions, found my make up and hair people, checked in on hotel suggestions, and brought up "did you think about this" items that I hadn't and then helped me with them. In the days leading up to the wedding, she was there to firm up details, calm me down and take handy notes! the night before the wedding, I could "breathe easy" (I put that in quotes because I was sick!) knowing that Gina had it down. Anything I didn't know/remember, she did. She ran last minute items here and there, and I truly can't thank her enough for all that she did. What she did and how she did it was like magic, and I never had to worry the day of. At all. If you want your wedding to be perfect - go with Gina! She's business and laughter and a friend mixed all in one! Thank you, Gina!!

Gina Ennis is not only a wedding planner, but a sincere individual who helps two people make their dream come true. Gina helped us plan our wedding at two different locations due to a last minute venue change. She provided just the right about of support and guidance. She asked all the right questions. She made sure all our needs were met. Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to her and her coordinator and warm manor!! Words can not express how much it meant to have her through this process. It was a complete delight to work with her - HIGHLY recommend her and Romantic Moments!!!
