I may have had to talk my father and now husband into using Allison and Et Viola for our May reception but they both agree she was, by far, the best decision we made. Allison is pristinely professional, always accessible, incredibly knowledgable, able to improvise when needed with impeccable taste. She not only planned our day but also did all the decor and florals. Stunning doesn't begin to cover it. She transformed my vintage parks building into the venue of my dreams while sti being repsectful of my budget. Save yourself and your loved ones any worry for your big event and book now. I don't even know how to put into words how absolutely amazing Allison was! She did day of coordination for me, but honestly, it felt like so much more. She had a meeting with me and my now-husband about what we wanted, what we didn't want and all of the details we had already planned and then reached out to all of our vendors and was the point person for them. I was out of state planning the wedding and had to work the weekend prior to my wedding and I didn't get one vendor call about anything. She handled absolutely everything. She made it seem so effortless and allowed me to be truly present during my day. I would absolutely recommend her, she is more than amazing!!

This review is a few months late because I don’t even know how to begin to put into words about how we feel about Allison! My husband and I would both recommend her to everyone - we hired Allison to plan our wedding reception. Our ceremony was in Canada the week prior to our reception and we also lived out of state. Even with those two challenges, she handled absolutely everything and when we we’re in Canada for our ceremony I wasn’t worried one bit because everything was taken care of and if it wasn’t I trusted Allison to handle it. Our ceremony was colorful, bold and exactly what we wanted. Allison made my vision come to life with the wedding decor, layout, etc. Planning with her was FUN - she was equally excited about things as I was and I loved that. On the day of our wedding reception she truly make everything seem so effortless - every single detail was taken care of. She is very hands on and committed. I can honestly say having Allison made our wedding so much more fun and enjoyable and we had zero stress the day of - even with the rain! - She allowed my husband and I to be truly present and enjoy every second of that night. We really believe that she is 100% worth the money to hire her - you won’t regret it. Thanks for everything Allison!!

Honestly, I have nothing good to say about my experience here. She is poor at answering emails, and by poor I mean weeks. She once promised us a tailored package, since we could not necessarily afford the packages she was offering (it was advertised that she does this), and when this was established she cut ties of communication/questions about the said package (because this was yet to be determined) to a minimum. And I am not one to complain or write a poor review, but just all out awful. I wish we were able to work with her and agree on something, but we didn't even have that chance because she did not reply to my email for about a month. Very displeased.

Allison truly made our wedding day a success. My husband and I had a backyard wedding which requires a large amount of your own planning, decorations, ideas, logistics, etc. We thought we could handle it on our own but within two days of hiring Allison, we knew our money was SO worth her time. She immediately made us feel so good about the day and eliminated so many last minute jitters. We had our rehearsal dinner on Friday, at which I booked a place in the wrong town, and Allison was able to book in a new location within an hour of us needing to go! We also had concerns with our original caterer and Allison was able to find a replacement that checked all our boxes within a month of the wedding! On the day of the wedding, she truly made sure absolutely everything was perfect. We had a hard time with our DJ and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with every single detail from the breakfasts for the bridal party to the very last song played on the dance floor. Allison truly made my wedding so much more fun than it would have been without her. She took all of our stress away and made everything perfect. I cannot recommend Allison enough. I was so grateful to have her throughout our wedding planning stages. If you are looking for someone to guide you through your wedding planning to a perfect wedding day, Et Voila Events is absolutely the way to go. She is truly the one vendor where I 100% felt my money was well spent.
