We worked with Kelsie as our day-of coordinator but she was so much more than that. Being in the wedding industry myself, I knew I needed to put together the best team possible for my own wedding day, and Elevate really helped me to do that. Hiring Elevate Events was most definitely one of the BEST decisions that we made during the planning process. We hired them for day of coordination as well as for the design of the day, and they knocked it out of the park. We talked about things my husband and I liked and didn't like, our general ideas, and they ran with it from there. Honestly, they are worth every penny and mooooore with all the hard work they did! They answered my emails (so many emails omg) and texts promptly, and felt like friends, not just planners. On the day of, I only saw them a few times which I was a little sad about because I love them so much, but I knew that was because they were running around making sure every detail was in place and everything was happening according to plan so that I never had even a hint of a worry about anything. Kirstie and Elevate Events are a must-have. I have no idea what we would have done without them. In the lead up to the event - my now wife, Jennifer became very ill and the pressure was put on me to help organize everything, clueless as most men are with this kind of thing, I was relying on our planner to help. She kept our contact to the most necessary amount and was fantastic at deflecting some decisions to me which I was incredibly grateful for. On the day, Kirstie made the event so seamless and smooth, she didn't buckle under pressure from us and she didn't leave any stone unturned. We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful day, which went by without any glitches.

Mallory and Kirstie designed and coordinated our entire wedding day and it was definitely one of the best things we decided to spend money on! During our original design meeting, we came with very few ideas of what we were looking for, but at the end of an hour or two, they had totally figured us out! A couple days later, they sent a proposal of the design for our day, incorporating all of our ideas seamlessly, and it was everything we could have hoped for. Mallory actually did all of our floral arrangements as well, so we were really excited to have her involved in that part of the day and she did an amazing job of achieving the look we were going for (it helped that she created that look :)). Kirstie was a life-saver in keeping us on track in terms of sending out save the dates and invitations on time and making decisions on vendors. She did a great job of calming our nerves, answering our silly questions, and keeping everything organized. Leading up to the big day, they took charge of coordinating all of the vendors and told us not to worry about a thing. The day of went so smoothly - I wasn't the least bit stressed about the logistics of the day and we both had the time of our lives! I can't imagine doing this without them - I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
