The Boutique is the only bridal shop I visited in search of a wedding dress that made me feel special! They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. My guests and I were even greeted with mimosas! They asked me about my wedding, my fiancé, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to know about me. Belle and her seamstress were so kind and complimentitive during my entire visit. I recommend The Boutique for every bride that wants to feel special looking for her wedding dress!

I called all the way from Nashville to ask if they had certain dresses in stock. I spoke to Belle and gave her a very very long list to look through. She did it with a smile. She was super friendly and helpful! She was willing to order in EVERY SINGLE dress on my list for me to try on and charge me nothing for it! She also was willing to open her shop on a Sunday and come in specially for me (at any time I wanted) because I would have to drive in so far. I have literally called countless stores all over America looking for my dresses and I can honestly say that NO ONE was as helpful, friendly and accommodating as she was! I would HIGHLY recommend her store to one and all!

My family who drove separate got to the appointment first, and Belle made them feel right at home. She is so down to earth and they found out she knew a lot of places that are local to my hometown which automatically made them feel like they’ve known her a lifetime. My best friend and I arrived a little bit later and were welcomed with excitement and mimosas. Not only do you get the full “experience” here, but Belle is so so great at her job that I found my dream dress after only trying on 3! Make sure to have your Pinterest board/ any inspiration for your day ready because she uses that to help find a dress that will fit your style and the vibe of the day. She is honest and uplifting and just made it such a positive experience. I drove around 7 hours to have my appointment here, and it was worth every bit of it. Belle thank you for making this experience so wonderful and helping me find a beautiful dress that I can’t wait to show off on our wedding day!

I live in Milwaukee and am in town for the weekend visiting family in Charleston. My mom, aunt, and I walked in without an appointment and both Alyssa and the other young woman working greeted us. They had an appointment coming in soon but they still accommodated us. I tried one dress on within my budget and another that was out of my budget, and they did give me a heads up. I absolutely loved it and bought it that day- today. I liked the look and feel of the boutique, the girls were great, and the dress is beautiful. Alyssa has beautiful gowns. Well worth the trip.

I visited the boutique with only 4 months until my wedding and I was ridiculously nervous. I am not a size 0 by any means, typically I wear a 10 in jeans so my wedding dress size is about 14-16. I had already tried on dresses in Beckley and my experience wasn’t the greatest. I’m not super comfortable with my body and I was terrified of being chastised for my weight and budget of $1,000 but let me tell you my experience was AMAZING. The women at the shop showed me that I can look good in anything and pushed me out of my comfort zone which was exactly what I needed to find my perfect dress. I was wishing for a magical experience and they delivered beyond my wildest dreams. They were so kind, excited, and uplifting. It was truly an utterly amazing and wonderful experience. This place is so fantastic! Belle and Kate are so wonderful and the boutique has such a wonderful atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, they offer you the most amazing complimentary mimosas. They work very hard to ensure they're working with your style and your needs. They ask you about your preferred dress type, your wedding theme/venue, and they make sure you feel comfortable to give them any feedback at all. They really go above and beyond. I myself am somewhat lost when it comes to fashion and Belle had me trying on such wonderful things that were so figure flattering and within our budget. My mom and I LOVED the entire experience. The Boutique by B.Belle Events is AMAZING. I have tried on so.many.wedding.dresses at other shops and by the end of it I felt like they all started to look the same and they lacked something special. I thought I was going to have to settle but then I went to The Boutique by B.Belle Events and I was WOWed. I live out of town (~3.5 hours), and I went with my Mother in Law and sister to be. We had the entire shop to ourselves and had the full attention of Alyssa and Belle who helped recommended a few fantastic dresses and listened to my preferences and my wedding style. Their selection of dresses was far superior to local (DC/Richmond and smaller shops in VA and PA) that I had visited. I felt Alyssa tried much harder than other shops to get me the best visual by clipping and pinning me into the dress as necessary, even though it took longer. I never felt rushed, or pressured to buy. In the end, I not only found an awesome one-of-a-kind dress I was so happy to work with Alyssa and Belle that I'm willing to drive as far as need be because I know my wedding dress will be perfect. :-) Thank you, Alyssa & Belle!

After visiting several (7!) different bridal salons in a 3 hour radius and leaving disappointed, I finally found my dream dress at B. Belle! I can honestly say that the experience, ambiance, and customer service at B. Belle were top tier! It was hands down the best overall experience of all of the shops I visited. Found this store online and decided to book an appointment after reading raving reviews. When I first went into the store I was a little worried because it was very busy. However, after my appointment began I will say the boutique lived up to the raving reviews. Kait was my consultant and she spent a lot of time with me pulling dress after dress. She listened to what I wanted and even others on the team helped with suggestions and pulling dresses. After trying on many dresses, I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on. It is a beautiful dress and I was able to stay under my budget. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I definitely would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress.

The Staff was welcoming and offered us seating and drinks when we walked in. She then sat with us and tried to get a feel of what I wanted in a dress and what my budget was. After going to multiple bridal stores in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, etc., I had no intentions of getting my dress in Charleston, however, my girlfriend in the area kept telling me about The Boutique by B. Belle. And after trying on at least 20 dresses in different boutiques, I decided that it was worth a shot, and I am so happy that I did! Not only was it the most personable experience I have had, but they had gorgeous dresses to fit many different styles. From the moment you walked in, the girls were attentive, and made you feel extremely comfortable. Many of the other boutiques I went too seemed rushed, and crowded, and that is not how B. Belle is. The whole experience was tailored to me and what I was looking for. Jillian has only been working there for 6 months, and seemed like she had been helping girls find their dream dress for years! Since I randomly made a last minute appointment during the week, my family and friends were not able to come with me, but Jillian and Belle (the owner) made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase, and gave me the input that I needed to make the correct decision on my dress. After explaining to my sister how great of an experience I had, she plans to come to Charleston from Pittsburgh to look for her dress in the future! I highly recommend everyone to book an appointment with The Boutique by B. Belle. Overall the best experience I have ever had!
