So my journey with Alexandra started a year ago I would say November 2016 when I met her through a mutual friend of mine. From the very beginning I was super impressed by Alexandra and her knowledge, her passion, and her overall excitement for planning weddings. I told her that I am someone who loves sparkles glitz and glam Mariah Carey style and she was super excited to work with me I felt like from the beginning. From start to finish she did everything that she said she was going to do when it came to reaching out to vendors in the beginning and setting up appointments etc. She was even helpful in some not so comfortable situations with vendors when mistakes were made on their end and their reaction to us pointing those mistakes out. When the day of my wedding arrived I was unbelievably overwhelmed by how everything looked it was literally just exactly how I imagined it. I definitely got the wedding of my dreams I felt like and with Alexandra’s help it was just an amazing wedding over all she is truly the best and knows her stuff! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much Alexandra for everything from start to finish!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra last year when she brought a lovely couple to tour our venue for a fall wedding. From the get go, I could tell that not only was Alexandra extremely professional and experienced, but that her first priority was keeping her client's best interest at the top of the list. Alexandra was always on top of communicating with me the logistics for the couple's big day and nothing fell through the cracks. Her vision and design for this particular couple was spot on and she really thought of everything. She knew how to best mix the bride & groom's taste with the natural esthetics of the venue to create one of the most breathtaking weddings we have hosted in our space! I enjoyed the creative spin she put on arranging ceremony space as well as the use of our other spaces that I have not envisioned before. Most importantly, the bride, groom and the mother of the bride were so relaxed on the day of the wedding, they were able to truly enjoy their big day without the worries of things not getting taken care of. Our venue has never listed a wedding coordinator on our preferred vendor list, but after working with Alexandra, I knew we had to change that. I look forward to continuing a partnership with Alexandra and White Glove Weddings as she continues to introduce me to new couples as well as offering us a spot in her new gorgeous bridal bar that we can't wait to get started! The current and upcoming brides of the Tri-Cities are lucky to have such an experienced and professional resource to ensure their big day is even better than anticipated!

Disclaimer: This review is my best recollection and representation of my experience with effort to be kind, fair, and truthful. Honestly, I feel that Alex is very knowledgeable and resourceful. She (herself) is a great resource, owning 4 businesses related to the wedding and event coordinating trade (including a non-profit.) I just finished utilizing her for my wedding planning, coordination, and event management. My husband and I just celebrated our one week anniversary. I give Alex 4 stars because there were times where I feel she did not necessarily mesh with my personality during the planning. I feel that she did not always listen to me as her client. I feel that I was threatened and anxious during some of the experience. She appeared forceful; or, I should actually say very exuberant and verbose, at times. I also feel that she thought I was dumb, that my say didn’t matter, and was invalid...even though I was the bride. Granted, at first I did not have much to say. My vision was still developing. I understand that she is the expert; but, it was my day being planned for; and, I owned some validity. She hurt my feelings. As some constructive feedback, during preparation she seemed to not be as flexible as I expected her to be. Therefore, I also feel that there was miscommunication between her, myself, and my family. I feel if she reiterated her expectations to me a few more times verbally during the beginning of this process, our communication would have been better. Not just to my Matron of Honor, but me directly. I should have done the same for her as well. Yes, I probably should have been more open and honest with her, but I was scared to approach her. She intimidated me. I also heard from a vender that, “ she has expectations and energy for clients that live in California.” This is great; though it can be challenging, especially since this was a new experience for me (the bride) and my family...and I do not live in California. It seemed that, If you can be proactive, and do exactly what she tells you (on her time frame,) then you are good to go. But that was not the case for me. After all, I thought I was paying her to help me ease into this process stress free (or with less stress) but she ended up causing me and my family more stress. **In all fairness, I retained her when there were only a few months prior to my wedding. When I first met her, I think it’s appropriate to say I fell in love with her. l adored seeing her charisma and how knowledgeable she was within her field. Because I gain a quick sense of security and optimism with her, I hired her on the spot. I feel that if we had more time, we might have had better communication. I am someone who is not very good at planning, likes to be spontaneous, procrastinate, and can sometimes only live life day by day; this is especially when I am stressed. She told me that she expected for me to make appointments within 1-2 weeks in advance with her. I was not able to do that for her. **I have to give her credit though. She really pulled it together at the end; she accommodated me, made me feel appreciated and cherished. She made my husband’s and my day very special. My friends, family and my attendees RAVED about how the day was beautiful and “perfect!” Thank you Alexandra! You expertises and eye for elegance is amazing. I just wish we had better communication. Thanks again for helping us make our day the best day ever!

Alexandra with White Glove Weddings made our wedding absolutely perfect!!! We couldn't have done it without her. She was professional with us and all of our vendors, recommended excellent vendors for us to work with, and made it so ourselves and our family/ wedding party did not have to stress at all the day of our wedding. She made a detailed time-line for our wedding day and was able to keep everything running smoothly and in a timely manner. She went above and beyond what we had hired her to do. She picked up our flowers for us, brought all of our bouquets to me at our hotel room, and set up ALL of the decorations for our ceremony/ reception without having to ask for help from any of our family. We were able to enjoy our day without being bothered by any phone calls or hassles. If that wasn't enough, she even decorated our hotel room with flowers and candles for our wedding night!!!! We were so impressed by her stellar service that we recommended her to my best friend to help with day- of coordination for her wedding, where she did an excellent job as well.

Hiring White Glove Weddings to coordinate my wedding made planning so easy and stress-free! With my fiancé on deployment, and the wedding party and family living on the east coast, I knew that I needed some help! I hired White Glove Weddings 10 months before my wedding to help me plan the entire event. She is so organized, professional, extremely hard working, and has numerous contacts in the wedding industry in the Tri Cities, not to mention endless ideas on what you can do. Being a Doctor and not having too much free time, White Glove Weddings helped me develop the wedding ambiance that fit my personality perfectly. Even if I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, she got to know me so well that she knew exactly what ideas to show me that I would love. Her DJ, florist, hair and make-up stylists, cake, and photographer recommendations were amazing - we hired them all - and my spouse and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. When I decided on a destination wedding in the Tri Cities, I knew I would need a coordinator that could not only provided recommendations for the best venues and vendors in the area, but could also make sure that every detail of my special day was taken care of. Alexandra not only met those requirements, but went above and beyond in so many ways. From my very first conversation with Alexandra, she expressed genuine excitement for the vision I had and immediately began offering suggestions for various venues and decor. I loved all of her ideas, and Incorporated them into my wedding. Her fees were standard from what quotes I had acquired, which made it a little easier to stick to that darn budget! I visited the Tri Cities several times before the wedding and Alexandra made sure we made the most of every visit. 10 out of 5 stars, hands down. Alexandra, owner and the absolute gem behind WGW, went above and beyond to make my wedding day shine. My now-husband was originally against getting a planner or coordinator, and after just one meeting with Alexandra, asked me, "So we're hiring her, right?" before we had even made it back to the car. Alexandra is a true professional in this field and there wasn't a single problem we threw at her that she wasn't able to solve. She has extensive connections with vendors in and surrounding our area, and all of our vendors were as lovely as she is. Even if you're thinking about planning your wedding on your own, talk to her about day-of coordination at a minimum. There is NO WAY my wedding day would have went so smoothly if she hadn't been there. Other 'coordinators' in our area simply don't live up to the services she provides. Alexandra also brought light into other's lives by donating my wedding flowers to a program for older adults to enjoy them. It's extra work for her, but that's the type of person she is. Please talk to her about this as well and pass along your flowers to someone else who could enjoy them! I'm so happy I did. If you're on the fence, set up an appointment, and I can promise she'll wow you just like she did for myself and my husband. We used White Glove Weddings for a Day Of service for our wedding planning. Alexandra could not have been more on top of every detail in the days leading up to the wedding. We met with her and her assistant 2-3 times before the day. They both made sure that all our T's were crossed and all of our I's were dotted. Alexandra was the main contact for us and our event. She was excellent. We could call her at any time to ask her questions or make sure she was up to date with any changes we may have made. Alexandra went with us on our walk through about two weeks prior to the wedding, came to our house to pick up decorations, and even came to the rehearsal the day before. The day of the wedding I had not a fear. She made sure that everything was done and I had not a worry. She coordinated everything from the time the girls walked down the isle to when certain songs were played. I would definitely recommend White Glove Weddings to anyone planning an event. If I had to limit my review to 3 words, they would be: Alexandra Is Amazing! If you're planning a wedding, YOU NEED HER. We have not lived here in the Tri-Cities for long, our daughter lives in VA, and her fiancee lives in CA. We had six months to plan the wedding. So.... we needed lots of help and Alexandra was right there guiding us every step of the way. The big day was absolutely MAGICAL. All the details reflected Lauren & Dave's personalities and it was like a dream come true! We were ALL able to thoroughly enjoy the entire event without worrying about a single thing. Even tho Benton County was without power for the whole day leading up to the ceremony -- we never even knew that!!! Alexandra was already in action in the wee hours of the wedding day arranging for generators, porta potties, candles, and who knows what else to make sure that the ceremony & reception would be perfect despite the power outage! When I discovered what happened and how professionally Alexandra handled everything, I told her that she was worth ten times her weight in GOLD. I'm serious. We went to this place after my fiance found it. We were looking for a wedding on a budget since I am just finishing with my college degree and we are trying to keep the cost down. Alexandra told us that she typically does weddings that are above our budget but she was still very friendly and offered suggestions for where we can look and places we could check out and she offered suggestions on places such as spas, dentists, and many other services that are not directly related to weddings but that are still helpful and good resources to have for a wedding. I really appreciated how sincere and nice she was and how much she actually cares about people and what she does!
