I go to many live music events at Wamu and TDome. Very rude staff. Very unorganized. None of their staff seem to be well informed about venue rules and policies. They confiscate personal items unwarranted and without discretion and they treat you like herding cattle.

The worst, most rude, insensitive and abusive staff ever. You can tell by the other reviews just how unprofessional they are not only to customers but those who work there. Clearly a toxic workplace that spills over to customers. No wonder their employees are bottom of the barrel. The staff there upset me so greatly that my husband and I completely missed our event. As a senior citizen and disabled person I was appalled that they denied me use of a phone to contact my husband who was trying to figure out how to download our tickets and had taken my phone and was lost. Really, WHO DOES THAT? I needed to stay where he left me but rather than assess the situation, I was berated, talked down to and lied to. They used tactics I imagine are taught by the company. I can't imagine how these employees can sell out personal common decency for minimum wage jobs. And how a company trains and defends behavior like this! It is Shameful and Disgraceful. If this is how society treats people who are less integrated by age or ability, it's a sad reflection on what this country has become.

Am here at WAMU theater now and was treated RUDELY by StaffPro employee who literally yelled at me as I was trying to locate my daughter’s pack. As a parent and customer paying good money for tickets and parking, I am NOT happy with being treated so poorly. This reflects on the venue as well. My money and business will not return - thanks to that StaffPro person (48) who essentially ruined the experience for my family. Not coming back any time soon WAMU!

If you know anything about event staffing you will not use this company. They will not serve alcohol to people bobbing their head to any type of music even when it is a concert like deadmau5. They believe that people bobbing their head to the music are intoxicated. They also scream at you to leave a 30 foot pathway for "emergencies" at packed shows where there is no where else to go. This mentality causes people to push forward and leads to overcrowding and stampeding.

Small bag dude declined a small bag and brought in people with bigger bags to the front of the line for the summer camp screening. It took two hours to get the whole line through.

Wildly inconsistent security policies and bad attitudes. I brought an official glow stick into one concert just fine and then the next concert one week later the officer didn't even know what it was and I turned it on to show her it was a glow stick and she waved it in the air to an unknown supervisor and I wasn't allowed to bring it inside. Never mind that many other people also had glow sticks and we're being let in. This is for Key Arena Seattle.
