If I could give them a 1/2 star I would! Terrible 1st experience, hidden charges, no communication, lost freight, delayed delivery, and ineffective customer service. Avoid the headache and do a little more legwork to handle your own show/conference freight or find another reputable company. My company will NEVER use this company again.

Lost our freight at Emerald City Comic Con, our freight was due at another convention in Chicago 10 days later for which we had a freight company all set to get it to us on time. Freight "found" 19 days later and they didn't even offer any discount on shipping it to us or anything at all even though their mistake cost us a lot of lost revenue at a second trade show.

I sure wish they would pay me - going on 4 weeks now. Followup: I did finally get paid so I moved them up a couple stars. And this past year, they did pay me on time. So, Maybe this review shook up something in the company and they decided it was important to get their labor paid timely. If they keep it up, I'll move them to 5 stars.
