Seems like a good place to work.

I went here for an interview for a senior housing coordinator position for event staff that they had open. It was a rescheduled date as the original date i was unable to make. Everything was awesome during the phone process but upon arriving which i was so excited about..talked about it everyday until the date..but it fell short of my expectation. Aside from the wonderful and friendly building concierge guy..that greets you at the entrance of the world trade building..it was otherwise not welcoming inside of the actual office space. It looked call centerish yet though people where at stations it was a bit quiet. After the intial water bottle offer.. I felt neglected due to they made me wait about 40min to be seen by the interview person though i was 15min early. Then after the wait someone else came to me about rescheduling because the senior coordinator who i was scheduled to interview with for taking over her current position was too busy to see me..very odd.. didnt seem busy there to me and she couldve came out to apologize personally. They were not enthusiastic about setting a new date which i gathered from the fact no one came back to see what time and date i could return until about 15more minutes because someone noticed i was still waiting. We settled on a date a week away and i only took that date not to feel i wasted my time. Though i did and a 20.00 uber ride there. Needless to say i did not return for that new appt. And no one contacted me to check on my absence or apologize for any inconvenience. First impressions are lasting. Though i didnt notice any African Americans in the office so maybe i didnt fit? Well i ended up landing something awesome with higher pay and respect. Overall the building is nice and so was the concierge which is why i gave 2 stars.
