I bought tickets and planned on going to the Goo Festival for my niece's birthday. Apparently, the company, Events Elevated, who was the vendor for the tickets, decided to cancel the event without any email or notification. So we drive almost an hour to the address, and the festival is nowhere to be found. I'm looking through my email and never got a confirmation for the tickets or the cancellation. I checked my bank account and the money had been withdrawn when I paid at the end of May, then refunded two days ago. It's like they took my money, held it for two weeks, then gave it back with zero intention of actually having the event. Completely unprofessional and totally ruined my birthday gift and plans with my niece.
