Would I recommend this venue? Probably, but with a A LOT of caution. If you don't care about good customer service but just need a nice and slightly overpriced place, then this is it. But if you do care about customer service, then probably not...read below. FALSE INFORMATION I was originally at an internship in Nashville when my husband and I first started planning our internship. Because of this, I had my mother in law visit this wedding venue and eventually book it. During her first visit they made it sound like a much better deal than it was. She was told that we could move anything we wanted and told that we could use everything the venue had to offer. However, when my husband and I began meeting with our event planner (which is a nice perk to this venue), we were constantly told we could not rearrange things to make it the way we wanted. There were a lot of fixtures that need to stay where they are which left very little room for variation in much else. For example, there was a smaller and very out of place fountain in the middle of the floor which I asked to have moved. The initial response was NO; however, a few days later I saw a photo posted by the venue on social media which did not include that fountain. I had to bring it to their attention (which was not taken very happily) before they finally agreed to have it moved. Additionally, there were some things that came with the venue; HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR SOME OF THEM. INCONSISTENT EVENT PLANNER You are technically allowed to meet with your planner as many times as you'd like, but I felt like I was HIGHLY encouraged to keep it down to 2 meetings. Our first meeting was great, no real red flags there. However, our second meeting we were on our way up to the venue (about a 50 minute drive for us) and on the way I texted to ensure we were still good to meet. It was then she told me of a family emergency and was no longer able to meet it. Of course, I felt for her and understood; however, I would have liked to have more communication considering the time it takes for us to travel. After this point, communication began to get worse. I would constantly text and call but received no responses. It got so bad I needed to call and email other event planners and venue supervisors to even get the invoice to pay. WEDDING DAY PROBLEMS On the day of, the venue was BEAUTIFUL. All our guests loved it and it turned out just great. However, our event planner had yet another family emergency and left within the first 30 minutes or so (that is just an approximation since she didn't even tell me or my husband. Luckily there are always two workers on site during an event. It was very apparent that the other worker who was left to work alone was frustrated and very busy. She eventually told me of the situation and did the best she could to keep the plans in motion. Technically, when you rent out the venue you pay for four hours of use and get an additional hour for set up. My husband and I left with an hour and a half left of use, which my family was definitely planning on using. Music was playing for those who wanted to dance after we left; however, the event planner did not appreciate it and pulled out my sister's phone. Still wanting to dance, as most Polynesian families, my cousin went and plugged her phone in instead. The worker thought it was my sister who plugged her phone in again and went back to her in an unpleasant manner. I was not happy when I heard of how disrespectful my family was treated, even after helping this worker clean up things we were NOT responsible for cleaning.

I just wanted to say thank you for making my wedding day so special and stress free! It was so nice to be able to just show up and have everything ready to go. What a great team you all have, I have been so impressed! Everyone who helped, Jenny, Mille and the rest of the group were so great to work with. I have helped plan a lot of receptions, and have been to even more and not one of them ran as smoothly and looked as amazing as it did when we walked in. You guys are awesome! If you are looking for a place for a wedding and/or reception, I would highly recommend the Atrium.

We were so pleased with our daughter's reception that was held at The Atrium in April. As mother of the bride, my goal was to be able to have a stress-free, enjoyable day and I did! The setting is amazingly beautiful and required nothing but a few personal touches. The staff was so helpful and was onsite during the event. All of the recommendations that they made for vendors were wonderful. Loved having the kids room with a movie to keep the little ones occupied. We have had many compliments on our event and wouldn't hesitate to refer our friends to use this venue.

I have used the Atrium at Western Garden Center for both a Christmas party and my mother's large family birthday party. The facilities are beautifully decorated with the added bonus of the bountiful plants of Western Garden Center creating a lush carpet of greenery. With the large fireplace, stunning chandeliers, and additional lighting, this spacious room becomes warm and inviting. The staff is excellent, the linens and dishes classic, and the additional facilities make it a perfect place for a wedding reception, business party or family gathering.

We had the BEST experience at the Atrium. Everyone was always so helpful anytime we corresponded. When we first started planning, I took my in-laws, my mother, and my step-mother in three different trips. They never minded and always accommodated us taking another peek at everything. (Millie was always willing to drop everything to help us!) Our wedding reception really turned out beautifully! The flow of the Atrium kept everyone moving through in a way that they could see all the little details without having to feel crowded or rushed, and that really helped us stay on schedule. We had two cakes (a regular cake and a groom's cake) and they got it cut up for everyone to eat super quickly! The sendoff with the sparklers was a nice ending touch. (We added light sabers to our sendoff and it looked amazing!!) We are still getting compliments on our wedding, and we are SO glad we decided to go with the Atrium.

Compared to other wedding reception centers around the valley this one is nice, but not among the best. The chandelier over the guests was flickering the whole night making everyone avoid that half of the area. The ceiling is exposed showing the rafters and the tin roofing and just is a few steps below par for a nice area. Pricing is competitive if not lower than most, but... In my opinion you get what you pay for.

It was a beautiful place for a wedding reception (could also be used for a fancy banquet). The support staff was excellent. Linens included and table center pieces could be used. Had a grand piano and has room for a small band or sting quartet. It had plenty of space for dancing. Lovely venue.

Having just experienced the reception at another location for our daughter's twin and the expense and hassle that seemed to go along with every decision, it was nice to meet with people who understood our budget and helped us stay within it. My husband and I recently had our reception at Atrium Weddings and Events. We loved working with the Atrium's staff to create the event we imagined. They were easy to work with and flexible as we made catering changes and wanted to add more tables to our event. Everyone was so professional, and we loved having our event hosts there to help make sure our event ran smoothly. The price for the venue was great, and worth every dime for all the great services we received! We also loved that the Atrium allowed us to bring in our own caterer for a family dinner before the reception, and then the staff quickly changed over the room for our general reception. There were great photo op locations here as well, so needed for our winter wedding. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!!

Attended a nephew's reception here. It feels a bit industrial inside, but it was dressed-up nicely. The parking felt a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

We held our daughter's wedding reception at the Atrium this past June. Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly as they assisted us in every detail. The venue is beautiful with an abundance of room both inside and outside, with plenty of room for food set up, guest tables and dancing. We closed their beautiful wood barn doors to create a smaller, more intimate space and they were the perfect backdrop with their wonderful new farm tables. We've been there for many wedding receptions. We finally went to a ceremony and discovered the outside we hadn't seen. It is beautiful and I recommend it. We have great memories from weddings we attended. I also like the option that people have to hire their own caterer or ads their personal touch to their reception. Versatile Venue! The Garden Patio is great for outdoor events, with the rock waterfall, surrounded by masses of garden plants and trees. The indoor reception center is so spacious, and accommodates large gatherings. Yet the indoor trees and plants create a cozy atmosphere. The chandeliers are charming. This is one of the few venues that doesn't require you to use their catering services. This truly is a versatile venue!

When our scheduled DJ cancelled (booked outside vendor) at the last minute, the ladies there were true professionals and filled in until we could get someone else in place. When our wedding cake looked to be too small for the amount of guest (bought from outside vendor), they quickly stepped in and added an additional layer. None of the guest noticed as the team was calm, cool, and true professionals. They were absolutely amazing!

I love the Atrium at Western Gardens! The atmosphere is elegant yet warm with gorgeous furnishings. I have been to a number of events there and each one is customized perfectly for the event. My girls take a singing and dancing class there every week and it provides a pretty space for their rehearsals. The location is convenient with plenty of parking and a staff that puts the customer first. I love having such a beautiful venue right around the corner.

Our daughter and son-in-law got married here a little over a week ago. It was such an awesome venue. We really loved how beautiful the décor was. We asked to have 1000 cranes strung up and was happy they were able to oblige. It turned out great! Our reception at the Atrium was absolutely gorgeous! I loved that we did not have to bring any flowers or additional decorations. The Atrium is stunning as is! They even had a variety of table cloths and center pieces to choose from which definitely saved us the stress of coming up with those things ourselves. I also liked that they don't require you to use their catering, that way you can pick to serve exactly what you want.

We loved the atrium! The all inclusive prices and decor was what led us to choose them as our site for our wedding reception. We found the space to be large enough to hold our friends and family. The only issue we ran into was the TV and having it place our slideshow. Thankfully it was sorted out and fixed a few days before our wedding. First, I attended a wedding here, I was not actually married here. The location itself is small and not fit for a big wedding. There is very little space for dancing and everything felt rather cramped. It's also shaped like a hall (not hallway, but hall) where it's quite long, but a little narrow. This doesn't help the acoustics at all, so I would recommend testing out sound systems in advance if you want to make announcements over a speaker or play music. It's not a bad place, but if you want to hold a wedding here make sure it's small and try to develop a floor plan that allows people to flow from area to area and grants visibility of all of the important moments. Note: It is a nice location. It looks elegant, it has dedicated parking, it is in a nice area of town, and there was some art left around the walls (not by the bride or groom, but by the location) that gave the venue an expensive feel.

We did my daughter's reception there and it was gorgeous with a lot of room and beautiful decorations BUT don't expect tremendous customer service. Not one time from the day we walked in to the evening of our reception did one person smile greet us or act anywhere near enthusiastic about our event. Clearly we were a bother or they hate their job. The only time someone smiled or thanked me wss wht I tipped them at the end. I would use them again but just don't expect them to be excited you're there.

This was my 5th child to wed and having done all the preparations and planning myself I never thought I would use a wedding planner. My daughter loved the beautiful and spacious setting at Atrium, especially the area that was cleared for us for dancing. The wedding planner Jenny was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I loved that the table settings and linens were included. The interior is naturally beautiful with lit trees and fountains, it hardly needs any other decorations. We needed a few flowering plants for one area and the staff were able to use some that were actually in the store and placed them for us and put them back after the reception was over. I felt like everything was in order in the days leading up to the wedding reception and on the wedding day things ran so smoothly, even last minute questions or details popping up were handling swiftly. The staff were so helpful and managed the entire evening expertly. We loved the experience at Atrium and have already recommended it to friends and family.

A nice reception location. It has a clean modern feel to it and the decorations are nice. If you are looking for a traditional/historic place for your reception or event you will feel like you are in a fancy warehouse and this isn't the place for you.

Our reception on the 21st of January was amazing! The venue was so beautiful and it was all set up and perfect when we got there. The hostesses were so kind and helpful throughout the night. The decorations were gorgeous. Their recommendation to use Utah Celebrations for catering turned out great - the food was amazing! Overall, we felt very welcome and were very happy with everything!

As a bride, the last thing you need is grouchy, unhelpful people.... they are the opposite. We had so many compliments on how great everything looked. I cannot tell you how much we loved having our wedding reception at the Sandy Atrium. The staff was unbelievably helpful and it just all turned out so beautiful. We were absolutely, entirely, and wholeheartedly thrilled. Besides my choice of groom, it was the best decision I made regarding the wedding :) I'd strongly recommend these good people to anyone and everyone. The best part: they do nearly all for you! All the linens, all the centerpieces, just about everything! We showed up, put some pictures on the tables and put a guestbook at the front and they took care of the rest! Loved them!!!

Mixed reviews. The venue itself was perfect for our wedding and events. Everyone enjoyed the experience there and layout was stunning, and food was amazing! They took care of our needs without any clean up. Prices were fair, all-inclusive decorations, great location. We had some technical difficultly during the reception, which was agitating but not a game changer since we tested out the system days before. However, the planning process working with management and contracted catering was severely stressful and unprofessional. Took the wedding planning stress to an unnecessary level since communication between catering, management, and owners were all over the place. Prices changed often with an abundance of phone calls, texts, and emails. Our event seemed to be out of their realm of comfortability. Which for a large venue seemed to be unusual; especially seeing much larger and complicated events take place there. For the most part, we did our best to work with management by being accommodating but continued to be frustrated over time. The event itself was beautiful, the planning was rough.

My son and daughter in law got married this past Saturday. Everything was beautiful and just the way they both wanted ... the venue was perfect ! The staff was attentive and went over and beyond ! We are very grateful . The community will miss you ( as the building has been sold ) but we will forever be grateful for the magical and special night, and for the memories made !
