I attended a wedding there tonight and Mike and Valerie were AMAZING hosts. What they didn't know was yes, I was a photographer there to do a job but I was also a family friend. They were hospitable, punctual, and incredibly friendly and social. I felt like I really got a sense for how much they really love just making peoples days come true to the very best of their abilities, they wear all of the hats and do so with a smile on their face. I truly hope to shoot another wedding here just to work with them again. If you like their venue you will only love it after how you're treated and definitely recommend it after working at as a photographer, caterer, and bartender at many establishments. The grounds were beautiful and everything was very clean. Thanks for an amazing night.

Mike is absolutely great! My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary and he has made our experience so much fun. When we first saw this place back in November it was not looking so good since he was doing some renovations but we decided to go for this place because of Mike. He has been very helpful with everything and He has done an awesome job with the renovations now this place looks amazing! I’m sure he will do an amazing job on our special day. Thank you Mike!

Beautiful small little place to hold a wonderful wedding. Loved the little garden area in the back outside, and the spacious room of the indoor area is also perfect to hold a wedding there. This place seems to be highly underrated. They do everything really professionally and all.

Nice place! The outside looks really pretty and so does the inside. The service seemed good. There wasn't a lot of room for seating, but it worked just fine for the group I was there with. Also, it's kind of hard to find off the road. It's kind of behind some other buildings.

A quiet, secluded wedding venue with an overgrown back patio perfect for wedding pictures and a truly garden feel for your event. The host is incredibly accommodating and really cares about your event. The location is a little tricky to find, but signs and a good map will get you there. Highly recommend!

This beautiful little gem is tucked away in the heart of West Valley, because of the address I was a little sceptical but this venue is wonderful! They owners take pride in this and it shows. Mike was there to help every step of the way and was so welcoming and social. You can tell this is more than a job for them, they go out of their way to make every detail perfect!

This is the place where I am having my reception, the owners husband is great! He will accommodate your needs and the place looks spectacular and the pricing is better than most places. If this place wasn't in Utah, it would be phenomenal place to throw your party. Utah sucks with it's liquor law.

Bartenders were awesome you only had to ask for your drink one time maybe two after that they knew who you were they knew what you drank and you never had an empty glass. The Dance Floor was pretty smooth no slivers, good food all the way around there was good loud music inside and out so the place outdid itself I would suggest it to friends and family. It was money well spent I really liked the place !!!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely magical. The venue itself is charming and beautiful. We were able to use the outdoor garden for the ring ceremony and then dance in the grand ballroom under a big chandelier that made us feel like royalty. The price is fair, especially compared to other venues. But most of all, the customer service is outstanding. Mike was so great at meeting with us and making sure it was how we wanted it. He was awesome as we had to change plans shortly before the day of and we figured it out together in no time. He responded promptly to our questions via text or email. And you can tell they really enjoy being in this business. Booking through Arbor Manor definitely took the stress and pressure off of us.

I met with Mike a couple of days ago, I am a MOH and my best friend from out of state is shopping for a venue in Utah. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. I was very surprised at the flexibility he offers as well as the price for the services. He truly cares about his customers and is more interested in making events perfect for them rather than squeezing every penny out of people. Mike is more than a great business owner, he is just an amazing person all around! I felt so welcome and comfortable speaking with him. He truly makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door. I would highly recommend working with him!

Mike and Valerie are the rare type of people who have both Character and Competence. Both are needed from the earliest stages of planning up until the Big Day. Pricing was upfront and honest, no surprises. I didnt realize until afterwards, just how important the Service aspect was. A great venue for pictures and entertaining family and friends is very important. But on the Big Day, having someone in your corner that you can absolutely count on to deliver when you are overwhelmed cannot be overstated! The venue was Beautiful and photographed so well. Mike is Organized and his experience allowed us to relax more and enjoy our time there.

Our wedding was such a wonderful experience and it started the first day I drove up to the manor! It was almost closing time, but I poked my head in to ask some questions and they quickly put aside their work to attend to me - their service was excellent all the way through to the good-byes on the way to our honeymoon! The staff was so cheerful and interested in every detail of our wedding - we felt very valued. I gasped at the sight of the decorations when I entered the night of our wedding - I said, " It looks like a story book tale!" It was so beautiful, but the best part was walking down the winding staircase with the music playing and my new husband looking up at me with such a huge smile. . .it makes me cry all over again! The whole place was filled with joy and awe. Thank you to the whole staff who made this experience so unforgettable. We still hear compliments on such a beautiful wedding. Lindsay, you do excellent work and are so invisible at the event - that is talent! We will refer everyone to Arbor Manor! Also, the "cake" lady does amazing, delicious cakes!! Our guests loved the pasta bar too. We have often said, "let's go back to the manor and do it again!" =)

We held a luncheon and reception for my son and his bride in August 2019 and we couldn't have been more pleased. Mike knows every little detail to address and made the day simply perfect. He went above and beyond in every way, from the planning meetings and quick responses to carrying out our dream day. He provides loads of options, ideas and expertise. The gardens are beautifully kept and well shaded, the groom's and bride's rooms are recently updated as well as all the flooring. There is an excellent sound system and our guests had a fantastic time dancing. Mike manages the timing and flow and and sendoff perfectly - I really can't say enough about how happy we are. Thank you Mike and Arbor Manor staff!!!!

We loved everything about Arbor Manor! The grounds were beautiful, the staff very accommodating and went way above and beyond. It was perfect for what we needed. The price was lower than other places we saw, but they offered more and seemed to care more also. And let us bring in our own food. You do need to book it fast. We got our 2nd choice date but it was worth it!!

We loved having our ceremony at Arbor Manor! The location is tucked in a convenient location with a beautiful garden in back that makes you feel like you have left the rest of the world. The owner was very kind and helped the day run so smoothly. We felt as like Mike (the owner) went WAY above and beyond what he had to do. He helped the wedding run so smoothly, and everyone loved him (even my friends were like so, the owner of this venue is literally the coolest?!). It was a great experience and by far the best value (straight forward prices, no extra fluffy fees for turning on the damn light lol). We couldn't be happier with our photos and their wonderful backdrop.

Beautiful wedding reception venue— can’t praise our experience enough ! The manager is just awesome, very helpful so accommodating and fun to work with! They provided all the contemporary decorations, and set-up, even helped us with last minute placement of more refreshment tables! He’s on-site during the event taking care of all our needs! Set up with the sound /music and video presentation was wonderful! The venue’ decor and outside garden seating added even more to our guests’ pleasure and made a sweet additional photo backdrop! Price was very reasonable!! Arbor Manor— Book it!!

I can't express how much this place really made us feel like family. Mike is AMAZING! I almost wish I could plan another wedding just to get the chance to work with him again. He took care of everything we needed and the wedding went so smoothly. You honestly can't get an experience like that anywhere else. Arbor Manor was wonderful! They're incredibly flexible and really listen to their clients to tailor the event exactly to their needs and desires. I held my wedding reception here and it was wonderful! Everything from the decorations to the layout was just perfect. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Also, as far as reception centers go, the price cannot be beat. I highly, highly recommend Arbor Manor, not just for brides on a budget, but all Utah brides! It really was that great. Well done, Arbor Manor!

We booked this venue last year, for our wedding thins June. It was absolutely perfect- everything was taken care of, and the staff was very persistent with what needed to be done. We have attended two weddings here, once with old management, and the other with the management now and WHAT a difference! The price couldn't be beat, especially with most things included and consultations before hand. I would forever recommend this place!❤️

We held a family reunion at Arbor Manor that was very nice. The owner (a new owner, by the way) is young and energetic and did everything she could to make our event perfect. We asked for a table to show family pictures, and when we didn't have enough space, she got us two additional tables with tablecloths almost instantly. Ours was a smallish event with just three round tables and about 30 chairs. Since we were on a budget, we didn't even ask for centerpieces on the round tables, but somewhere along the way I happened to mention that my mom's favorite color was blue, and voila, they prepared some very nice blue centerpieces for the tables. Apparently that was included in the price. What great attention to detail! Arbor Manor also provided catering that was exactly what we wanted--not a huge spread but exactly what we needed, and within our budget.Get this, they also have a bounce house that we were able to rent! That was perfect for the smaller kids.Everyone had a great time. There was no stress for us because the staff took care of everything. The location is easy to get to (just off 215) and is well kept up and clean. The back yard garden is beautiful.Again, Lindsay, who is the owner, and her staff were so attentive and willing to make our reunion wonderful. And it was!

I've been to several weddings and receptions at Arbor Manor. The space is pretty but not updated. It is very difficult to find. Each reception I've seen is downscale. Paper products were used rather than real plates and cutlery. I don't know if Arbor Manor doesn't offer these things or if they upsell them. I've never seen fresh flowers. Because of the recurring theme of "cheap, tacky and DIY" decor and sometimes food, I wonder what services and how expensive those services Arbor Manor offers. I would not recommend holding a reception here. Understanding budgets are often limited I would opt for a barn, civic hall or back yard rather than this "manor".

05/13/2019 - If i could give 10 stars I would.. for anyone reading reviews. Please don't be put off by the older reviews. Mike and his wife bought this place about a year ago, and updated the bridal suite and the main room. They are also updating the grooms suite. So I talked to mike on the phone early in the day to go over some requirements we have for our wedding which won't be till next year. Mike was so awesome on the phone and personal. I made a appt that evening to do a tour. I was really excited about it and once I walked in and after about 10 minutes of talking to mike i was sold, ready to put my deposit down right there.. The place is beautiful. The outside area is beautiful, he even showed us the baby birds. Not so many words he told me that it is my wedding and I drive the car, he will of course caution me on speed bumps, and pot holes. But I drive.. How awesome is that.. Mike is so amazing!!! I am so excited not nervous to have my wedding here.. I love that I can text him with any questions, and he will respond as quick as possible. I love how much he wants to get to know the bride and groom.. I love that he is so open minded!! So i know that some reviews are written by employees to boost the venue.. I promise I am not a employee!!! This review is 200% accurate.. Seriously If you are having any type of event seriously just call Mike.. You will totally fall in love with this place!! If i could get married to the same man 10 different times each time would be here.. I will write another post after I get married.. but i know that it will be awesome!!

We held our daughter's wedding reception at Arbor Manor. I like many things about it: they declare their prices right online; they are very quick to respond to their emails; they were very open to us coming in and looking at the place many times; we were able to use our own caterer for the food; we were able to have our own photo booth, and Arbor Manor was very accommodating about the set up for that; they have a lovely room for the bride to change in, as well as one for the groom; our wedding consultant was responsive to every concern; their price is very reasonable; the garden and the hall provide a lovely backdrop for the reception line and for pictures; the location was perfect for us. Since it's set back quite far from 4700 South, they had a map we were able to duplicate and put into every invitation. We are very pleased with our experience with Arbor Manor.

This a great place to hold a wedding reception, birthday party, graduation party, or family event. There is plenty of space to have a dance floor and tables. There are clean bathrooms. There is a "kitchen" more a serving area there is no oven but has a microwave, sink and counter. There is even a private courtyard out back. Up the beautiful staircase are rooms for the bride, groom, and others for the wedding party.

The customer service would be better described as a feeling of a new family begin to care about you. Our hosts were so caring and interested in both our lives and our comfort. They offered water bottles to anyone, phone chargers if they heard our phones were dying, and heart to heart conversations that literally left me happy for the rest of the day. My Wife and I got married here in June and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The Arbor Manor is the best value in the valley. The venue is tucked back away from the road with a gorgeous garden area that is overgrown with beautiful foliage that makes it look amazing. Mike, the Owner, is awesome to work with. He spent the wedding making sure every little thing was in order and that everything went smoothly so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The wedding went smoother than my wife and I could have ever hoped for. Mike was friendly and helpful and made it so we were able to just enjoy our big day and we couldn’t thank him enough. We spent months looking at so many different venues all across the state and we choose the Arbor manor because they didn’t nickel and dime you, didn’t charge for every little thing, and they didn’t have all these little fees, they were upfront and transparent about everything and bent over backward to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. I’d give this place 10 out of 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and at least take a tour and meet with Mike before you make a final decision on a venue.

I hosted my 3 year old twin daughters & 6 year old daughters birthday party at Arbor Manor last Saturday afternoon and everything turned out fantastic. Their GM and crew took very good care of me, anytime I needed anything it was handled easily with no stress we all know how stressful throwing any event can be. I truly appreciate all for helping my this precious birthday party event go off so smoothly. The idea/vision I had to throw a children birthday party at a reception center catered by a taco cart cooking up fresh street tacos for lunch was awesome for everyone who attended and Arbor Manor was the perfect venue to throw this unique event at. Hidden Gem!! This place is so beautiful inside and out. That's what's so wonderful you can have indoors AND outdoors. It has the staircase, the dance floor, and a beautiful elegance everywhere you look. I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owners. We had our wedding there in September and everything was exactly as I could have hoped for. I am not a Bridezilla, but I'm somewhere on the scale, but the owner, Mike, is a bride's best friend! He was there whenever I needed him before the big day, and on the big day. He was there anticipating my needs and guiding me through the process so that everything would be as easy and stress free as possible. This place is a dream, and I am so glad I could find something reasonably priced, yet still elegant and gorgeous! Mike thank you again for making my wedding day, one of the most memorable and beautiful days of my life! I couldn't have asked for more.
