Been here several times. The people at the desk very helpful in making sure we got the best deal for our party. And between the food and the fun after four hours I would say everyone had a great time. And several of the staff were especially good at the go karts area on sunday. Great customer skills.

Amazing place to go gave fun with coworkers and children. Only downside is that the bathrooms are not as clean as one would hope. I went during the week and there is not many people so there were a lot more attractions and no long lines.

It was so much fun for my family. They have a wide selection of food which is nice instead of only being offered pizza which is how it is most places. They also have a wide selection of activities from go carts to laser tag and small rides for kids. It says there's bowling but it's not actually bowling it's more like a bowling game. But overall it was fun for my kids.

Good place for kids and parties. Staff was friendly and happy to answer questions. Food was good but not great. I liked the big rooms you could rent for parties. Place is a little run-down in a few areas probably because of the age but still worth going.

Five stars for the value you get with the current Groupon deal. Food is mediocre, a step above Chuck E Cheese. But kids love it, plus unlimited rides and games. Note that there is a limit on ticket games ($10) but rest is actually unlimited; 5yr old didn't fully understand why he couldn't play Space Invaders all day long, but otherwise seemed ok with it.

Had a great time while on vacation. This location was recommended by my husband's friend. Well, my boys ages 13 n 18 had a blast as well as my 2 n 5 yr old. There is something for everyone. Food is pretty good and there is a great variety. There was ALSO no wait or long lines. The atmosphere is so vibrant and fun. Love the setting. Price is great too but mostly, what REALLY got me was...I lost my prescription glasses at some point. I asked at front desk n was told to leave description of glasses, my name n number. Unfortunately, I had to come home(a few hrs away) I called them one last time just to check...n they found em! They were mailed to me. I am extremely grateful for that. Just shows how they've gone above n beyond. Thanks incredible pizza for a grand time. N Thank you!

Food is ok, games are cool. As far as the race cars I don't recommend going on them. The last time me and my family went they placed my daughter in a separate car knowing perfectly well she wouldn't be capable of driving it. My daughter attempted to drive it and was injured she ended up having multiple bruises due to the accident. All we were offered was an apology by the manage and refunded on the game card for the amount of the race car ride.

We booked a party a couple of weeks ago at Incredible pizza, and thank god we did. Our host was so amazing, very helpful and kept the kids entertained. Unfortunately when we got into the game room, my child miss placed his game card. So I went back and talked to the manager host and he replaced the card with everything back on it. I felt so thankful for what he did, and my son was very happy too. We stayed there for hours playing games and going into the attractions.Thank you Incredible pizza! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Okay place for kids birthday parties. Food is just okay. Besides pizza, they have salad, nachos, and roast turkey. Macaroni, beans, etc. The pizza is not that great but there are different varieties. All you can eat buffet is ten bucks.

Food here is good and there is a large variety to choose from. The quality is much better than what you get at Gatties or Chucky Cheese. They have a good game room with laser tag and go carts. We also liked the 3D movies. Overall, I would choose this place over any of the competitors.

I have a 15 n 6 yr old grandsons who share same day birthday..so for the 6yr old we did lunch with the boys ....got the game, go karts, pack n lunch buffet...been coming here for past .11 yrs n they still love it....tje buffet changed..it has more salad n hot dog n chili additions n a man who does ballon creations for $5...we love but the kuds love it n havent outgrown it yet...the pizza variety is good...

The hostess Tori was great and accommodating. The way you pay for guest who are showing up is a bit different. You are forced to pay for everyone or some but can't exactly know who. You can put people's names on a sheet of paper and allow then in without paying upfront. That was my only real complaint about the establishment. Pizza was okay but I didn't expect a lot from a buffet place that caters to children.

Delicious food & plenty of games. The games are on a small scale most appropriate for children 12 and under. The Go-Carts do not go that fast and are on a tiny track, more suitable and exciting for children probably around 6-10 years old. The MC for the races did a great job of being enthusiastic & hyped. Laser tag & the Pacman Air Hockey were the best games. The 4D theatre was pretty bumpy, so I do not recommend taking small children in there because you don't want to rattle their developing brains. A positive is you can go back and eat more from the buffet at any point, you just can't take food or drinks in the game area which helps keep it clean. The different themed rooms to eat in were cool. Most were booked for parties when we were there, but pretty awesome rooms. We paid about $75 for four buffets, and TWO game packages that included $10 in game tokens (each) and 4 attraction tickets (each). We were there for about an hour and a half. We rushed through it a little bit. That package could have easily been enough for at least 2 hours. If you have small children it would definitely last at least 2 hours. Overall, we had a good time. It's definitely worth a visit!

Old food, some was actually spoiled. For the price you could definitely go somewhere else, without chancing food poisoning! The pea salad smelled like mildew and tasted like an ashtray..Told an employee and she told the manager who says he tasted and smelled it and it tasted fine to him.. I have had great experiences with this location, but after the last one my family will not be back. Not worth risking my entire family getting sick! The food they had out on the buffet was hard from sitting under the warmers for god only knows how long. Majorly disappointed! My kiddos love this place, and I’m usually not one to complain but this past trip was ridiculous. We ended up spending the 50.00 for the buffet, then left and went somewhere else to eat and let the kids play..

I celebrated my son's birthday here. This great place for kids and family. Kids can play video games, attractions and prizing games. Unlimited Pizza, drinks and salads. You can order you own Pizza and I like it most. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Fun place for entire family.

I had a 5 star review here, but after today I'd suggest people stay away. Rude staff, staff touching food they are putting on the buffet with their hands, picking up stuff off the floor and putting it back to be used (nope not joking). Before seeing any of this I'd requested a pizza and waited over 15 minutes and the buzzer never went off, finally I went back up and asked only to be told "Oh sorry we already put it out" and it was actually right behind the guy. Then I returned to my table to find it occupied by someone else.

I took my son there today for a birthday party for one of his friends. It was our first time going and I must say I wasn't dissapointed. The hostess was very attentive with everyone and well versed in dealing with high energy kids. The fun area for the kids had many game choices and everything seemed orderly. The buffet area wasn't 5 star but it wasn't bad either...I was content and so was my son. We'll be going again for certain. I recommend it. Thanks Team Incredible Pizza.

Incredible Pizza is A LOT OF FUN!! They usually have good deals on their website or on Groupon that include game cards and main attractions to play. Just for the buffet for adults is a bit over 10 bucks and kid prices vary. They can make any pizza you want. I like their buffalo chicken pizza! They also have other things to eat like baked potatoes, hot dogs, tacos, salad and other kinds of food! There is also 4 area to eat. One is a 50's diner, then the have a gym area with cartoons and sports on TVs, they have a a little bit of a formal dining area and then the have a movie area where they play random things on a big screen. When you are done eating they have a bunch of arcade games and ticket games and a prize area but they also have games for little kids to play. Then they have attractions you can do. They have laser tag, go karts, bumper cars, a little drop tower and I think a virtual coaster! All are pretty fun but I just stick to the go kart, bumper cars and laser tag. They give you all the rules before you do any of the attractions and they give you a fair amount of time to have fun! First place in the go karts and laser tag get first place stickers which is cool! So if you have time and money take you kids or family to have some fun here!!

I give Incredible Pizza 5 stars for the simple fact that they offer gluten free pizza and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. My children always enjoy the games. It's not an inexpensive night out. It's pretty easy to blow through $100 in games in 60 to 90 minutes. If you have a family of four, like I do, budget about $150 for and evening at Incredible Pizza.

So cleanliness I would rate 4/5 it's a buffet with lots of kids around so good on that. Price is 1/5 it's very expensive for what you get and to make things worse the games cost a lot as well. So don't plan to be there very long unless you want to drop a lot of money.

This is a pizza place where you have a variety of foods not expected in any ordinary pizza place. The desserts, drinks, are worth the trip, time, money. San Antonio's Pizza Company, is a worthy competitor and hopefully soon leader in the place to be. For food, and games fun. Reasonable prices for what you get in return make this place the best, and worth it.

We had a birthday party here and Andrea's was very helpful, forgot the cake, so Andrea's said dont worry, we will fix this! He brought out a cake and the cook, with whipping cream and it was delicious all the way around! They made us the crustless pizza, with cheese and toppings! Alfredo sauce with spinach and chicken! The best here! So they are also good for healthy and diets! Everyone was helpful and great all around experience and close by the house! Highly recommend!Kelly

Pizza buffet taken to an expensive new price. I like the idea of pizza buffet and games and other activities in a place for kids but wow the price is really out there. It's expensive to go there for a birthday celebration. So you get a package deal which is only for one person and your spending over a hundred dollars for a small family and there is barely any games for others. It's plenty of food, but can use a little change here and there. Over all its a place to bring kids and celebrate and there is not too many places to do that. The deserts ate fresh and prepared every few minutes.

Only negative was we witnessed a young lady slip and fall on wet floor and it seemed the staff were not too concerned or courteous to her. Which is a shame, she could've been severely injured. Food and games fun and delish. Need more of that bread pudding though!

I'm not sure what I expected but I was a disappointed. The buffet certainly had a selection of food but for the price of entry/food there are much better family friendly selections in San Antonio. I'm sure the arcade, buffet, and games are a great deal for some families and kids parties, but it wasn't for us.

We got there at 430 on a Monday. Only 2 pizzas were out. But by 5 there were 5 different types out. Salad bar was well stocked and even had spinach. Our party attendant was busy keeping the area clean for us and the party was a success.

We brought the kids here to celebrate the end of the year. The staff was great, and the kids loved the games and rides. Unfortunately, the food quality has gone way down hill over the years. It's really not even worth going. Update - I did let the company know how to contact me. They sent an e-mail. I explained the issues and how it probably isn't something they will resolve. Received no response after that.

We attended an organized party. The party room and attendant we're great. Very attentive and flexible with supplies for the kids. The buffet is primarily a carb overload station. Not only pizza, but hot dogs, fries, pasta, potatoes bar and nachos. There is a salad bar, but it is underwhelming. Overall, the staff was great. The food was meh, bordering on bleh!

This is a perfect place for children's parties or just to take the kids to have a fun time. They have a large variety of arcade style game, plus several attractions. You can get a package deal for the kids or just pay as they go. The food is nothing great but it's okay, they have a salad bar, several pizzas to choose from, pasta, and other foods. They also have deserts like cinnamon rolls, brownies and ice cream to name a few. It can get extremely crowded on the weekends and hard to find a seat if your not there with a party. The kids like it and that's what matter.

Honestly I would have rated 5 starts but there hight policies are ridiculous. They let my friends daughter play laser tag but not my son who is the exact same height as her. The used a game card to measure and the hight was right on the line of recommended hight. So to say it was a bad experience is an understatement. I didn't almost 200 dollars on packages that my son couldn't enjoy bc his height was right on the line. Other than that it probably would have been a great evening..

This place popped up on my Facebook a few days ago and thought it would be a great change for the kids. There was 3 adults, a 10 year old and a almost 1 year old. We paid for the unlimited game play and attractions. We got there around 230 and stayed until 1030. We ate twice, watched all the 3d movies, did laser tag, bowled, and did the go carts several times. This is not counting all the rides the baby rode and all the the regular games we played. After my husband's military discount we paid 115. Not bad for two meals and all day games and rides. We liked that there were many food options and not just pizza. I don't know why everyone complains about the food because everything we ate was really good! I am not a fan of pizza but the few pieces I had were pretty good. The place was suprisingly pretty clean for so many people. An employee even refilled our drinks for us. Highly recommend this place. Great family place! Only thing I can say bad is that my son was extremely upset when he found out all the tickets he worked so hard for, he couldn't get because they are not allowed with the unlimited plan. We will visit again.

The place is pretty cool. The staff is very friendly, intuitive, and courteous. The only problem I have, and it is a big problem, I saw food waste in the buffet where someone had put it on their tray, started eating, decided they didn't want it, and left on the salad bar. Also, the whole buffet and drink areas need a lot of work.

We went here for a birthday party. We were caught off guard when they wanted us to pay an admission fee just to get back to the birthday we were invited to. We were not planning on this so it was very off putting, but that blame could be put back onto the party hosts for not informing us of that. Ok, so now we've spent $20 to get into this place so let's make the best of it, right? The food was AWFUL. I'm usually a dieter so when I'm invited to a party, that becomes my cheat day. I'm easy to please because I love any kind of junk food because I don't usually get it but wow, this food was bad. I took 1 maybe 2 bites of each item before being done it was so bad. Bland. Think cruise ship food, but cold and old looking. I kept thinking, well what if I try that flavor, nope still bad. What if I tried a fresh piece, better (and I'll be honest a finished my fresh piece), but still not better than a cheap pizza from Little Caesars. I'd say cold little Caesars pizza is better than fresh pizza here. So the food sucks, into the entertainment aspect. The games were ok, expensive... Cheapest game was Miss Pacman at 75¢ but most were $1-$1.50 with some being $3.50... attractions were more at $4.50- $7.50. My daughter enjoyed the play till you win crane game... At $1 a play you got to practice your crane game skills and got a squishy toy. That was ok in my book. She loved the Lazer tag but again, that was at attraction prices. Overall, I will never return here. They could have won me back over after the horrible start by charging an entrance fee at a child's birthday, but the food was worse than a normal buffet and the games were pricey. Fairly clean facility... A few sticky puddles in various places that got on my shoes but the plates were clean and buffet area wasn't icky.

I love this place and will definitely always return because of the good food and awesome games to play..just wish the prizes for the kids were a bit more for their age or better types of toys for the kids who try their hardest to win points for an awesome toy or two.

Yo pple the food is good but there are little problem they need to fix the Tables with pary or group. It just not work out with the Tables it just Sticks with your food on the Tables

This is just down the street from our house. We love bringing our daughter here. She has so much fun. And we get so stuffed with all the yummy food. Huge pizza selection and lots of games to play for all ages.

Always fun, but for some reason even the freshly brought out pizza is cold and old tasting. The people who work there are pretty hit and miss as far as friendliness. I'm sure it gets tiring, but we don't come for sour attitude either.

We used to really like coming here a couple years ago, this place has really gone down in quality and value. Not what it used to be. Paid over a hundred dollars for buffets and a $30.00 game card. The food was terrible, most of it looked gross where u dont even want to try. Pizza was bad, most of the ice machines had black mold on them. Most games avg $1.50 up to $3.00. My family has had much better times at ChuckeCheese, this is the WORST dining experience I've ever had in this city, that says alot. Sorry I wasted money here tonight. Never coming back, dont waste your money, leaving with empty bellies

We have been to numerous birthday parties here and today this will be the last. Besides the always mediocre food and same establishment that smells like a boys gym locker, they couldn't even turn the air conditioner higher today. Our party room was just stupid hot and the rest of the place was equally as bad.
