We are so thankful for Jenna and Pop Parties! When we started the wedding process we were not sure of the value added by a wedding planner. Now, we all agree it was the best value of any money spent on the wedding. She literally helped walk us through the entire wedding process. From selecting the food and invitations to figuring out wedding day details, Jenna thought of everything. Jenna gave us several options and helped us to prioritize what was most important to us! She truly was a professional, and kept us organized every step of the way. Jenna’s leadership and coordination on the day of the wedding made it a perfect day for the Bride, Groom and family. We would highly recommend Pop Parties and Jenna to anyone planning a wedding!

I had been dreaming about my wedding for a few years prior to meeting the best Dallas wedding planner aka Molly Rasmussen and her team at Pop Parties so I had already been looking for a Dallas wedding planner by the time we met. I had some issues finding the right person and was referred to Molly by another well known planner who I knew I could trust based on her reputation. I had seen Molly's name years before as she worked at what would become my reception venue a few years ago and there were nothing but great reviews of her there. So it was kind of fate I think that I ended up hiring Molly. There is nothing negative I can say about my experience throughout the year long planning and design process. We definitely had challenges which included both my ceremony and reception space both being remodeled at the same time. Molly always had option B and even option C to present when informing me of a problem and I really appreciated having options even though I usually ended up sticking to the original plan. She always ensured me that everything would turn out great and I had nothing to worry about. I can't say enough about how glad I am that I hired a wedding planner as wedding planning can be very time consuming and there are a lot of details and information that if you haven't planned an event before you will have your work cut out for you. This took most of the stress off me and allowed my family and I to just relax and enjoy not only the process, but the wedding day itself. They take care of everything for you such as the timeline so everyone knows where they have to be and at what time. If anything went wrong they were there to take care of it and resolve it. Your wedding day goes by in a blink of an eye so you do not want to waste it by having to run around and take care of things yourself. You should be able to sit back and actually experience your event that has taken a lot of time and money to create. Molly and her team at Pop Parties helped us do just that so thank you very much.

Where do I even begin with how grateful I am that I met Jenna with Pop Parties?? She was the first and only planner that I had met with, and I knew within the first 5 minutes I needed her!! I knew she would be absolutely amazing and spoiler alert, she did a phenomenal job! Jenna was there every step of the way to help me refine my vision for the big day, helped us stay in a budget we were comfortable with, and presented THE BEST group of vendors for us to choose from. I loved how she had so many connections with vendors around DFW, especially ones that she knew would be my personality. She thought of all the little details and made sure the flow and logistics of our big day was perfection. Our day-of timeline was so perfect! I cannot stress enough how vital it was to have Jenna for the most important day of our lives. She made the whole planning process so stress-free for us. We love our Jenna! She truly does handle everything. The weekend of the wedding - if she needed a question answered from me, it was a simple "yes or no" question. There was no stress on me or my family to handle anything (rehearsal or setting up ceremony/reception) because she just did it all for us. Shannon at Pop Parties was wonderful! We hired her for month of planning and she nailed it! There was not a detail left untouched, we felt so comfortable having her by our side the last month and on wedding day! For our wedding, we did a difficult room flip and that was our biggest concern all throughout the wedding planning process, but Shannon and Madeline executed this so flawlessly and we actually had a little bit of time to see the room before guest came in. It was a pleasant surprise! During the wedding we were able to fully enjoy the evening, but only because of Shannon and Madeline! I highly reccomend Pop Parties!!

If you are looking to have your dream wedding, you have to call Pop Parties! My husband and I were very adimate that our wedding would be a day for us to relax, enjoy, and be stress free. That is EXACTLY what we got. Jenna was our planner, and she made sure that we wanted for nothing, left no question unanswered, and had our perfect wedding. Example - the lighting vendor for our wedding thought it was on Saturday, but it was Friday! Jenna took care of it before any one even knew something was out place. That is the kind of service you want on your wedding day. Total trust! Getting the flu and losing my voice about 10 days before my wedding was just the icing on the cake that I needed, but because I had Molly—everything about our wedding and the day of worked out flawlessly because of her, Jenna and Kassey! Molly and her team are hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I could not have possibly planned our wedding without her expertise, advice and guidance! Even every vendor we worked with would tell us that they weren’t worried about a thing because we had Molly :) (Actually, there were many times people questioned why we weren't stressed about wedding planning... well now they know it's because we had Molly!) Molly was wonderful throughout the entire process - I really can not say enough great things about Molly and the Pop Parties team!! THANK Y’ALL FOR EVERYTHING!! Important side note that also must be mentioned: My then fiancé, gave me some grief about wanting to hire a wedding planner/coordinator—however, he now agrees that it was the best decision we could have made during the planning process and that he couldn’t have imagined that we could have survived wedding day without Molly! He and I came to a compromise and decided to go with a partial planning service with Pop Parties, but if there were any way for us to do this over, we both also agree that the full planning service would be the only way to go! Molly is INCREDIBLE and truly pours every once of herself into her business. She worked with both my sister and then myself to help plan our weddings (while living out of state) and hit it out of the park both times! She’s organized, patient, kept me on track and always has an answer for chaos. She helped so much through my indecisiveness by helping me see the big picture and giving her honest opinion. And I can’t forget mention her amazing list of vendors!!! Wedding weekend she made me feel so at ease and even took things off my plate to relieve the little bit of stress I did have. There’s so much she’ll do behind the scenes that you won’t even know about to make the day flow as smooth as possible. I could go on and on, but after 2 weddings using Molly as our planner- I swear to you she is worth it and you will NOT be disappointed! From our first meeting, she wanted to know what my husband and I were looking for but also straight forward with my mom and me in what was realistic for our budget. She helped us navigate vendors, make decisions and turned our dream into a reality. Molly and her team are extremely organized, communicate quickly and really keep the event as a whole experience. Leading up to the wedding - we felt like their #1 priority even though we know they had other events going on. They were extremely accommodating with any drama (last minute RSVP no shows or add-ins) and even helped with the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Many vendors commented that "we are in good hands". The entire wedding day Molly and her team were calm, cool, and collected. They are extremely professional with the perfect touch of excitement for the big day. We literally looked up and it was all taken care of for us. Our wedding looked beautiful, felt elegant, and was a lot of fun. THANK YOU!!! To top it off, many of our guests said it was a "PERFECT" wedding.

When I began the process of searching for a Wedding Planner/Coordinator many of the ones I spoke to would simply list off their services and prices and needed to know exactly what package I wanted. I knew after my first phone conversation with Jenna at Pop Parties that I would 100% be hiring her. Jenna wanted to know what I wanted in a wedding planner and what I thought I would need help with. She was patient as I took time deciding between partial and full-time planning and helped me make the best decision. After the planning began Jenna still treated me with the same care! She was patient with a lot of my indecisiveness and provided helpful information at all of the right times. The gals at Pop Parties are SO sweet but most importantly, organized and on top of things. It can sometimes be difficult to hear all of the true facts/costs associated with weddings but Jenna was strait forward and always presented me with varying options. Because I worked with Jenna for the whole year, it made the weeks leading up to my wedding (as well as the wedding day) run very smoothly. Luckily Jenna and the Pop Parties team have great relationships with some of the BEST vendors so whether you choose full-time or partial planning, you will still be 100% taken care of. I have a very Type-A/Hands-On personality and sometimes struggle to relinquish control. Jenna quickly learned my personality and was basically able to read my mind just a couple of months into working together. On my actual wedding day I was able to relax and enjoy every little detail because Jenna and her team had it all under control. I cannot thank the Pop Parties team (especially Jenna) enough for making my Wedding Day so perfect!

I’m pretty detailed and organized but I also struggle with making decisions, so I got a partial planning package with Pop Parties (in between day-of coordination and full planning). Jenna was a great resource to provide insight and feedback on many topics, and provided vendor recommendations based on what I wanted, which made the planning process much easier for me. She’s quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. When it came to my wedding day, Jenna handled EVERYTHING. She really stuck to the schedule and was attentive to our needs – I always had a full glass of wine! Jenna even took care of a few things that came up after our wedding, while we were still on our honeymoon. I’m so glad I had her on my team of vendors and don’t think my day would have been as perfect without her!
