Crystal is the new place in Plano for your wedding or party receptions. Newly renovated and in the center of town this place feel fresh than your usual norm. I was here for a wedding reception and was amazed when i walked in, you can see the pictures attached this place is fresh and well managed. They also offer food catering wtih the hall and it great quality food. Kinda under spiced but taht is what was requited by the hosts. Service is great and seems price is amazing too.

Their service was horrifying. The credit card did not work and the people who hosted were going to pay with another credit card. Until then the wedding continued and they would not serve anything. I haven't seen anything this terrible in my life. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never ever coming here again or telling my friends that they can host their wedding.

It is not bad. I wish they could have separate entry - exit for more parties and feel it could have been a lot better, had various parties been isolated so we have full privacy because not all the parties /gathering are of same nature.

We thought this was an amazing banquet hall. It's beautiful. The outside is okay, but it's all worth it because the inside is breathtaking. The staff is very cooperative and very well organized. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Though it's a very clean facility it is a little overpriced. Not a problem though.

Crystal Banquet Hall is a very beautiful in the Plano area. But we had a very negative experience. A middle man took the responsibility of providing the food to a group of 250 people. The food has a lot of salt and it was not enough for the people we paid for. I request the management of the Crystal Banquet if they want to be successful in their business please do not allow the brokers to take their business and give a bed image to such a nice facility.

Hall is nice but management is poor and dishonest. We ordered 7 dishes while at the last moment we found 2 were missing although we prepaid for all of them. The microphone of the hall was not working so we got our own at the last moment that too messed up our function , we started very late .

Had a good experience hosting a party at this place. The pros - Well managed, generally clean interiors, the manager is attentive and receptive to requests. The Cons - The exterior in the strip mall is not very welcoming, the carpet in the banquet hall is stained in some places, and the lack of options for chair cover colors. Overall satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had our daughter's 1st Birthday party just last night at Crystal Banquet Hall. I can't wait to put my comments on my experience. This was an awesome party due to the wonderful stuff and perfect food. They perfected the service and I don't hesitate to tell you that they have the finest stuff who are extremely co-operative and the eagerly to help is clearly noticeable. I would surely recommend this place to others without any hesitation.

So much to appreciate, food was very fresh and delicious, the staff was very professional and accomodating, very clean, got to meet the owner very nice person. I have been here a few times for different events. It is always been well decorated and beautiful. I'm not sure how much it costs since I've never actually rented it myself but since a lot of people I know rented it must not be that expensive. Overall a very pretty place.

Kudos to Crystal team for helping us with our Eid Milan event on 9/7. Special thanks to Naeem (On-site manager) who made sure during the entire event that we are fully equipped, food was brought on time, prayer mats were ready for maghrib and so on.. Not to mention, Ahsan and Ruby were awesome right from booking to event. Looking forward to engage more with Crystal team on many more events to come...

Great banquet hall for hosting public and/or private events. Atmosphere is great with an additional spacious hallway to set up more tables for various items, and also to hangout to enjoy drinks and conversations with friends away from the loud crowd inside the banquet hall. Convenience is there to cater Indian food from Jimmy's Burger which is next door.

RUINED our engagement party. The manager on staff for our party completely disregarded us and was terrible at managing the problems that continuously happened. The most important part of any party, the music, was stopping repeatedly until finally the speakers were no longer working at all. The manager was in the room the entire time and never offered to help. We had to keep asking her for help and she would go in and out of the room for a minute without giving us answers. Finally, my sister in law had to leave to BRING us a speaker to the venue. After we already solved the problem ourselves, after two hours of no music, the manager comes in and informs us that the entire time there was an extra speaker in the back. Such a horrible experience for what we wanted to be a beautiful night.

Very nice and fancy place. This is one of the best options for a big event. The location is really good. This place could be good for small gatherings and even increasing it for up about 500 people. The price is a little bit high but the service is good. By the way, You will have to hire your own audio company.

Staff is alright but they always end up kicking us out because they want to close by 12 or 1. I understand they don’t want to stay open till late but people are celebrating something big most of the time so they should be more caring. The hall itself is very nice and bathrooms very clean. Food is not good most of the time but sometimes it’s ok. Definitely over priced but it’s at a good location.

It's a beautiful hall but it's so huge and it would be better if you do a different style of sitting arrangement. The arrangement seemed like a press conference to me. I think you should keep some plants and flowers inside to have a cooler environment. It's nice though it was very plain.

Crystals is great for any occasion. We’ve used this venue for many special events for this family and been here for other events many times. Restrooms are clean. Food is good. Bridal room could be a bit nicer but glad it’s there. The main entry is very pretty.
