I do not know how to put into words how wonderful Natalie with Country Sugar was. For my husband and I, she was truly a heaven sent. We were not initially going to spend the money on a planner, but after multiple people insisted, we finally caved. I can say with the utmost certainty that my wedding was as wonderful as it was mainly because of The Country Sugar team. We decided that we only needed the two weeks package that Natalie offers because I had completed almost everything for the wedding prior to meeting her. When we met with Natalie to go over everything it was the first time I truly felt at ease because she took all of my stress away. She contacted all of my vendors to make sure they had everything they needed and were there on time based on the detailed schedule she made for us. On the day of my wedding, she showed up early without thinking twice about it because we had a few issues with our DJ (even though she was sick!). If there were any problems on that day, I had absolutely no idea because Natalie handled the day so perfectly. I could go on forever about how blessed we were to have Country Sugar help us on our big day. I would HIGHLY recommend Natalie and her team to anybody!!!

My fiancé and I were planning our SA wedding from the East Coast, and to say we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin would be an understatement. Natalie listened to our vision, respected our budget, and recommended vendors she trusted to help us narrow down our options. Given the strong relationships she has with vendors, we were able to get better deals than we otherwise would have been able to. I honestly think the difference in what we saved (not to mention the time and stress) more than paid for Natalie's fee. Leading up to the wedding, she totally took over and managed all of the logistics. Not only did Natalie handle all of the details, she was a great sounding board as I debated decor ideas and whether certain additions were worth it. On the day of the wedding I knew Natalie would make sure everything went smoothly and ensure our vision truly came to life. There were some bumps in the road (freezing temperatures in Texas and a broken earring, for example), but Natalie had a plan for it all. She kept us focused and on time, allowing us to truly just take in the day and enjoy every moment. I still can't get over how perfect the day was, and I can't thank Natalie enough for the crucial role she played. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my SA friends.

I chose Natalie and Country Sugar based on the reviews of others and was not disappointed at all. She made having a destination wedding a breeze. Natalie was amazing! She made my wedding day more than I ever could have imagined. I am SO glad I decided to hire a wedding planner and from the moment I started looking and found Country Sugar I just had a feeling of home. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable and we were so great together. I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else, and I am so glad it was with Natalie that I shared this experience with. Everything went perfectly and I can't even believe that it was more than what I ever wanted or could have dreamed of. She was amazing. This was the second wedding that we had the opportunity to work with Natalie and her team at Country Sugar. She was the wedding planner at our son's wedding 3 years ago. We decided to use her again when our daughter got married. Because my daughter and her fiancee both lived out of state, we felt that we were going to need a coordinator to guide us through the process and keep us focused. We decided on a more extensive package than we had used with our son's wedding. We all felt like it was definitely worth it! I think our money was well spent. Natalie helped us choose vendors and make decisions that ended up saving us money. I feel like the savings basically paid for her fee. She is very organized and thorough. A bride has no idea how quickly that evening will fly by. You must have a timeline and someone to keep you on track. We were able to enjoy the evening and have someone else take care of the many logistics!! It's important to have someone that is calm and able to problem solve. There will be a glitch here and there. Natalie is very creative and has a great eye for design. That's coming from a mom who is a little OCD about that kind of stuff! I can't recommend Natalie enough! The team was awesome!

I am happy to say that we could not have picked a better company to help coordinate our big day!! Christina was one of the most patient, sweet, helpful, and organized people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made sure that she took the weight off of our shoulders, and that our day was as perfect as we envisioned it. She didn't make us feel rushed while also keeping us on our timeline. She consistently checked in on to see how we were doing and also got us everything we needed and had answers to all of our questions. My family was blown away at how eloquently she dealt with everything, and just how sweet she was! We were very blessed to have her there with us and I know the vendors appreciated all of her hard work too. Natalie was such a HUGE help on my wedding day and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! My floral designers didn't come through, and Natalie made floral arrangements herself and set the tables. I highly recommend her for wedding coordination. She has great advice and is extremely organized. She is a true BLESSING!

Maggie helped me so much with the planning and details and a hundred things I would never have thought about until it was too late. When my daughter got engaged, the joy of the moment was followed shortly thereafter by the panic that slowly began to set in as the planning kicked into high gear (a short 4 month engagement)! So many details! My daughter found Country Sugar and suggested that we needed a Wedding Day planner. My son and daughter-in-law’s recent wedding was a destination to the Hyatt Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas. It became clear very early in the planning that we needed the help of a wedding planner. We found NATALIE with Country Sugar through the Hyatt’s list of vendors. After interviewing a couple of planners, we chose Natalie. This was the best decision we made. The Bride and Groom were able to make many decisions through email and phone calls and only had to make 3 trips to San Antonio over one year of planning. She has connections to many great vendors and most of all a very creative and organized mind. Because of guest list size and that the bride and groom not only did not live in San Antonio (they lived in 2 different locations) we chose her top plan. She helped us plan a full weekend of wedding events including a Friday Night welcome dinner, Men’s Golf outing and Ladies Wedding Day Brunch. And to top it off she stopped at Starbucks the morning of the wedding and personally delivered coffee to the brunch that morning. I can honestly say I consider Natalie my friend and I am going to miss seeing her name pop up in my INBOX!!! ☺

Natalie is absolutely incredible. We utilized her day-of coordination services via Queen of Harts which we found via Country Sugar Events website. My husband and I said so many times throughout working with her and after the wedding that she was worth absolutely every penny. We were enchanted by her during our initial phone conversation, and I was blown away by her again and again during the process. I would describe myself as ultra-organized, but Natalie tracked down multiple things I hadn't thought of and helped troubleshoot them all! She manages to be kind and lovely while also keeping everyone in line and in tip top shape which is the ultimate trifecta!

Our family found Country Sugar events when we found our venue in Comfort TX. Country Sugar is the event coordinator for the Ingenhuitt on High building. It is absolutely the coolest venue we toured if you like refurbished stone buildings and enclosed brick patio areas (with a koi pond)! So, in addition to the venue we booked Natalie from Country Sugar for planning as well since our daughter was out of state as well as most of the guests. Natalie was so responsive to every e mail and/or phone call for suggestions and advice it made everything a lot easier to take in stride. The day of the wedding was so fun and easygoing. We were expecting something to go wrong but everything fell into place like clockwork. Everyone seemed to enjoy the wedding even our caterer to our dj to Country Sugar. The guests all commented about how wonderful the evening was from the food to the music to the ceremony. Hats off to Country Sugar:)

Natalie is the reason why my wedding went as smoothly as it could possibly be! She is truly an incredible person. Both my husband and myself at the time lived in two different cities, neither in San Antonio, and Natalie was incredibly flexible working with our crazy schedules. She was able to pack multiple appointments with vendors so that we could see as much in person on the one or two days we were in town each month. She truly went above and beyond. Not only this, she literally took the dreams in my head and MADE IT HAPPEN. She took the time to understand our vision and through her networking with so many vendors not only in San Antonio, but even bringing talent in from Austin- she brought it all to life. Oh and did I mention she was pregnant and later with a newborn through all of this ?!!? She is a WONDER WOMAN! I found Natalie because she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding, and so I KNEW firsthand she would do a good job, and she 100% did with ours as well! We are recommending her to anyone we know getting married in San Antonio! She is very organized, highly creative, and overall truly connected with your wedding day. You don't often see wedding planners getting tearful during touching moments! She was truly present, and you can't beat that.

I worked with Bonnie at Country Sugar and she was hands down the sweetest, calmest (which you need on your wedding day) easiest to work with and helpful planner I could have asked for! The day of the wedding went by so fast and you want to just live in that moment and enjoy it and she made that possible for us. She made sure everything was in order before we arrived, made sure to stick as closely as possible to our timeline for the night and she only came to us when it was necessary.....like to let us know it was time to cut the cake or time for our first dance. I never felt like I was being followed around or led by a drill sargeant, if we wanted to back something up on out timeline we did, if we wanted to scrap something or change something Bonnie went with it and didn't miss a beat!!!! Also, we have a wonderful sweet group of friends that made up our wedding party BUT we can all get a little off track and chat because we love to be together and Bonnie made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there and had no trouble wrangling our group. I can't say enough how much I adore Bonnie and woul recommend her to anyone that asaked me without a doubt.

We did a destination wedding at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio and through them we were referred to Natalie with Country Sugar Events. This was by far the best decision we could make, she not only put us at ease the minute we met her but she completely went above and beyond our wildest dreams. With Country Sugar, you get a design packet that helps get all your ideas on paper without it being just your Pinterest page. They take your thoughts and run with it and the end product was better than I thought possible. Natalie helped us create a weekend of events from a Country welcome dinner for our guest, to Saturday Women's Brunch and Men's Golf before our wedding. She has a team the day of that take care of everything, things went so smoothly I was even able to take a quick nap before I walked down the aisle. Natalie and the Country Sugar Team are truly the fairy godmother's every bride needs when planning their big day.

I am so happy that I found Country Sugar to help plan my wedding. Natalie was absolutely amazing. I originally didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but after trying to deal with the owner of the venue we had picked out, I knew I needed help. Trying to find a wedding planner less than 6 months before a wedding was difficult and I was feeling super overwhelmed, but then I came across Country Sugar and contacted Natalie who told me she didn't want me to have to stress anymore and set up an appointment for us to meet right away even though it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. It meant so much to me that she did that and I knew she was the perfect person for the job. I wasn't wrong! She helped me find the remaining vendors I needed and was a huge support in dealing with the uncooperative staff at the venue. She listened to everything I said I wanted and executed it perfectly. When the big day finally came, I was able to relax and not worry about a thing because I knew she would take care of any issue that came up. The wedding ended up being everything I wanted and so much more and I attribute that to her! She was so fun and easy to work with and is great at what she does! I can't thank her enough for everything she has done!!
