I recently worked with Veronica and her staff for a wedding at Stonehouse Villa on 11-30-18. I have been a DJ in Austin for 10 years and have worked hundreds of weddings with many coordinators. Veronica helped make the planning process a breeze! She provided the venue layout ahead of time and also sent multiple emails prior to the bride/groom's wedding to confirm timeline details, arrival time, sound/lighting requirements, and any additional needs. This helps ease any burden on the bride & groom as I have less questions to follow up with. The most important thing for a bride/groom is for their wedding to run smoothly without interruptions and multiple questions throughout the event. On the day of, the bride/groom just want to enjoy the day with their friends and family and want everything to run smoothly in the background. Veronica's planning ahead of time made the whole day run so smoothly so the bride/groom could dance and share the day with their guests. Thank you Veronica and your staff for all of your help in making their day special!

It was an incredible experience working on our annual fundraiser with Awe Events! Veronica Laboy was professional, encouraging, creative, and no details were missed. She even hosted a "How to have a successful vendor booth" workshop for the businesses that were planning on having displays at our event. There was clear communication and constant follow up through out the whole process. On the big day, she was calm, organized, and quick to assist with any additional variable. Awe Events Veronica and her assistant Paris did an amazing job for my wedding! There was some stress with coordination leading up, but it all came together day of. They went above and beyond what I expected. My hair was falling down during the ceremony and Paris impromptu styled my hair and it came out beautifully. Veronica helped with my bustle, replacing bobby pins in my bridesmaids' hair, set up decor and coordinated not only staff but with our wedding party and family. Thank you for a job well done! Recommend for anyone that wants their event to run smoothly. We had the perfect day.

I attended a party to celebrate the opening of the Austin opera that was hosted by Awe events last week. Everything was on point and well executed. Food and drinks were delicious, the decorations appropriate, and the customer service was top notch. The party was supposed to end at 9 pm, but everyone stayed passed 11 pm. Their staff kept hosting us with a smile in their face to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this local company!!

Veronica from Awe Events was the coordinator for my June 2017 wedding, hosted in a family friends' backyard (which they are hoping to eventually turn into an official event space.) There are so many details I hadn't considered in hosting an event out of an official space, and without Veronica's guidance I would have been totally lost. Not to mention that I work and live in Kuwait, so doing everything from afar without assistance would have been a total nightmare!! Veronica checked out the venue which was nearly an hour drive from her location 3 or 4 times before the actual event, worked diligently with my separated parents, diminishing that stress. We had amazing vendors coordinated through Veronica for rentals, including Peerless, Loot vintage rentals, and HEB floral department. And perhaps most helpful of all was Veronica's tireless work for the day prior to and day of the wedding. She was the sole person responsible for decor setup, and worked to throw together a last minute rain plan with my family (wasn't needed in the end... had incredible weather!). I really don't know how we would have been ready for the wedding in time without her help!! I had initially thought that I could schedule family members to help coordinate day of, and in hindsight understand that wouldve been a complete mess, her organization with the vendors and scheduling were a huge factor in letting us enjoy our wedding! I can't recommend using Veronica enough, wish I could do it all over again :)
