There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Shannon and Meredith of Sage Nines are! They expertly planned, designed, and executed my Indian wedding in Nashville a few years ago. Indian weddings are incredibly daunting and stressful to plan – many family opinions to consider, often multiple events, large guest count, and complex to track down the proper décor, food, outfits, and vendors. Although Meredith and Shannon are not Indian, they fully know all facets of the traditions and ceremonies. They were incredibly considerate and sensitive to the needs of every party involved. They showed unparalleled commitment to make sure the planning process went smoothly. I can undoubtedly say that my family, my husband and his family, and I would have been lost without their guidance. Sage Nines is the perfect pair to cover any and all aspects of wedding planning. Meredith expertly coordinated every last detail and logistic, tracked down the best vendors and venues, focused us on the right priorities, and kept us on budget. We very much appreciated the constant attention to both the big picture and detail view. Shannon is the design wing of the two and I cannot even begin to describe her artistry, imaginative vision, and ability to translate our ideas into a truly unique and beautiful wedding. She was in constant communication with us to design the events and has the most creative personal collection of décor to offer. Not only will Shannon find the perfect décor, she will make all the flower arrangements and take on hand-making décor – Shannon made the altar (mandap) for our wedding! Both events Shannon and Meredith planned for us were absolutely breathtaking and stunning. Meredith and Shannon are truly the most dedicated and thoughtful wedding planners one could hope for! I feel so incredibly lucky to have worked with them.

Why am I waiting until a year after our wedding to write a review for these fabulous women? I have NO idea. My husband Stewart and I tied the knot on March 25th, 2017 in Nashville, TN. We reside in Pittsburgh, so Nashville was a destination for us for no other reason than that we love the city and its people. I am very much a detailed, organized, type A person (and so is my husband). We had a very good idea about what we wanted our wedding to be, but we also were open-minded with regard to a number of elements. We researched all the wedding planners in Nashville and QUICKLY decided on Sage Nines. After 2 minutes on FaceTime with Meredith & Shannon we hired them and it was the best decision we could have made. Stewart and I wanted to enjoy the ENTIRE wedding planning process not just the wedding weekend. Well, mission accomplished. We had SO much fun with these women who we now call friends. Our wedding was a dream. It was exactly what we wanted it to be. Meredith and Shannon took our vision, our personalities, and our wishes and turned them into something that blew us and our guests away. Our wedding (from start to finish) captured US. What more could you want? Above all else, we had a BLAST at our wedding. The day went off without a hitch and we thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of it. Proof? I took a NAP on my wedding day in my wedding suite before getting my makeup done. Yes, I laid down in a luxurious robe, put a face mask on, drank champagne and took a NAP. That's how relaxed I was. Go with Sage Nines.. seriously! XOXO

Meredith and Shannon are amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend them for your Indian or American Wedding. They made the process of planning a wedding seamless and they have such great taste and design skills. Our wedding weekend was better than I could have even imagined. We just had to sit back and enjoy while they coordinated everything. They were always responsive to questions and concerns even late at night on a weekend. Thanks Shannon and Meredith!

Meredith & Shannon are nothing short of rockstars at what they do!! They each bring an incredibly strong set of skills that differ from one another - and together they make the perfect team. Nothing about our day was cookie cutter - they took all of our ideas and were able to turn these ideas into a wedding that felt polished, cohesive, and beautiful. The planning process was actually FUN! We worked with them in a project management tool and they spaced out our decisions so we never felt overwhelmed and we were always able to really think through each decision so it was something we wanted. In the end our wedding was breathtaking and more than we ever thought possible. BEST planners in Nashville and worth it!! Not to mention - a personal delight to work with as well :)

Sage Nines is the best of the best in wedding and event planning. Meredith and Shannon went above and beyond in making every single detail of my wedding absolutely perfect. We were working on a short timeline, about 7 months from proposal to wedding date, and these ladies had everything covered. As a type A personality, I found myself worrying in the days leading up to the wedding because I literally had nothing to worry about! They took care of everything and made sure that every single detail was perfect. I'll also readily admit that once the wedding was over, I missed our daily emails and banter, on top of being amazing at their jobs, they are awesome people.
