I don't think I have enough words to describe just how amazing Ninth and Everett are. From our initial meeting until our wedding day my husband and I were both at ease when it came to planning our big day. Josiah took care of everything! For instance I totally forgot about plates for our big day, which is a pretty big deal. Josiah kept track of everything while we planned our big day, and was the one who caught that we did not have dishes, cups, or silverware for our wedding. I was a little shocked I forgot such a big item, but Josiah took care of it right away. We decided what we wanted, and he called the rental company the next day and took care of it. Another instance was on our wedding day, I did not want to do a head table and had a vague idea of how I wanted our families and bridal party to sit for the meal. I conveyed my thoughts to Josiah and Rachel the morning of our wedding, and when we entered the reception everyone was exactly how I had pictured it. I truly was so relaxed through the entire process and especially on our wedding day because I knew we had the team from Ninth and Everett! I heard so many compliments from my bridesmaids and my family on how amazing Josiah and Rachel were on our wedding day. Josiah, Blake and the entire Ninth and Everett Team are AMAZING!! My fiancé at the time(now husband) and I were planning a wedding by ourselves without the help of anyone else while both working full time jobs. It was almost impossible. We luckily found Ninth and Everett 6 months before our wedding and the first day we met them they took over everything. They listened to what we had envisioned for our big day and took it and ran. We were finally able to breathe. They handled everything from finding, contacting and scheduling vendor meetings, came to all the vendor meetings, bridesmaid dress shopping, groom & groomsmen attire, contacted bridal party with all necessary information, decorations, music, and so much more!! We spoke on a daily basis and any questions or concerns I had they addressed right away. I felt like I had all their attention at all times and they were always focusing on us. It felt so great to have that support. My parents and I did not agree on hardly anything and fought the entire year, however Josiah and his team were able to be the mediator and handle all situations professionally and classy. Our wedding day I felt like was flawless. The Ninth and Everett Team were there all day setting up and stayed late to take down. They went above and beyond! Honestly all I had to do that day was show up and they had everything looking amazing and beautiful! From the ceremony to the reception, the flowers, all the décor, everything was perfect and beautiful! It was exactly how we envisioned our special day. They have such great taste in everything, I'm so happy with how everything turned out! Thank you Ninth and Everett for everything you did for us and making our day perfect! We love you so much! Josiah and his team were unbelievable. Ninth and Everett was the only planning and design firm we interviewed. We immediately felt connected to Josiah and truly didn't feel the need to look anywhere else. He is young and fun enough to identify new trends to set an event apart and keep things original, but has the professionalism and experience of someone far beyond his years. We wanted an edgy, offbeat, eclectic wedding on a moderate budget in our hometown of Nashville, but we live in New York. We were only able to meet Josiah in Nashville for one venue tour- everything else was done by email, call, FaceTime, etc. and went off without a hitch. Josiah was able to wrangle our broad and general ideas and funnel them down into specific details. We felt like we had creative control without having to worry about any of the logistics. If something went wrong the day of our wedding, we didn't know about it. Planning a wedding form a different part of the country is difficult, but Josiah took care of us every step of the way. Not only did he want to make sure our needs for the actual wedding were being met, but for the process as well. If we needed more communication, he gave it. If we wanted summaries of calls, we had them. We felt like he was customizing an experience for us as opposed to us customizing ourselves to fit a pre-determined system. I really believe that there is not another planner in Nashville who could have pulled off our wedding the way Josiah did. In a world of cream, sage, blush, and velvet, Josiah is ready to shake things up and create events that make a statement about a couple and about the future of the wedding industry. From the start of planning until after the reception, everything ran so smoothly! I cannot speak enough about this firm! Many times I was asked, "is it hard having an out of town wedding planner?" They are the type of person that is so open and engaged and up for anything that you just know having them in your life would be a blast. Well, Josiah Loyarr is that person. When that person is also organized and thorough and creative, you get an amazing wedding planner.
