Jane Rae events is the best decision I’ve ever done after saying yes to marry my husband. Her and her team were simply amazing. My husband and I live in Atlanta, GA, but since my husband is from SD, we decide to get married in Sioux Falls to be closer to his family. Since I was planning a wedding from far, I just curiously googled “wedding planners in Sioux Dakota” and Jane Rae events came up and I was hooked just from the website Alone! I thought, if her website looks this good... imagine my wedding day. If it weren’t only for the variety of packages you can choose for wedding planning, the other services alone will get you. They do flowers, rentals, invitations, set up and tear down on your wedding day and wedding day coordinations. It is like 6 vendors in one!!! How great is that! From the first meeting to the day of the wedding, Katie was amazing. She was able to accommodate us since we are far and she capture my vision and delivered it 100% more beautiful then I could ever imagine. She was able to work with my budget and make little adjustments to help us save money. Katie was also very reachable and fast at emailing back. She would send weekly emails even if we had nothing due, to check on everything. She made sure to be attentive to every detail that was important to me and made it happen. She incorporate the wedding theme through the invitations all the way to wedding programs and venue. It was like a beautiful song from start to finish. The wedding day was simply amazing. Her and her team did everything and I didn’t have to worry about one thing. Even though we moved the wedding ceremony inside due to rain, their decoration was simply breathtaking, that if I could relive the day again without rain, I wouldn’t change a thing. I already miss her and her weekly emails and I told her I’m terrible jealous of all her new brides cause they’ll get to work with her lol! I’ve already booked her for my 10th year anniversary! While I keep trying to convince her and her team to move to GA, make sure you hire her if you want a stress free/wedding of your dreams/ most beautiful day of your life ever!

She also kept me on track in the planning process with email reminders. Another huge stress reliever was a detailed timeline that she created and sent to all of my vendors for me. I did not have to worry about anything the week before the wedding! She made the day enjoyable for me, my husband, and our families since we knew the Jane Rae team was taking great care of us. Katie and the entire crew with Simply Devine by Jane Rae Events were AMAZING from the first consultation over the phone to the tear-down after our reception. As a bride planning a wedding in the Sioux Falls area from out of state, Katie was never more than a phone call away. She accommodated by having our initial consultation over the phone, and she was so personable and I felt like she actually understood and had additional ideas/recommendations for everything I thought of, which I did not find in any other event service we spoke with. After our initial consultation, she helped me set up a Pinterest board and let me text her inspiration throughout my engagement. At our first design meeting in person, she had multiple table arrangements, linen options, and other decor set up! It was SO HELPFUL to see exactly what I could expect at our wedding! One of the best parts of this service was how Katie is able to make things work in multiple budgets. Our first quote for florals (centerpieces and bouquets)+ linens + rental items + set up/tear down was out of budget, and Katie was so quick to made small changes like swapping out certain florals for more in season options, reducing sizes of centerpieces, adding silk greens to the real florals, etc. to bring things right in budget! Katie never ran out of ideas or options! On the day of the wedding, my family and I didn't have to do a thing. Katie showed up with her team, peeped into the bridal suite to say hi, and by the time my hair and makeup was done, I walked into the reception hall to see everything put together exactly how I had envisioned it! The one small hiccup was that the ribbon color on my bouquet wasn't what I thought I wanted (it was exactly what I told them I wanted, though, so no fault on their end!), and Katie drove all the way back to their warehouse and replaced it LONG before it was needed for photos. She was so accommodating! After the reception, we didn't need to do anything but pick up the box of our own items that Katie and her team had packed up and head home! No worrying about returning rentals or taking down centerpieces- they did it all! Overall, Simply Devine by Jane Rae Events was the best investment of our entire wedding. Being from out of state, we didn't have to worry about transporting centerpieces in our already packed car, and as a couple that is always busy with school and work, it was so nice not needing to take time out of our schedules to DIY. We actually got to enjoy our wedding day instead of stressing about setting things up and tearing things down. Katie and her team made everything look perfect. We can't thank Simply Devine by Jane Rae Events enough!

Jane Rae Events helped make my wedding look exactly how I wanted it to. I looked online for decorations of my style for weeks and weeks and couldn’t find what I wanted. After hearing about Jane Rae Events from a friend, I scheduled a meeting with them and discovered everything they have to offer. We rented our ceremony/reception decorations from them. First of all, their shop is GORGEOUS. I was looking for simple/elegant decorations with gold and greenery/eucalyptus, and Jane Rae Events had decorations that were absolutely perfect for me. Ashley was great; she was very flexible to work with since we live two hours from Sioux Falls, and she helped everything go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jane Rae Events to anyone who is looking for a wide variety of beautiful wedding decorations and a seamless process.
