My husband and I got married this June at the Easton Beach Rotunda Ballroom. We had a unique situation where we hired a food truck to provide the dinner for the evening. Because of this, we needed to also hire a service that would provide additional staff members to help our chef and his staff serve our guests - from cocktail hour, to dinner and to dessert. We also needed this service to set up the Ballroom tables and chairs with the decor (linens, dinnerware, etc.), which included a number of DIY items we wanted to incorporate, from soup to nuts. We could not have been more pleased with Gigi’s staff. They have worked many weddings at the Ballroom before, so we were comfortable knowing that they had everything under control. Additionally, Gigi’s staff made the Ballroom just come alive with the way they were able to pull together all the dinnerware and decorative pieces we provided them. When I saw the Ballroom setup for the first time before our guests even arrived, I could not have been more blown away by how absolutely gorgeous everything looked - all thanks to the incredible work by Gigi’s staff. Thank you so much for making our wedding more beautiful than we could have imagined.

I had a graduation party with a sit down dinner for 60 people and Luci was a lifesaver; she is fantastic! She took care of everything and was ahead of me every step of the way. I strongly recommend Gigi and Extra Hands for Your Events!! She was very professional. I used them for my husbands surprise 50th, Terri came to our house. We loved her! Everyone did. I showed her where everything was once and that was it. I was so nervous, I've never had someone, outside of family, to help with functions. I had over 70 people during the course of the evening. We used Extra Hands for your Event for our Son's rehearsal dinner. We had 90 people attending the rehearsal dinner. We are from Tampa, Florida and our event was held in Worcester, MA., so needless to say, we put our trust in someone we had never worked with before. Gigi walked us through all the different scenarios of how the night would go, and lead us in the right direction of how many servers and how many bartenders we would need. She told us how much ice to buy for the event. She was super helpful!!! We are so pleased with Gigi's help, as all her recommendations were spot on. She knows her business!! Now to the staff she sent to our event. One word: Superb!!!! From the moment they arrived until the moment they left, they were all about making our night flawless! You cannot go wrong with Extra Hands and Gigi. We hired their bartending services for our wedding. All I can say is WOW! The price was right, the bartenders VERY professional, and Gigi herself was very responsive and helpful. She helped us stay in our budget and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars with helpful tips (one example was to buy the alcohol at BJs because they accept returns on anything unopened - this in itself helped us stress less about having enough and saved us money). She also guided us to pick the beautiful venue we chose in the end. Her advice alone was worth the cost of hiring her company. This is how a business should be run. Thanks Gigi!
