It was great meeting her and working with her and I would truly recommend her and Cherry Hill to other brides in the area!

I got married about a month ago, and I was very pleased with the flowers! They came out absolutely beautiful, and many people were commenting on them. Sue also did my flowers for my bridal shower which were equally as beautiful. She was easy to work with and will work within your budget. When we met, she was able to get an idea of the vision I was looking for and was able to go from there. They also traveled an hour and a half away to deliver them which was awesome. Highly recommend them!

I had order through 1800 flowers for an arrangement for my mother. I spent 103.00 on the large arrangement, was suppose to be her birthday flowers. first issue they did not deliver on her actual birthday which fell on a Saturday, they waited till Monday to deliver it. Second issue the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture on the website, it was a lot smaller and less flowers. I called customer support complained about it, they stated they would send out another arrangement the follow day, actually took two days for her to recieve the new flowers. Now it is Wednesday and when the delivery guy came 1st to start he was very rude and harsh to my mother and had a bad attitude and demanding she gives back the 1st arrangement, the problem was that the new arrangement was actually a lot smaller than the 1st one. At this point my mother who is 68 years old has become upset and nervous about how the man treated her. Since than I contacted customer support once again emailed pictures of the arrangement. I will order again from 1800 flowers because i never had this issue but this time i will make sure that Cherryhill Florist is not the one handling any future arrangements i order. The services is horrible and the delivery guy who is also an eldery man shouldn't be dealing with customers anymore. I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone.

Normally I wouldn't slam a small business online but I called with my complaint and the woman I spoke to couldn't have cared less. I guess if you order flowers through 1800 Flowers the florist doesn't care as much as if you ordered directly through them. The flowers were wilted and overly stuffed with green filler. They looked like they were half dead. Such an embarrassment.

Most reviews I found were of weddings, and I'm sure they do a fantastic job with those as well, but I just wanted to say that they do a great job of deliveries of arrangements for special occasions as well. My office sent my colleague a potted plant as a get well soon gift, and this is the picture she sent us of it. Beautiful. Well done, Cherryhill Flowers.

I ordered a wedding bouquet last minute and they put together a beautiful bouquet the next day for me! I asked for a certain flower and she added others that complimented perfectly! Great florist and the owner has a great personality and listens to what it is your asking for and then delivers!!!

A friend of mine ordered a rather expensive bouquet for Mothers Day through FTD's website, and what her mother received was a bouquet of wilted flowers about half the size of what she paid for with a much different ratio of roses to filler flowers. Very disappointing. And both FTD and Cherryhill Flowers are instructing her to contact each other rather than stepping up to rectify the situation. I'm all for local, family owned businesses, but I'm also about something actually getting what they paid for. I wish this review allowed me to post the pictures because there is a stark, shocking difference between the two bouquets

I ordered through 1800 flowers and paid quite a bit to have a sympathy arrangement sent same day. I received an email saying it was delivered, the person said they didn't receive it. I called and was told Cherryhill Flowers requested it to be sent next day instead...no notification or anything. Next day comes...no flowers again. I call the florist and was rudely told that they didn't leave the arrangement because no one was home so they'd try the next day and I gave permission to leave it. Next day comes...no flowers but a notice for attempted delivery. They get ANOTHER call and now we switched the address to avoid any problems and the next day no flowers again...the address was spelt out and all for them. This florist is a joke and rude and not customer service oriented at all. Don't waste your money...go somewhere else.

I've gotten multiple flower arrangements done from wedding to babyshowers everyone's great and make it so easy. Susan is amazing. This is the only flower shop I ever use.
