I had order through 1800 flowers for an arrangement for my mother. I spent 103.00 on the large arrangement, was suppose to be her birthday flowers. first issue they did not deliver on her actual birthday which fell on a Saturday, they waited till Monday to deliver it. Second issue the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture on the website, it was a lot smaller and less flowers. I called customer support complained about it, they stated they would send out another arrangement the follow day, actually took two days for her to recieve the new flowers. Now it is Wednesday and when the delivery guy came 1st to start he was very rude and harsh to my mother and had a bad attitude and demanding she gives back the 1st arrangement, the problem was that the new arrangement was actually a lot smaller than the 1st one. At this point my mother who is 68 years old has become upset and nervous about how the man treated her. Since than I contacted customer support once again emailed pictures of the arrangement. I will order again from 1800 flowers because i never had this issue but this time i will make sure that Cherryhill Florist is not the one handling any future arrangements i order. The services is horrible and the delivery guy who is also an eldery man shouldn't be dealing with customers anymore. I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone.
