I ordered a cake here and I was not only rushed to pick it up, but it did not even look like the picture of the cake that I showed them... they definitely rushed this cake which is sad because i am a first time customer but i regret going to them in the first place because my cake looks really bad like i’m embarrassed to even bring it to the party.

Andrea was super accommodating. I placed my order literally last minute via email and she accepted my request. I explained what I would like and even sent a doodle as a reference. Going to pick up my order I didn’t know what I would be getting, but it was AMAZING! So much detail and effort. The cake itself was so moist and delicious. The buttercream frosting was just the right amount of sweet. The cake to frosting ratio was spot on! My FAVORITE part of the cake?, it was all edible! The little figures were made of rice crispy treats! Literally the BEST rice crispy treat I’ve ever eaten! You can tell Andrea puts pride and exceptional work into her cakes. I loved mine and will definitely be ordering from her again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andrea made the best cake for my son's third birthday. I called her a few weeks prior to her party with the intention of getting a garbage truck themed cake. Andrea made the design process so easy and incorporated the toys I was hoping to have on the cake (mini-garbage truck & recycling bins). Her enthusiasm was like no other vendor I have ever worked with, she was so excited to design the cake she made me wait until pickup to see what she had in mind. While this would normally be a risk - I had 100% trust in her skill, design, and passion. She's a small business owner that takes great pride in her products. The cake was not only exceptional in design, the taste was out of this world. All of my guests loved the flavor. The greatest compliment I can give is that my son's face beamed when he saw it. Happy kiddo - happy momma. Thank you so much Andrea, we will be back again next year with whatever his obsession at the moment is.

I had Andrea make me a mustache cake for my daughter's baby shower ...2 tier cake ( one to be chocolate and one to be vanilla)...let me start by writing that I could not have been happier and delighted at the decoration of the cake...EXACTLY like the photo I had text her with...then comes the taste...Andrea certainly underestimated herself...she told me I would not be disappointed and she was certainly right on target...OMG, it was D-E-L-E-C-I-O-U-S...M-O-I-S-T...and P-E-R-F-E-C-T...I can't thank Andrea enough in helping me put together a fun and awesome baby shower for my daughter...

I just had a GREAT experience here this past weekend! My grandsons 1st Birthday cake came out awesome! It was a Finding nemo theme. There were all kinds of compliments from guests! We choose the strawberry champagne flavor, it was delicious! I already sent a request for another cake for June!

I look forward to visiting the shop the same way some look forward to visiting Disney. You can't help but have your jaw drop when you walk in the shop and see display cakes filling every nook and cranny. Not only are the cakes and other goodies amazing in taste and looks, but the staff is incredibly accommodating. The owner is like Wonder Woman as she has saved my events multiple times by taking my last minute orders and blowing them out of the water in detail. You can tell everyone there loves their job and genuinely cares about each project they take on. I'll never go anywhere else for desserts for my special occasions. Recently had my baby shower and I went to Andrea because I thought she could really do some amazing work. I purchased a few different things but my main issue was the cake pops and the cookies. The cake pops were not great at all meaning the design or the taste. There was so much sugar icing on the outside it was just too much . Then to top it off once you get to the cake it was more like a wet fudge with no flavor. The design was really bad. I sent her a pic of what I liked and it came out nothing like what I asked for. It honestly looked like the students she had been training made the pops . I was disappointed and didn't put them out for display because they did not look presentable. The sugar cookies had way to much icing on it , the cookies itself had no flavor . The design of the cookies were nice though. I paid almost 200.00 for everything and honestly feel like none of it was worth it. I don't like to harm anyone's business ever but I don't think what was given to me was cool at all.

The cake was not even close to the picture sent to u. I can’t be there next time. And I actually paid what you requested without negotiating. It’s so annoying

Every cake is more gorgeous than the next and equally delicious, even though they’re so pretty, I never want to cut them!!!! She’s professional, courteous and her store is magical. OH MY GOD! I got so lucky with Andrea and her bakery! It's located less than a mile from my brother's place. When we were looking for cakes, I sat at his place and searched on google maps and there is was, Carina e Dolce. We got in the car and drove over, completely missed it because it's not your typical bakery. But, keeping in mind to never judge a book by it's cover, when we found it we went in and fell in love. My husband, brother and sister in law all loved everything she had us taste. We went from a 2/3 layer cake to a 4 because of all the flavors. We left our first meeting with a design and choices, when we came back to put in our deposit, Andrea provided us with more flavors and we were blown away again and removed our originally choices with the new ones. We dropped off our cake toppers, deposit and left so excited to see the end result. I can remember the night of the reception, I got on the mic and made sure I specifically told all our guests "to try the cake!" I was so excited about it and it was delicious! Thank you so much Andrea!

I spoke to Andrea regarding the theme for my son's 1st Birthday and left the rest up to her and when I saw the cake she created I was left amazed!! I simply couldn't believe how unbelievable the cake came. It was better than I could have imagined. There was so much detail..it looked like something you would see on TV show cake wars!! I wish there was a way to attach a pic here. When the people at the party seen the cake they were speechless as well! And here is the best part... It tasted as good as it looked if not better!! Trust me, don't bother looking elsewhere if you need a cake done. For my next cake I will have Andreas number on speed dial. Thank you Andrea!!

I ordered from this shop last year for my baby shower favors. I ordered 2 different kinds of sugar cookies. A butterfly and an elephant. The butterflies came out nice but the elephant was a dog cookie cutter with a drawn on trunk that looked more like male anatomy than anything. I was told when I sent her pictures of what I wanted that it could be done. I was so embarrassed to give those cookies out as favors but was left with no choice as I picked the cookies up the day before the shower. It’s not like they had a small amount of time to get the right cutter shape or something. I ordered at least a month in advance maybe a week more than a month. My mom called to try and get the money back or partial refund or something and never received a call back. Very unprofessional. If you can’t make what someone is asking for then be honest and tell them! Will not be ordering from them again!

Andrea has delighted us on a few occasions. We were first lured in with her delicious cupcakes and cookies when she first opened. We then ordered a cake for our daughters' joint Communion and Confirmation party. Finally, the piece de resistance came last week when Andrea knocked our socks off with a three tiered cake that joined 3 themes (birthday, high school graduation, and college acceptance) with three flavors of cake (including a GF top tier). She is a delight to work with and graciously accommodated an increase in cake size as our guest list grew. We have a few more confirmations and graduations in our future and look forward to having Carina e Dolce help make them memorable!

This place is ok. I expected more. I ordered my baby shower cake and it didn’t come out how she described it to be. The cake was expensive too. The cake decoration seem rushed and the baby she made as a cake topper which she charge extra for was horrible! The baby didn’t even look like a baby There was suppose to be pearls on my cake but, she put icing dots instead?! Horrible! Smh! cookies and cake-pop came out nice though. But never again.

I can’t thank them enough for fitting me so last minute. I called 2 days before the day I needed my cake because I was out of the state and Andrea helped me from the very beginning and even called me back when I told her I’d call her back. I ended up ordering a Buchanan’s whiskey shaped cake for my boss. I can’t even explain how amazing it was. His family came from Delaware and everyone was stunned it was definitely the highlight of the whole night and let me not forget to say that the cake itself was amazing as well. I ordered it guava filled and let me tell you... I won’t be going anywhere else for my cakes from now on.
