My husband and I hired Nicole of Simply Event after speaking with many day of coordinators. Nicole was the first and only planner to ask me about my husband and what he wanted that day. She helped me with the timeline, contacting vendors and advocated on our behalf with the venue. She was thoughtful, kind, organized and on our wedding day she and her assistant, David kept everything running perfectly! I am a very detailed oriented person and was worried there would be issues, but honestly Nicole made sure everything went just how my husband and I wanted. Hire Simply Events and ask for Nicole!

Nicole was fabulous! We hired her as a "week of" planner to help us with our vendors and set up for our at home wedding. She was amazing, reaching out to vendors beforehand to confirm details, being on-site as things were getting set up that week, and ensuring that our day was executed flawlessly, just as we wanted it to be. She was the sweetest person and went with the flow of exactly what we wanted, even if it was a bit offbeat! I'll never forget that the day of the wedding as I was rushing to get things done, she completed a DIY thing that I'd saved until the last minute and couldn't get done. Anyway, she and her assistant saved the day in so many ways. They answered questions big and small and assuaged my nerves. I can't thank them enough and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Totally worth every penny.

Using Simply Events was the single best decision I made while planning my wedding reception. Deb was spectacular and nothing short of thoughtful, thorough and supportive. My wedding reception was held in a unique venue that was truly not made for weddings (it was an old water filtration building, no longer in use). We had to hire several vendors, bring absolutely everything in, and transform the space entirely. With that said, it was a very involved process, requiring a lot of detail, and I would not have been able to do it, without Deb's help. She took it upon herself to work directly with all of our vendors, coordinated vendor schedules/itineraries for days leading up to the wedding, as well as, the day of the wedding. She was at the venue helping to set up the day before the wedding, the morning of the wedding, throughout the day, and even stayed after we left, to help clean up. She took care of everything to ensure that my husband and I could enjoy our day. Her dedication and hard work blew me away. Throughout the entire process, she comforted me when I needed to be comforted and understood me when I needed to be understood. I can not encourage all brides to use her and her team at Simply Events, enough!!!

Deb and her team at Simply Events are simply the best. We hired SE for a 'day of' wedding planning service for our daughter's wedding, but they were so much more. Deb met with us months prior to the wedding and had multiple phone calls with us as well. Deb emailed all of our vendors prior to the wedding to verify their arrival and pick up time and confirm service. She went to our final walk through at our venue with us as well as attended the rehearsal. She we so helpful in letting us all know what to do and what to expect the next day. The day of the wedding... let me just say that we couldn't have done it with out her and her staff. Some (but by no where close to all) of the things that she saved us with: the flowers were accidentally delivered to the church so Deb drove to bring them to us, the reception venue was disorganized initially during cocktail hour and she took care of getting it straightened out so we didn't have to, she made sure the reception ran on schedule and that we were all where we needed to be, when we needed to be. That doesn't even come close to all that she did for us. Simply Events was essential for us in order to relax and enjoy the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of hiring them. They are worth more than every penny you'll spend with them!

David was beyond perfect for our day-of wedding coordinator. He was so accommodating and helpful. I had no worries about the logistics at all because we knew he would be taking great care of us. The wedding was so smooth thanks to him and Simply Events! I couldn't recommend them more!

FANTASTIC! I hired Simply Events for my wedding. I worked with Nicole leading up tp the event, she was very helpful and responsive.I liked her from the moment we spoke on the phone, and I knew it would be a great working relationship from the start! Where I couldn't have asked for more was the weekend of, and day of my wedding. Nicole is professional, patient, caring, thoughtful, and was cool, calm, and collected on my day. She kept me informed when necessary, and took control of things that didn't need my attention (thank God, 1 less thing to think about!). She went above and beyond her job description, and really showed that she cared about me as a bride and our day. I appreciated her attention to detail and can-do attitude. My mother commented that Nicole took care of my wedding as if it was her own, and I couldn't agree more! I would recommend Nicole anyday to anyone... and I have! Nicole you are fantastic! Your brides love you!

Kayla and her team were amazing! Kayla answered all of our endless questions and was very prompt! She was very supportive and always made us feel like we had someone we could bounce ideas off of. On our wedding day, Kayla and her team were wonderful making sure that we had no worries! We were able to walk into the venue and see all of our dreams set up before our eyes all without lifting a finger! Throughout the night, the team made sure everything went smoothly and that everyone was in the right place at the right time. At the end of the night, Kayla and her team had cleaned up and packed all of our items into our cars before we could even think to. We are so incredibly thankful to Simply Events for all of their hard work and for making our day so special :).

We had the pleasure of working with Amy Thomas as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. Amy was highly reliable when it came to answering any wedding-related questions and providing suggestions for ways to make our special day run as smoothly as possible. Amy and her assistant, Laura, were incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which allowed us to feel very relaxed and confident in the days leading up to our wedding and even during our wedding. From the moment our wedding rehearsal ended, we truly felt like we were “off-duty”. Amy and Laura provided on-the-spot problem solving when needed and kept everyone on-task throughout the day. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. At the end of the night, the Simply Events crew even helped our family load all of our gifts and decor into their cars. We highly recommend using Simply Events for wedding coordination and could not be more grateful for their presence on our wedding day.

I would recommend Simply Events 100 times over! Dave Burge went over & beyond for our wedding and we could not be happier! He did an excellent job and listened to everything we asked for. We hired Simply Events as our "day of" wedding coordinator but Dave assisted us for several months leading up to our wedding day. He was invaluable!! Dave accommodated our schedules to ensure that we were able to meet in person to discuss not only our wedding ideas/thoughts but he also wanted to learn about our relationship as a couple. It was evident from our first meeting that Dave is passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have the most perfect day. And we certainly did! Dave was able to wrangle our large bridal party, families, and guests and effectively communicated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding. He is amazing! He answered any/all questions we had and worked with us to think about the overall flow of the day. On our wedding day, his assistant Kayla was with him and she was equally as wonderful! We used Simply Events Inc for our recent wedding last summer. I was definitely skeptical using a wedding coordinator since I work in a school and I'm very organized. Boy, was I wrong. I would use Simply Events Inc OVER AND OVER again. I can honestly say I don't think our wedding would have went so smoothly if they weren't there. The thing that made me decide to go with Simply Events Inc was the fact that my family could enjoy my wedding day and not worry about one thing. And the other thing that made me choose Sinply Events Inc.....of course meeting Deb, she's one of the nicest ladies I know. Deb came as the head Cordinator with an assistant and they worked together to make our wedding day spectacular. They handled anything from fixing a bouquet to helping us walk down the aisle and making sure my husband and I were served dinner. Everyone should choose Simply Events Inc for your wedding or event.

Nicole Amspacher at Simply Events was truly the best person in the world to have as a planner! She made our wedding run seamlessly and made it the most memorable day of our lives. From the beginning, Nicole had a super warm and welcoming energy, she clearly understood our vision for the day, she sent us vendor suggestions, followed up carefully, and met with us in person early on to make sure we were all on the same page. During the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, Nicole kept us organized and contacted vendors, organized the day perfectly, sent detailed timelines, and thought about all the details. She communicated with our family members, offered help during the wedding rehearsal, and stayed to help with set up and clean up both the day before and the day of the wedding. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough (and her assistant Amanda), and I hope I get to work with Nicole on other big events in the future. She was calm, cool, and collected, and allowed for us to enjoy our day without thinking about anything other than having a good time. Thank you Nicole for being so personable and welcoming!
