I would not recommend this vendor. Frank was very unprofessional with me, my in-laws, and the venue owner. Although my wedding went well, the entire experience with this vendor was a disaster including damage to the venue.
EDIT: Due to Mr. Gloor’s response to this review, I will clarify some facts. The lighting itself was gorgeous. What my review reflects is the lack of professionalism from Mr. Gloor. The window that was damaged by Mr. Gloor was not just broken glass, but also the surrounding wooden frame of the pane. Although the accident occurred, Mr. Gloor never informed me until I heard from the homeowner. I offered my event insurance policy for use which he denied. He failed to file an insurance claim until 12 days after the accident occurred. I informed Mr. Gloor that final payment would be held until the window was certain to be repaired. I offered half payment for services until confirmation of repair was obtained and Mr. Gloor denied this. There was no contractual payment date for the invoice we were given after the event. On the very day that the insurance claim and estimate were accepted, final payment was issue to Mr. Gloor. Mr. Gloor was paid in full prior to any court hearing. Mr. Gloor filed for a court hearing less than 1 week after he submitted his insurance claim, allowing no time or estimate or payment for damages to occur. At the court hearing, Mr. Gloor was requesting our payment of his final invoice, court fees, and legal fees. We agreed to pay his final invoice amount (which he presented incorrectly to the court) which was always our intention. I was responsible for court costs, but Mr. Gloor had to pay his own legal fees.
I feel Mr. Gloor was very unprofessional in escalating a situation to civil court before awaiting restitution of damages caused by his negligence and carelessness. Anyone who would like more information on this situation is free to reach out to me via Facebook. I have a full timeline of events and many screenshots and recorded conversations with Mr. Gloor highlighting his unprofessionalism and refusal of cooperation with settlement outside of court.
