Do not use!! Trusted her with party decorations/balloons for an important event. Messed up the order and kept our 200 balloons. Refused to rectify the situation. Response: “balloons cost 10 cents, helium is expensive.” (We were paying for the helium and her services, btw.) Extremely disappointed in our experience and the lack of professionalism. Edited to respond to owner's comment: It was not last-minute. The party was confirmed weeks ago but you forgot about it and lost the paperwork, had we not confirmed we would have been further disappointed. We purchased the supplies in order to get specific colors. We told you this when we spoke weeks in advance. You offered to pick them since you had someone close by already. Having the leftovers for pick up is not useful - they were purchased for the event, not for us to keep! We asked for a grouping of 3-5 at each table with extras and agreed to meet at the venue at 4:30. We did call - repeatedly - when we arrived because it was not what we wanted at all. You responded with a text that I had to text you back. You had time to go onto Facebook to reply but not to call? We could've gone to party city but we had purchased our own color choices and you didn't bring the extras along for us. If I had the leftovers, I could have had more inflated but they don't have the same colors. it may only be a $79 order but it was for the helium to fill 30 balloons. No one is trying to ruin your company, just sharing an honest review of our experience.

I used Party Belles' services for two different events: one was an 18th birthday party for my son, and the second was my mother's retirement party. I cannot recommend PB more highly! Not only are Amy and Leah extremely creative, they operate with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. I had such peace of mind during both events, and my guests had nothing but flattering things to say....which makes ME look really good, even though I had nothing to do with the nuts and bolts of the events :). Imagine just making a simple phone call to make your party (or event) go smoothly and beautifully!

I am so excited to write this review, because Party Belles was absolutely ESSENTIAL to making my wedding day perfect! I worked very closely with Leah to refine all of the little details for the big day, and she was so energetic and positive about everything. She really helped take all the things I wanted and put them together so it all worked. I had an idea for a balloon wall, and she was so excited to do it and the end result was amazing. She was always quick to respond to emails went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for me. All of the rentals were great quality and affordably priced, from the gold chairs to the blush table scatter, and Leah was there that day to help set everything up including the additional décor that I brought with me. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Party Belles in York, PA.
