Some quick points: -Strives for personal connection with her client from the initial brainstorming session through the completion of the event (from check-in emails to a wedding day note/card, etc) -Was a great partner for our vendors! Photographer and venue managers raved about what a great event planner she is! -Cool, calm, and collected on our wedding day. She never showed a sign of stress despite some last-minute curve balls as well as an unexpected, serious guest emergency -Organized and meticulously dialed. Knows how to communicate with every person involved from family to vendors -Methodical & thorough in her planning and subsequent execution, carefully considering multiple scenarios. Alyssa saw everything through to completion, including wrapping up at the venue long after guests have left -Took the time to work with wedding newcomers like us via phone and Skype conversations solve challenges, while answering every email in a timely manner In summary, we would absolutely recommend Alyssa for any of your event needs!

We are so glad we hired Alyssa for our day-of wedding coordinator. Like many couples, we were unsure if we needed this service but as the day got closer, the to-do lists kept getting longer and the wedding planning was getting to the point where it was no longer fun. Alyssa stepped in around the 2-month mark for us, and we were so glad to have her help in finalizing all the little details and making sure our day ran smoothly. We hired Alyssa for the full service planning package, as we live in California and were getting married in Pennsylvania, and we were so unbelievably happy that we did. We felt so stress-free throughout the entire planning process with Alyssa being there the entire time. She helped us plan the ins and outs of our wedding, including the design, contacting multiple different vendors, budget management, and consistent meetings to ensure that everything was on track. The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Alyssa was up early, making sure everything was set and she was able to handle last minute emergencies without a hiccup. Hiring Alyssa for partial wedding planning and design services was easily one of the best decisions we made. She took my often poorly articulated, vague ideas of what I wanted the wedding to be like and made them not only real, but even better than I had imagined. Our wedding really was perfect, and I can’t imagine what it would have been like without her. Throughout the entire process, we were constantly impressed by how she managed to be incredibly kind and accommodating, but also pragmatic and efficient. From our first conversation with her, it was obvious that she had a can-do attitude and paid close personal attention to her clients. She was very flexible on her level of involvement and was happy to tailor a contract specifically to our needs, in stark contrast to other wedding planners we talked to who were strictly full-service or day-of only. We had already selected a venue, and it was agreed that we would take the lead on finding a DJ and photographer, but beyond that, Alyssa was involved in every other aspect, including coordinating with the venue and all of the vendors as the day approached. I gave her bits and pieces of elements I liked and she came back to us with stationary options, furniture ideas and vendor quotes and contracts. During an early meeting I gave her a scrap of paper torn from a magazine with an arrangement I liked and she came back with a floral design that intermixed that arrangement with candles and other florals for our table centerpieces. For all of the details, she really understood and adapted to our taste and aesthetic preferences, even though they were different than previous weddings she had done. Whenever we talked with Alyssa, we felt like ours was the only wedding she was planning - that we had her complete, undivided attention. We appreciated this the most even in her small acts, like her thoughtful suggestion of using Romanian ceramic dishes as our guest favors (part of our family heritage) and finding an Etsy shop in France that would sell them in bulk. There were so many moments like this where she demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. When we forgot to give her pens to go with our guest book on the wedding day, they magically appeared at the venue - it wasn’t until later that we realized that she had brought her own pens so that we would have one less thing to worry about. Needless to say, she ran the wedding day subtly and perfectly. Behind the scenes, she made sure that every detail was in place so that we could focus entirely on our family, friends, and each other. At the end of everything, we are happy to say that we consider Alyssa more than our wedding planner, but a friend (and a bit of a wedding magician).

Hiring Alyssa was hands-down the best wedding decision we made. Because my reception venue came with a venue coordinator, I initially wasn't sure that I needed to hire a wedding coordinator. However, as our wedding date got closer, I realized how much I would benefit from some additional assistance. Alyssa stepped in and immediately took so much of the burden off of me in the final months of planning. She communicated timely with all of my vendors to ensure that everything was ready to go on our wedding day. Alyssa is detail-oriented, thoughtful and extremely organized. I felt completely at ease having her in control of making sure the day went smoothly. She kept us on time and make sure we were feeling great the whole day. I am a very organized person myself, but having Alyssa on top of everything allowed me to relax and enjoy every minute. I couldn't recommend her enough and hiring her was completely worth the investment.
