I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without All About Events. This is coming from a girl who had no interest in a planner but was a planner was loving forced upon me by my dad so me and my mom didn't kill each other. Ha! Now that the wedding has happened, I am so grateful for All About Events because were such a huge part of the process that I am not kidding you, me and my mom couldn't hang up out last call with them without crying like babies! There is so much that goes on in a wedding, that having a team like the one Sarah has built at All About Events to help you through the process makes it so much more enjoyable and fun experience. Sarah and her team are also just such down to earth, fun and nice people that you want to work with them. The vendors they guided us towards were absolutely amazing. If you do anything in wedding planning, dedicate a budget to All About Events. You will be SO grateful you did it. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ALL ABOUT EVENTS! I love you!!!!!

We had such a lovely business luncheon with All About Events at the Rick Nichol's Room at the Reading Terminal. My guests -- all from out of town -- loved the chance to try some of the vendors. The food served was very tasty -- we were able to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free eaters. Dishes were clearly marked as well. The event felt comfortable and intimate, even situated within the very busy and popular Reading Terminal. The preparations were all done via email and phone calls. Christina at All About Events was professional, responsive, and communicative. I felt confident about the event before I even arrived in Philadelphia. I hope I have an occasion to host an event there, again!

We decided to have our wedding ceremony with only our family and wedding party and they were able to set up Piano Court to be perfect. After the perfect ceremony, we went on to celebrate with over 200 of our friends and family in the center court and throughout the market. The All About Events team worked with us to set it up in the best possible format for our event. The string lighting, placement of the tables and stations allowed us to have a gorgeous and unique event in Reading Terminal Market. Our guests were floored by the service of the team and coordination with the vendors. I would highly recommend hosting any type of event at Reading Terminal Market with the All About Events Team. They truly catered to our every need. The team ensured we were well taken care of throughout the entire event, prior and during. They also took the extra step and gave us to go bags of all of our wedding food to ensure we were able to try every single delicious item on our menu. My fiancé and I live ~ 3 hours from our wedding venue. We also both work full time and are in school part time. The thought of planning our wedding from a distance on top of everything else was extremely overwhelming to me. For sanity's sake, I started looking for a wedding planner in the Philly area and thankfully I found All About Events. From my first phone call with Sarah, I felt a huge sense of relief. She talked me through her process and I was sold. I booked her and immediately she and her team went to work finding vendors and making sure everything was on track. All of the vendors Sarah recommended seemed great and the ones we ended up booking were all phenomenal. It’s apparent that she knows a wide network of vendors and only recommends the best. She and her team (Bree and Christine) answered all of my question along the way. Knowing I had them in my corner kept my stress level down. Closer to the wedding, she put a timeline together, coordinated with all the vendors and set up a seamless and perfect day. My husband and I both feel like our wedding was perfect for us and I know we couldn’t have pulled it off without Sarah. I highly recommend her and if I had to do it all over again, my only change would be to call her sooner in the planning process.

What a GREAT group of staff working at All About Events! Christina Mayo just did our company Holiday Party at the Reading Terminal Market and it was amazing! From start to finish Christina had every single detail covered and the party was a huge success. We engaged with All About Events for a private, corporate function at Reading Terminal Market in May 2019. All About Events transformed the space, grouping tables strategically, adding linens and lighting and also installing games like Pop-A-Shot, Foosball and Table Tennis to keep our attendees engaged. All About Events made sure that they partnered with vendors that could accommodate the dietary needs of our attendees, such as suggesting corndogs for our gluten-free guests, among other recommendations. All of the stalls with whom we engaged had plenty of food available to our attendees and it was all delicious. (Especially the pierogies!) All About Events provided more than enough staff to welcome our attendees, clean-up after them, and keep them engaged by hand-passing items from the vendors. The entire crew was attentive and friendly throughout the night. Due to severe inclement weather, the game vendor was stuck in traffic and at 10-minutes prior to start time, they were nowhere to be found. With literally 3-minutes to doors open, the vendor arrived, set-up everything and we were in business! It was nothing short of a miracle. My sincere thanks to everyone at All About Events!

The staff of her team and Molly Malloy's was unbelievable and she event sent myself and my colleague back to the hotel with goody bags full of all of the delicious food that we had. My experience with All About Events was nothing but wonderful! In the months and weeks leading up to the event, Bree Tomar was incredibly responsive (one of the traits I most appreciate and need) and also patient with our many points of feedback and, yes, changes, along the way. They also were very respective and attentive to our budget throughout every step so that you never felt that the project was "running away from you." Besides the logistical coordination as well as creative input for our overall theme that they provided, on the evening of our event, they took ALL of the logistical legwork off of our hands so that we, as the planning committee could actually enjoy the event. I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy the product of our planning without any worry. Coming from a Type A event manager, that is a big deal. I would highly recommend this firm for your next event.

Bridgid and her team did an amazing job creating a beautiful and fun sweet 16 for our daughter Zoe! The planning and communication was impecable,. Their exclusive relationship with the Reading Terminal assured us that the food would be innovative and delicious, and it was! Everyone from teens to grandparents loved the DJ, who got everyone on the dance floor. Brigid and her team also interfaced seamlessly with the fabulous staff at out event site, the Painted Bride. Working with All About Events was incredible. Firstly, renting out the Reading Terminal space for our own event was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff made it so easy to plan and customize our event. Christina, Louis, Stevie and Miranda were flexible with us for meetings and were very easy to communicate with. We were able to try out the different food vendors in advance (so fun!), create our own menu and print menu maps for our guests. On the night, the event ran seamlessly and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff to make sure we had everything we needed and our to-go bags of food since we didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to host and eat! The attention to detail and service was above and beyond extraordinary. Thanks to All About Events and the Reading Terminal Staff we had the most unique Friday night welcome party that our guests are still raving about!

I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars! Last weekend, our daughter was married and had her reception at Reading Terminal Market. It was so unique, so very Philly, so delicious and so much fun! Sarah and her team (Louis, Demetra, Stevie, Miranda from Molly Malloys, etc) were GREAT- they helped us put together an amazing celebration. Our family and friends all agreed that this wedding reception was unlike any other- simply fantastic. The food was plentiful and delicious and it was so much fun working with the team to decide on vendors and stations. It's also much more fun to graze throughout the night rather than to sit down to a formal dinner. And who doesn't like Basset's ice cream and Beiler's Doughnuts for dessert?! The transformation of the market is not to be believed until you see it- lots of twinkling lights, combined with vendor signs, beautiful tables and chairs, all fabulous. My daughter and son-in-law were all in on the market, but I initially had some reservations. But I was wrong- it was an amazing venue. If you are looking for a unique Philadelphia experience, this is it! We so loved having our daughter's wedding reception there. Thank you all for everything!

From the very start, my husband and I were impressed by how quickly and effectively the team at RTM communicated with us. They were incredibly flexible with our crazy work schedules and were always professional, friendly, and organized. We worked closely with Adrienne, Bree, Donna, Stevie, Christina, and a few other AMAZING team members over 13 months and I could not imagine having our big day go as smoothly as it did without them. I truly am so thankful to have worked with these ladies. The venue itself is one that friends and family are (still) raving over. It's nontraditional grazing stations, food options, and general ambiance make for the perfect "party" that we wanted our reception to be. Using simple candles and centerpieces and string lights, we were able to transition from the classic formal tone we had set at the ceremony into the relaxed and joyous tone that we wanted to set for the reception. If you have a sizable guest list and are a Philly phoodie, we couldn't recommend this venue more.

The event was extremely well-planned and flawlessly executed. The variety of delicious food suited every taste and accommodated all dietary restrictions. The wait staff did a wonderful job moving through the crowd of 600, passing food and collecting waste. On our initial site visit, Christina was very informative and answered our questions without any problem. Since we have 400+ guests attending, we’re concerned with seating. The following day, Christina sent an email with a breakdown of the seating within the venue. Although she it wasn’t necessary, she understood our needs and was able to help alleviate the issues. Sarah was incredibly reliable while going over questions regarding the agreement. She was able to give clarity to the “mumbo-jumbo” that we all see in written contracts. I cannot say enough great things about Sarah and Courtney, with All About Events. Their professionalism, organizational skills, feedback, and warmth were invaluable, during both the month leading up to the wedding and on the big day. I initially wasn't sure about working with a wedding planner because I feel like I have good organizational skills and love to plan. A friend encouraged me to work with someone who could help on the "day of". Our photographer referred me to Sarah and it was the best decision I made. There are so many questions and, while there is much information online and in books, Sarah and Courtney were people I trusted with any decisions - everything from alternatives to a guest book to shoes, to the value of the various options from the florist to "is this too much eye make-up" on the day of! They provided a great service and were amazing with helping me save money on decor by suggesting alternatives. Sarah had lipgloss in hand during the reception to ensure I always looked fresh. And, to top it off, she texted me a cute photo of my groom and me, right as we had checked in to the hotel after the reception. It was a perfect way to finish our incredibly special day at Brantwyn Estate in Wilmington, DE.

The staff involved were attentive and amazing (with Bridgid, the coordinator, sharp at every turn with every task at hand and foreseeing every single challenge and providing a potential solution). In the middle of my planning, I decided to look into hiring a DOC and I am so happy that I did. As someone who is very organized and who likes to have control over everything, I was totally calm during my wedding weekend because of Courtney. Leading up to the wedding, she was always an email or call away - she answered all of my questions and offered suggestions when necessary. Without a doubt, Courtney went over and beyond just her “day of” responsibilities. She assisted me with developing a timeline, coordinated with my vendors, ensured all of my DIY elements were properly displayed at the venue, and kept the day running as smoothly as possible. Throughout all of it, Courtney always maintained a very upbeat and relaxed attitude. During my wedding, many people commented on how calm I was and I have to say a lot had to do with having Courtney as our Day of Coordinator. My husband was hesitant at first with hiring a Day of Coordinator, but afterwards said it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. I cannot say it enough – if you can afford to hire a Day of Coordinator, hire All About Events. Because of Courtney and All About Events, my husband and I, along with our families, were able to relax and enjoy our wedding weekend. Courtney ensured our wedding day was carried out exactly the way we dreamed of and planned. For that, we are forever grateful!

I had an event at the Terminal Market in June 2016. Best reception in 10 years. The staff at All About Events is great. Such an easy event to plan... the reason it's so easy to plan is because the "All About Events" team handles it all for you. The price point per person is unbelievable - and you wouldn't believe the amount of food you get for your $$$. Whenever I am back in the Philadelphia area for another conference, I will return to All About Events. If you are considering an event with them - just go for it... PROMISE you will not be disappointed.

Our charity event at the Reading Terminal Market was a tremendous success! The on-site event team was extremely attentive to our needs, providing staff to check-in guests and insisting we take home a “goodie bag” of food samples that provided two day’s worth of lunch! Everything was handled seamlessly and the attendees could not stop talking about it! The conference we were all attending is in Philadelphia again next year and we are strongly considering a repeat event at the Market! Christina- Bridgid and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful and we so appreciate all of the hard work and planning that went into making our event a success- by the way, we ended up raising $15,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand! Next year we will start planning even earlier to attract a larger crowd and raise more money!! THANK YOU to you and your team!!

My daughter just had her Bat Mitzvah last Saturday evening at Reading Terminal (RT) and I had to write how fabulous it was. It is an out of the box venue and Sarah Zaun and her crew at All About Events did an amazing job. Sarah & Stevie were incredible to work with from the time we first met them all the way through final execution of our event. No issue was insurmountable and Sarah would always try to be thoughtful and incorporate our vision...even helping us formulate vision when I didn't have it ! My friends/guests commented how professional the catering and staff was - special thanks to Louis who took care of us throughout the evening - and my 80 yr old Mom! Sarah Zaun was just on it and made the experience seamless. Sarah and her crew flipped the seating area when they closed.. in just a little over an hour from the raw looking market to an exquisite and beautiful venue...with a gorgeous floor wash. Food catered at RT is insanely delicious and the cool way it is presented is extraordinary. The uniqueness of the venue had my friends so excited for the evening as no one could figure out how the event would be executed. Again, everyone said the food was insane from Molly Malloy's Braised Short Ribs & Hershel's Rueben's to San Kee Pad Tai and we can't forget Termini's Cannolis, Famous 4th Street cookies, Bassett's ice cream and the Beiler's out of control salted caramel donuts - which even my no carb eating friends ate! The evening may have gone by in a blink but what a wonderful experience and one we will always remember!!

WOW! I can't say enough wonderful things about Sarah (and Bree)! They made every detail of our vision come to life in one magical day. Our guests were truly blown away by every detail. Sarah did an amazing job of balancing what I wanted and what I really needed all the while, respecting our budget every step! Since our Wedding is now a lovely memory, I have to start thinking of a reason for hosting another party, just so we can work with Sarah and Bree again...just don't tell my husband yet!! :)

We had our wedding at Reading Terminal Market on August 3rd, and we cannot recommend the team at All About Events enough. They made the planning process stress-free, and our wedding day was even better than we could have imagined. We worked with Christina the most throughout the planning process, and she, Stevie, Louis, and Demitra were all so wonderful. They were always quick to respond to any questions, organized and detail-oriented, and just all-around lovely people. So many of our guests were amazed at how quickly the AAE team could change the ambiance of the space and work seamlessly with our vendors to set everything up in just about an hour, since the Market closes at 6:00 and our ceremony started at 7:00. And I keep getting compliments about how attentive the AAE staff was to our guests who needed anything (e.g., one of our guests has a nut allergy, and we let AAE know in advance, so they made sure to bring him over food that was prepared just for him). We wanted for nothing the whole night, and multiple guests came up to us after to rave about the team (and a special shout out to Louis here, because he made a few of our family members feel pretty special). If you're looking for a venue that is a bit less traditional (in the best possible way - imagine getting the entire Market to yourself with no crowds!), but will still get guests excited to eat, drink, and dance all night, I can't say enough about Reading Terminal Market. Just a sidenote to mention the food was excellent (since you can choose essentially any item that any vendor at the Market serves) and working with Molly Malloy's was also a breeze (and AAE helps to facilitate that introduction since Molly Malloy's handles the bar packages for events). We are so glad we chose Reading Terminal Market as our wedding venue and had the opportunity to work with All About Events!

When we tell people we were having our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market, they were always a little surprised and their next reaction was "that is going to be SO COOL!" And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was. But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions. The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE. We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. I hope that we get to go to another event at the market soon, and we will certainly keep them in mind for our 10th anniversary vow renewal!!!!
