We have used WE Plan It for multiple corporate events, and each one has been a huge success. Wendy's attention to detail and experience is a huge asset to have during the planning process. I swear she thinks of everything! Not only is she easy to work with, she makes the planning process so much less stressful. The night of our recent event, Kylie and Wendy came early to make sure there was no detail overlooked. The pair was very welcoming and professional with our guests throughout the whole evening. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

This was a negative and hugely disappointing experience. I contacted them six months prior to my January event and saw them a total of 4 times. I had a very clear budget, which Wendy ignored. She refused to give me her prices until two weeks before the party and in the end didn't attend the event (I received a partial refund and was grateful she wasn't there). The chocolate fountain she rented started smoking and was turned off...a beautiful sight. She charged 4x more than market for flowers she provided. It was a sad chapter to what was a charming happy birthday event. My advice...go directly to the Hilton, speak with Tiona Dumas, bypass We Plan It completely. Claudia Ross

As a wedding photographer, I work with a ton of wedding vendors on a consistent basis, and I have to say that Tatum has been one of my favorite wedding coordinators to date. She was not only super communicative leading up to the wedding, but the day of the wedding she effortlessly kept the wedding on schedule while keeping her naturally cool, calm, and collected vibe. She was SO refreshing to work with, and I'm already crossing my fingers our paths cross again. I would recommend her to any couple who not only wants a team player, but a true hype woman and source of support on one of the greatest days of your life.
