My wedding was on 7/14/18 at Tin Roof Barn in White Salmon, WA. My Union Event coordinator was Josephine, and she was incredible!! Her and her assistant made sure no one in my bridal party had to lift a finger on my wedding day! They captured my vision perfectly! They worked hard and kept the event running smoothly from start to finish! Even taking charge of clean up and loading cars up at the end of the night! They made our wedding truly special and we could not of done it without them!!

If you plan to get hitched in the gorge, don’t plan it without Stephanie. We didn’t have much of a vision for our wedding but we had three requirements: 1. It had to be located in the gorge 2. I wanted to serve birria [traditional Mexican dish] for dinner 3. My husband wanted a mariachi band. Tin Roof Barn was the only venue in the gorge that would accommodate all three of these requirements, therefore we also were contracted to work with Union Event Co. We had a goofy encounter with Ally at an open house at Tin Roof where I left feeling very uncomfortable and was worried about the robotic, impersonal treatment we received. Once we met with Stephanie all of my apprehension was gone. Stephanie is a premium quality human and planner. She is informative, organized, fun, and receptive. Stephanie had to personally deal with my fatherzilla-of-the-bride after my dad was told that we could not simply hand out open bottles of wine to each table. It takes a special human to deal with a Don when he’s hit a stage of peak anger, and Stephanie was able to diffuse this situation with style and grace. I have to be honest I was pretty irritated that TRB required we contract with Union Event Co., but Lord were we thankful that we had Stephanie running the show for us day of. Photo: Deus Amor

Stephanie and her team are fabulous to work with. They are super organized, have wonderful ideas, and are a delight to be around. You'll love having them as your wedding coordinators.

I was pretty excited to have help in getting my wedding in order and thought Stephanie and her team would do the job. Wasn't delighted when she didnt ask to get wedding details til a week and half before the wedding and all my emails with questionnaires were about a month late. Got the idea that I was the bottom of the barrel. Had to scramble and make time so they would understand my wedding. Nothing went as planned the day of and could have done without there "team". Not worth the price tag.

They're fun to work with and really know how to bring your vision to life. I would say they are a must and I couldn't recommend them more.
