Avoid this place at all costs! I am dead serious. This is a scam business. Other positive reviews are likely fake. They delivered 90 extremely dirty chairs to my wedding, and did not work with me at all to get the chairs replaced/cleaned up in time for the ceremony, so I ended up having to wipe down all 90 myself just before the ceremony. I have many pictures as proof for those interested... They did not offer any refund for my troubles, and proceeded to stop returning or even answering my calls. They have been avoiding rectifying this disastrous event, because again, this business is a scam. They did not care to inspect the equipment they were delivering, and on top of that proceeded to add numerous hidden charges for ridiculous services such as removing the chairs from their delivery van. Please save yourself a migraine and go with another company for your special event. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

Easy process! I rented chairs, reasonably priced, no hassle, clean, in great condition. Ohana will for sure be my go-to company for future party rental needs.

I will not ever rent from this guy again. Very unprofessional and rents out dirty and moldy tents and tables. My husband had to wash the tables down. The tent was so dirty and moldy and a lot of holes. After he left I called him up and told him that there were a lot of holes on the tent and I was worried because it's going to rain and he said that "he sets a lot of these up all the time and that there pin holes and that it will be ok'" He didn't even finish strapping the tent down.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the time and money. You may think you're saving money by using Ohana from their low prices but it is not worth it I swear. I sent a deposit in January for my wedding in August. It was cashed immediately. We were paying an extra $175 for late night pick up, about a month before the wedding Gus, the owner, told us he was going to drop the tables off 3 days before the wedding and pick them up 3 days after. Which wasn't going to work since we were having our wedding at a yoga studio that's in use 7 days a week. Also what happened to the same night pick up that was promised??? Then finally a few weeks before the wedding he cancelled our reservation which was SO stressful. It was nearly impossible to find other tables that close to our wedding day. The only ones available were $500 more. BUT the worst part is Gus is a total liar and said our refund was in the mail when it clearly wasn't. We gave it a week then called and he wouldn't answer my calls. So we called from a friends phone. He said he uses a 'third party system' to process refunds but couldn't give us the name of it so we could get a tracking number or anything on this supposed third party. It took 2 months to get our deposit back. We were literally walking out the door to file a claim in court against Ohana/ Gus when the check arrived. We threatened to sue him 3 times before we actually got our money back. We are filing with the better business bureau. This company shouldn't be in business and whatever you do don't give this man your credit card number! What a terrible terrible mess. Please trust me and save yourself the stress. He seemed nice on the phone and email but he is NOT to be trusted.

I wrote a review back in 2011 and I don't know why it doesn't show up. Do they expire or does Gus appeal to get the reviews removed? As you can see by others that have written reviews in yelp, this outfit is terrible. As you gear up for the wedding season this year, FIND SOMEONE ELSE to work with. My wife and I were married in 2011 and worked with Ohana Party Rentals. They were professional up front, but the linens showed up the day of our wedding with dog hair and other stains. After the event, we were charged additional fees without a phone call, email, or any correspondence. Do yourself a favor and do NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. Thanks!

Do not use this company. My experience was like many of the other reviews describe, absolutely abhorrent. We were given moldy and dirty chairs which we had to clean ourselves, and tables in various states of disrepair, some even taped together. We also found numerous moths on the equipment. See photos. The owner is very shady and always has an excuse for any complaint. We were also told the same lie as another review stated, that "a refund check is on its way" however the check never came.

Rental was on time and worked just fine. Gus (pretty sure he is the owner) got everything set up for us. The only issue was that it took him a while to run the credit card after the reservation (not a big deal).

Can’t say enough good about this company. Communication is awesome. The owner always keeps me update. Set up is always fast and when they say it will be done. And tear down is always very stress free. I would recommend them for any event. I have used them for all mine.
