She is also an incredibly talented florist—her bouquets are some of the most beautiful I’ve had the pleasure of photographing and her designs are unparalleled. Hire her for your big day because she will make your event look and feel like a million bucks!

My husband and I recently hired Madeline Moore for our wedding and it went above and beyond our exceptions. Her team anticipated items we hadn't even thought about throughout the planning process. The day of turned out absolutely amazing and I wouldn't change a thing. Madeline and her team were very professional, happy and a calm presence that made us and everyone at the wedding feel at ease. If anything did go wrong we didn't notice it. They put out fires or mistakes with ease and came up with solutions fast. They also helped with the entire breakdown and cleanup, retuning cake stands, signage and other personal items that we used. Our wedding day would not of been the same without their hard work. We were on the fence about being able to fit a wedding planner into our budget and let me just say it is a hundred percent worth it and beyond! I originally found Madeline Moore Events online and it was her website that caught my eye. After our phone conversation I knew planning would be fun and easy because she is so easy to get along with and her fun personality matched mine. We had decided we wanted full coordination, floral, and design from Madeline Moore Events- it was outstanding! Madeline's eye for color and design is amazing. She brought together my color palettes and all the table details were so well executed. The floral was nothing short of amazing and all the colors I dreamed of. She captured exactly what I wanted and went beyond to put it all in my special day. She is clear with details and timelines so I felt brought along the entire way with a very clear picture what the final outcome would be. It's nice to have a wedding planner I can call a friend. Madeline Moore is a fantastic wedding planner. She listens and works with your ideas and comes up with amazing designs. I wanted an indoor enchanted forest for my wedding and we had to work with a limited budget and she made my vision come to life within the means we had to work with. I had so many compliments on all of the design elements throughout my reception. Not only does she work with you to bring your ideas to life, but man is she a lifesaver when it comes to logistics. I was able to focus on the things that mattered because she was there on my wedding and she took care of everything. She smoothed over any issues so that my family and our guests didn't know anything might be amiss and everything ran so smoothly it was so amazing. I've worked with Mady twice in 2019 so far and have had great experiences both times in the planning process as well as day of set-up and flip from ceremony to reception. In fact, one of the weddings was on a very short planning timeline and was an intensely detailed multi-day event. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went and how helpful Mady was to her clients, their family and also the various vendors. I'm looking forward to working with her more!

Mady was such a joy to work with! I feel like I've known her forever, even though she only worked with us for the few months leading up to the wedding. Wedding planning was stressing me out but when Mady came on board, I was able to relax and enjoy the time. After our first meeting, I knew that everything would be handled and the design would be phenomenal (she's got great style!) I truly felt relaxed on the day of my wedding and my expectations for day-of were blown away. Mady may need to start branching out with baby showers and bar mitzvahs because I will definitely use her expertise again!

My wife and I hired MME for our wedding last June and had the best time working with Mady throughout the year. We had a couple of ideas of what we wanted our wedding day to be like and Mady was able to read our minds and create an absolute dream wedding for us. Madeline Moore Events was our best hire throughout the entire wedding process. She was able to connect us with vendors who matched our aesthetic and shared the same interest - who now we are happy to call friends! Her team the day of handled everything with ease and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful everything was designed. Madeline is an amazing wedding/event planner. I interviewed three different vendors and what stood out to me among the others was the level of organization and offering Madeline provided. When I received an outline of everything she does for her clients, I knew this was the girl for us. She not only listened intently on what we wanted to create and our story, but she didn't gasp at the budget we wanted to keep it under. She was ready for the task. She has experience in all areas of wedding planning, floral, baking, now planning. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking and I knew I needed assistance to do it all. My family lived away and I have a time consuming job and family of my own. When the day came, she executed with precious, tenacity, and all around happiness for us and what we had all accomplished. Madeline Moore Events was very supportive during the months leading up to the wedding. The bride and groom felt well-directed and that things were being taken care of as far as vendor selection, etc. She also has a wonderful website to keep the people who are decision makers for the wedding well informed and on track. The execution on the actual wedding day wasn't as smooth. There was a lot of uncertainty felt by wedding guests regarding what was taking place or what was about to take place (so they would make sure and not wander off just when something big was about to happen like the toasts, etc.) also family members who should have been seated in the second row sat toward the back leaving the second row empty for the ceremony because nobody was directing the guests as they were be seated for the ceremony.) Also, the key events were so spread out that many/most people had already wandered to another location on the property thinking the event was over for the most part when main events took place such as the dance with bride/father and groom/mother took place. During the reception, there was little to no communication with guests as to what events were taking place (most people, including the parents of both bride and groom completely missed the B & G cutting the cake because they weren't aware it was happening as it was on the opposite side of the room from where they were seated.) Also, the bouquet and garter toss never took place as it was completely forgotten about by all until the next day. The DJ could have been more helpful in making announcements, however, since that didn't happen, I would think the coordinator should have taken charge to make sure the wedding day went as planned and people didn't miss out on so many wonderful events/memories. However, the overall feel of the day was wonderful since most of these things were not even noticed until the event was over and we had a chance to reflect. Since we had a wedding planner, we were just enjoying the event thinking everything would be handled as it should. I now know not to count on that in the future which is a great lesson for all.
