I just got married and I hired both the DJ service and the Planning service. Courtney and Richie were both amazing. Courtney was wonderful at helping me get through everything. I was so nervous but she made it such a good time and made sure everything was get. (Even when I forgot the ring for my husband >.<) I would always recommend!

Courtney is the person you will LOVE to have on your special day. She is charming, friendly, assertive and orderly all at the same time, I don't know how she does it! We hired Courtney as a day-of wedding planner handing her 350+ people to keep moving along from 4-9pm. She pulled off an absolutely amazing celebration with grace and professionalism! The only complaint I had was when it got late in the evening around 8:30pm and she ended up leaving because our payment timeline was up. It was not her fault but I wish amidst all the chaos she would have given my mother and I the option for her to stay a little longer to finish the last few events we had to do (the tosses, cake and exit) and we would pay her later. I ended up having to try and notify people myself which was pretty stressful when we all just wanted to dance and have fun!! Otherwise, she was awesome. Thanks for a great time Courtney! I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal, friendly and supportive person to make your wedding what you hope it will be!

We were recently married in Salem and hired Richie from Him and Her Events to be our DJ for our wedding. It was really one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! From the very first meeting, Richie was so professional and organized, and gave us complete faith in his abilities as a DJ and as an MC for our event. Richie met with us three times before our wedding day, and by the time that he was a DJ for our wedding, we felt that we knew him well and would call him a friend. Richie did a fantastic job at the wedding, arriving almost two hours early and providing sound for our ceremony as well as our reception. He played fantastic and upbeat music that set the tone for our wedding reception, including great tunes during cocktail hour and dinner. He kept us dancing with popular as well as timeless hits, and all generations at our wedding were happily dancing throughout the night. We could not have been happier that we hired Richie, and we will suggest Richie as a DJ and Him and Her Events to everyone we know!! Don't hesitate in hiring Richie as your DJ for your wedding!

We hired Him and Her Events for both their Wedding Coordination services and their DJ services. Both Courtney & Richie were organized, attentive, passionate and creative people - it was great to have them be a part of our wedding! Also, I would highly recommend hiring them for both the DJ and Coordination services - they worked together the day of the wedding to help us stick to our timeline and keep things running smoothly. We had a blast at our wedding and so did our guests! Highly recommend!
