Leann knows how to get STUFF DONE. Nothing is better than having someone who is going to be your advocate and take care of you on a day where so much is going on. She allowed us to just truly and wholly enjoy our day with out stressing over the little things because she was happy to do that for us. We had an elaborate outdoor wedding at my wife's home, so there were countless moving parts and 325 people showing up to party. We needed to be dialed and we were because Leann was. She saved the day.

I traveled from WI to be part of my sister's wedding. Leann was amazing in her communications. Every detail was included that I needed to know, from travel, to lodging, to day of preparations. I even received a phone call introduction. Leann had all the bases covered. Day of coordination was done by Beth, who was equally as amazing. Our wedding was so beautiful and perfect. The day of was easy and fun because Leanna and her incredible team took care of EVERYTHING. My husband and I are wedding videographers in the Portland, OR area and we cannot say enough about Leann and her team! She is OUR FAVORITE planner and coordinator that we have ever worked with, and we don't dole out superlatives for nothing. She got in touch with us several weeks before the wedding and was on it when it came to any changes in scheduling or otherwise. Leann kept the bride happy and calm (along with her extended family) all 12 hours of the wedding day while being a liaison between all of the vendors, setting up beautiful decor, and running the whole day like a true professional. Every little thing about the wedding was planned down to the very last candle and was executed in a way that only true OCD perfectionists can understand. Despite a few hiccups, she handled every situation with grace and made it the least stressful wedding I've ever filmed. Did I mention that she's just an awesome person to have at your wedding? Leann is incredible and if you don't hire her, than you're missing out on someone who puts your needs first and does everything to make your day the best it possibly can be.

Leann, Ginger and You Events, was absolutely terrific to work with. As Mother of Bride, I was somewhat reluctant when my daughter said she wanted a wedding planner. I thought, oh we can do that. Boy, was I wrong and will be the first one to say, do not try and do it yourself. Leann is a MUST have as your wedding coordinator. She took all our worries away and delivered the wedding of our daughter's dreams. She thought of things I would never have thought of and handled everything. She listens and has such good insight, vision and recommendations. Listen to her, she knows what she is doing. Her eye for detail is wonderful. Leann did an AMAZING job as our wedding coordinator this last January. Working with her before the wedding was such a fun part of the process. She was incredibly easy to talk to and had this great balance of being professional- while at the same time being your friend. I felt so at ease working with her and always felt that she genuinely wanted what I wanted for the wedding. She was also so organized! I really appreciated how prepared she was for all of our meetings. I never felt like a moment of my time was wasted. She had all these lists and schedules and thought of things that I would never have thought of on my own. She was also an extremely timely communicator. Planning a wedding in five months made for fast deadlines and needing to move quickly. She was always so quick to respond to emails and texts which I found incredibly helpful. Leann helped on the rental side of things as well. She made sure that we were getting the best bang for our buck and that no one took advantage of our budget. Her knowledge of the wedding industry was incredibly helpful during this time. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfectly planned, down to the last detail (thanks to her). Leann was running around like crazy. She handled all the caterers, photographer, rental companies, etc. She also initiated the room switch, which we didn’t have a ton of time for, and made sure things happened as fast and efficiently as possible. She did all of this while being emotionally supportive, making sure I had everything I needed. She was consistently checking in to make sure I was okay and that things were going the way I envisioned. I would 100% recommend Leann. Having a wedding coordinator is so very important, especially one who is skilled and knowledgeable in their field. I can honestly say that I had a stress free wedding day and this wouldn't have been a reality without her. I would tell anyone who was considering working with her that she is amazing! She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to give them exactly what they are envisioning, while at the same time helps everything run flawlessly. She is a miracle worker and I have full confidence that she would live up to that expectation.

Leann was my day-of coordinator, but I felt like she went above and beyond. When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I could do without a wedding coordinator. However, following the advice of several married coworkers, I decided to hire one after all, and found Leann. That was pretty much the best decision that I made the whole wedding planning process. Taking care of the big stuff is easy--i.e. hiring caterers, the DJ, flowers....but it's really the small detail that stress you out. She is amazingly organized & detail oriented, and was able to pull everything together. She really knows the wedding industry. She is great at coming up with solutions, putting out fires, and calming down a stressed out bride and groom. She had a wedding the day before mine as well, but I always felt that she was available and supportive. And she is a genuinely nice person! What I really liked about her was that although she was super sweet, she was also very assertive and would advocate for you when she needed to. I got nothing but positive feedback from all of my other vendors who worked with her. I really feel like I got an amazing deal working with Leann, and I highly recommend her.

"Leann basically taught us how to get married" - My husband during our wedding toast. No joke - Leann was the best decision we made for our wedding (second to getting married to each other, of course.) From the start, We never thought we would even need a planner. I assumed it would be manageable to do on my own OR to have a friend do the day-of coordinating for me. But the more I thought about it, I thought: 1) I would want my friends to be present during my wedding day and truly have fun instead of feeling like they need to work 2) I really just need some professional guidance on everything that is going into this. I began searching left and right for day-of coordinators and really hit the jackpot when I found Leann. Right off the bat, Leann was sweet, personable, and on top of her game, so we hired her off the bat. After every planning session, phone call, a venue visit, and the rehearsal, I always felt at ease and knew that Leann had everything under control. One of my favorite moments during wedding planning was when I spent an afternoon reaching out to all our vendors to confirm the details and they all responded with: "Oh, Leann has already filled us in on EVERYTHING. We know all the details. Don't worry!" It was such a great feeling knowing that she was always a few steps ahead of me and always on the ball. For us, the hardest part of wedding planning was determining how we wanted decorations to look. Leann was amazing with helping us execute all of our ideas while keeping the look and feel that we've always dreamt of. We literally showed up on our wedding day and everything was set up better than we could have imagined. We laughed, cried, and danced through our wedding day without a single worry about event details. After the wedding, we woke up the next morning and just laid there in disbelief that we literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Leann handled it with no sweat at all and with such grace. She clearly has a gift and is meant to do this. So truly, the one piece of advice I can give anyone who is planning a wedding: get a coordinator. your wedding day is about you and your spouse celebrating your love with family and friends. Worrying about the details is the last thing you want to do. We had always dreamt of what our wedding would feel like and what it would look like. Leann helped make all of this possible and made it even better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much, Leann! You are truly the best!

I'm a professional musician and have played for countless weddings over the years with various ensembles through the Oregon Chamber Players. This past weekend (9-17-16) I played one of the MOST organized and flawless weddings in our history at The Sentinel Hotel in Portland. Leean Reece was my main contact, and every detail was set in place well in advance of the date. On the actual day she did everything exactly as promised (this is a rarity!) and made sure that everything ran smoothly for all involved. I recommend her HIGHLY and hope that we get a chance to work together again in the future.
