If I could give Forks and Corks more than 5 stars I would. Kate, Kari and her crew were extremely helpful, kind, sensitive, and also served fabulous tasting food. We were organizing a Celebration of Life service for 150 guests. Even talking about the event was a tearful experience for me. I so appreciated Kate and Kari's sensitivity to how difficult this was and they just held my hand and guided me through the decisions. For me, it really helped to have someone who understood how I was feeling and someone who was a good listener. At every turn Kate and Kari took the time to listen to what I thought would work best for our group and 100% of the time they made it happen for us. After the afternoon event, I had Forks and Corks cater dinner at my home for a close knit group of family and friends and once again, they were superb. The food was fabulous and Dennis (who did set up and take down) was kind and considerate and cared that everything was just right! You really can't go wrong booking Forks and Corks, everything will be done to perfection.

Kate and the Forks & Corks team catered my wedding weekend which included a Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Cocktail Hour/Dinner and Sunday Celebration Brunch. I am a Dietitian by trade, foodie at heart so needless to say, my standards are HIGH when it comes to food. The Forks & Corks team put out flawless dishes of food for all 3 events and many of my guests said that it was “the best wedding food they had ever had.” The entire team was professional and friendly. They remembered names and drink orders and made the entire experience feel personal. The food was delicious and gets 5 stars for quality, taste, presentation, freshness and creativity. A few personal favorites from the weekend included the Mini Carnitas Tacos, Mac + Cheese Croquets, Alder Smoked Salmon (my #1!!), heirloom tomato salad, tri-colored cauliflower (beautiful!), blueberry blintz souffle (I ate way too much!). As someone who has drunk her way through many Bloody Mary’s in Portland, I would also like to say that Forks and Corks blew me away with their homemade Bloody Mary Mix!!!! Overall, Kate and the team provided excellent food as well as warm hospitality. I would highly recommend and wish we could do the whole weekend over again!

Recent Bride here. Forks and Corks Catering is superb. Not only was the food 5 stars, but the service was beyond my wildest dreams! Showing a level of absolute professionalism above and beyond anything I’d ever seen, even having worked in the field myself prior, I would hire this caterer again in a heartbeat. During the planning process, the wonderful and friendly office staff were prompt to reply to my questions, and they offered delicious suggestions for our menu. The event crew arrived at my venue on time, and set the buffet tables beautifully. Before the ceremony even started, the event manager came up and asked me what I would like them to give me to drink after the ceremony, and made sure to give me and my groom the royal treatment throughout the night. My guests went crazy for the food, and many commented on how stellar the service was. The bartender handled the crowd well, making sure my guests had a blast! The crew stayed with us until the very end, and even helped clean up items that were not their responsibility, saving me the clean up panic. This Caterer is amazing, and if you want a stress-free day, go with them!

Excellent service and food at the #ICBO2016 conference. Having vegetarian and vegan options that are not just "we have salad, you can eat that no?", wonderful breakfasts and really courteous and nice people doing the service.

Effortless and impeccable from planning to service and delivery. What started with a 911 help me call ended with an amazing menu, top quality dishes, perfect service all along the way and they even took the reigns on the bar, beverage stations and added appetizers which was all a relief. Forks & Corks Catering recently catered my daughter's wedding at Zenith Vineyard. Every aspect was perfect - the servers were very professional, friendly and provided top notch service during all aspects of the wedding; the appetizers and dinner were delicious, and I was very impressed by how beautifully the dinner selections were presented in the buffet line. I had many guests approach me stating that hands down it was the best wedding buffet food they have ever had, and I absolutely agree. The amount of food was about perfect for the guest count, and I appreciated being able to take home the leftovers. Kate was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Forks & Corks Catering, they will not disappoint. Kate, thank you for taking such great care of our family and guests!

Besides enjoying an incredible meal with our family and friends, and finishing it off with the best Tiramisu in town, one of our favorite parts of working with Forks & Corks was not having to worry about a thing. From our first interaction, they anticipated what we would need a step ahead. With their solid expertise in the business, the whole process felt effortless and one of the easier parts of our wedding planning experience. They had wonderful suggestions to make the dining experience easy for us and our guests, and their quality of food and service is superb. We especially loved eating the leftovers on our honeymoon, and being able to share the extra with our family that had worked so hard beforehand. It was an amazing gift! My husband and I were married on Sunday, the 7th of August, it was a perfect day. We had a small wedding at my Parent's house with 30 of our closest friends and family. This is a second marriage for both of us so we wanted to keep it simple but we wanted people to enjoy themselves and enjoy the food that was going to be served so we decided to have it catered and Forks and Corks Catering is who we chose to use. Neither one of us had ever used a caterer, we had always just cooked ourselves or gone to a restaurant for big family functions. We didn't have any recommendations from anyone so we chose a place that was easy to get to on our lunch hour and Forks and Corks fit that bill. I had called ahead to get some general information but said that I would call if we decided to use them but then on one of our lunch hours we just decided to stop in and see what they had to say. We walked in the door and we were immediately greeted by a very nice woman whom later we found out was Kate. I told her I was sorry that I had not called ahead to make an appointment and that we could come back later if this was not a good time and she said it was actually really good timing and so we sat down at the table and talked about what we needed, the type of food and the cost for 25 people(originally). It was proposed in a very clear format, Kate made it super easy to make a decision right then and there, we really felt like everything would get handled properly and IT DID !!!!!!! Long story longer, I know, but I do not have enough good things to say about this company. The price was reasonable, the delivery was on time, the food was SUPERB!!!! the clean up was super easy because FORKS and CORKS DOES IT ALL !!!!!! I had so many compliments about the food, the BRISKET was AWESOME and everything else was equally as tasty. They bring table linens for the tables that you supply, they set up buffet style and it looks like you were at a Ritzy Restaurant and they have everything you could think of down to the balls of butter and honey for your cornbread or rolls. FORKS and CORKS CATERING is a class act, from the moment you walk in their door to the driver and set up person(people) that set up for whatever event you are having. I would not hesitate recommending them or using their services again. I have not been paid or compensated in any way for writing this review, these are my opinions and from what I heard, they were the opinions of everyone that attended our wedding. Thank you for reading and I hope you have the need to use FORKS and CORKS.... you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I don't know when the last time was I had conference food and thought "Wow, I'd like the recipe for this". The quality and variety of the food were great and they kept on going strong for four days. Especially refreshing was that the veg options were not token thing thrown on the table to keep the vegetarians from dying of starvation. They were truly outstanding in their own right. Excellent presentation too. Tremendous job, all. A++

Good Food! Not so good bar service. I recently had Forks and Corks Carter my wedding. Food was good, and I am still getting compliments. I also have enough left over in my freezer to last the next 2 months. I recommend the food... but READ the contract. It allows you to waive their bar service and you can provide your own.... do it. 2 hours into my wedding, my guests started to complain about foamy beer and the catering staff telling them I was running out of beer and wine (I had ran out of white wine). My Uncles had to go on a beer run. At the end of the night turns out the catering staff did not know how to use the kegs/taps and I ended up taking home 3 kegs of now spoiled beer and 6 bottles of the original red wine I bought. Wasted more money, and my guests missed some of the wedding. Hire them for food... but get a real bar service company.

Sarah and Dennis represented Forks and Corks Catering in such a positive way. They did such an excellent job of setting everything up and delivering the quality of food I expected for the price. I couldn't be more pleased.
