Unforgettable Service and Events were fantastic! I have attended 3 different weddings that Unforgettable Service and Events planned, staffed, and coordinated. Each was so different but beautiful! I also attended the Thurston High School Hall of Fame evening banquet. I was shocked to see how a high school cafeteria could be transformed to a beautiful venue to honor the inductees. Dawn and her staff were superb. They did not miss a detail. As a staff member at the high school, we were all so pleased that we have enlisted Dawn and her company to plan, serve, and coordinate our annual sports auction and our senior class breakfast. Both events will host over 400 guests! We highly recommend Unforgettable Service and Events.

Dawn and her comany deserve ZERO stars but unfortunately you have to give at least one star. Dawn lied about her services and was awful at our wedding to the point that our guest wrote in our guest book that " Dawn Sucks". Dawn and her staff were unavailable during our wedding and were found drinking our alcohol while they were to be coordinating. We paid for their highest package and were promised Dawn would coordinate ALL aspects and failed to do so. Dawn and Unforgettable Services and Events ruined all aspects of our wedding because they OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER. Dawn lies about the staff and services she will provide, she is difficult to work with, is difficult for vendors to work with, drops the ball and when coordinating for your event uses her friends services instead of the most reputable companies in the business. If you want your wedding to be unforgettable in the worst possible way hire Dawn. I would never recommend her or her company to anyone.

Dawn and Damon of Unforgettable Service & Events were incredible to work with and went above and beyond in EVERY way. I speak from experience of three events. Dawn and Damon handled all aspects of planning for my own wedding and I was also fortunate enough to attend a Birthday celebration as well as a fund raising event. They can truly handle any event or need that you may have. When planning our own wedding became unmanageable Dawn and Damon stepped in. They took our initial idea and made it something truly unforgettable! The wedding was an incredible day and there was literally not one flaw or moment that went wrong. Our “ask” was not small: 100+ person rehearsal dinner, 200+ person wedding, cocktail hour, dinner and reception followed by a 100 person after party at a separate venue. They handled all of it and didn’t even blink. Dawn and Damon immediately had vendor suggestions and set up interviews, tastings, etc with multiple vendors in all categories. They guided us through pricing, timelines, and details. They absolutely saved us at the last minute from a florist disaster and on top of that, during the event they managed a guest incident without us even knowing until after it was over. They were constantly professional but also friendly and a ton of fun, making ever meeting enjoyable and every detail on track. We couldn’t pay them enough for the stress alone that they took off of our shoulders. The wedding was incredibly more beautiful and wonderful then we had ever imagined specifically because of everything Dawn and Damon did for us.

Perfectly crafted, created and managed event! Dawn and Unforgettable staff made Thurston High School's cafeteria look like a banquet hall. Our inductees felt very honored. Our school staff was so impressed, pleased and delighted, that we have now contracted with Unforgettable Service and Events to do our Senior Class breakfast and the annual sports auction! I can not thank Dawn and her staff enough for taking all of the stress, planning, and event functioning details off of my mind. We heartily recommend Dawn and Unforgettable Service

I can't recommend D&D events enough. Dawn helped us put on the perfect wedding. She and her staff are exceptional. She was very accessible, open, and so easy to work with. She made sure that our day turned out exactly the way we wanted it to. We thought originally that we could do it ourself, but as the time got closer, we saw how much help Dawn could offer. We were so relieved on the days leading up to, and the day of our wedding that we had hired her. She was organized and gave us great advice. My wife and I say that she is worth her weight in gold ten times over. You can't go wrong hiring D&D.
