Rose Briar Place made my wedding day the least stressful day possible. Nothing went wrong on my wedding day. Everything was perfect. They decorated everything exactly how we'd chosen, we had nothing but compliments about Ned's Catering and Bella Rosa Cakes. The DJ they work with, Scott, knows exactly how to move the reception along and was very flexible with the music list for someone who was really wanting dancing at the reception. I was so relaxed and not worried on the day of and that's because I knew Danielle (the wedding coordinator) and the staff at Rose Briar Place had it all fixed. We had a night wedding and it was beautiful inside and out. They're also great about answering questions at any time throughout the wedding planning process. Quite a few of our guests took advantage of the newly renovated patio/fireplace seating to chill during the reception while others stayed inside and danced or enjoyed the beautiful decorations and tables. I highly recommend using Rose Briar Place to make your wedding day happy.

I never thought I would be able to afford my dream wedding. Rose Briar Place made all my dreams come true! My fiance and I are practical people. We were searching for great value and beautiful product. I walked away from many beautiful venues disenchanted by difficult policies, hidden fees, and narrow event hours. I originally booked an appointment with Rose Briar "to see how the other half lived" The website and reviews were encouraging, but I felt as if there was no way we could afford such a lavish venue. Thank heavens Rose Briar WORKS WITH ALL BUDGETS! One of the greatest gifts Rose Briar has given us, is knowing everyone will enjoy our day. My mom won't need to wash dishes or prepare food. My fiance's sister won't need to make our cake. We are make it work people, but with Rose Briar every detail is taken care of. When we walked thru the front doors I knew this was our venue. The simple elegant design works perfectly for the modern bride. I don't even need to decorate! This indoor/outdoor venue is gorgeous and lit with the most precious twinkling lights! Everything sparkles! :D I was shocked when we went over prices together with our Rose Briar appointed wedding planner Jen. ROSE BRIAR INCLUDES EVERYTHING!!!! The venue rental package includes FOOD, TABLES, CHAIRS, LINENS, TABLE TOPPERS, DJ, CAKE, GROOM CAKE, DRINKS (non-alcoholic), & FULL ON SITE STAFF & SECURITY! I couldn't believe it! Pricing is incredibly reasonable depending truly on your food options and guest count. I am able to experience luxury services I never dreamed I would be able to justify in my wedding budget. I am getting a $50,000 for a fraction of the price! I know I will enjoy my day stress free in the arms of my beloved; unburdened by financial guilt. **I will update my post with our wedding pictures when our happy day comes!

My sister got married at Rose Briar Place in December 2012, and we had a WONDERFUL experience. Sharon and Jacob were extremely helpful and did everything in their power to make sure my sister wasn't unnecessarily stressed out during the planning and day of her wedding. My sister's husband is in the military and couldn't be there for the majority of the planning. Sharon would let my sister take pictures of all of the little details and would patiently wait for them to get back to her with their decisions. Their entire staff was so courteous and willing to answer any questions that we had. The chapel is absolutely gorgeous, and the food and cakes were excellent! We had so many guests compliment the food and venue. Rose Briar Place was the perfect place for my sister's wedding, and it really was one of the most efficiently run chapels I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend Rose Briar Place to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams.

Although Rose Briar Place is all inclusive, I have a lot of say so of what I want and don't want and that allows for my Fiancee and I to have our own personal choices. I can honestly say Rose Briar Place is an amazing wedding venue. It sounds too good to be true but I can't imagine getting married anywhere else after the experience I had. We did a lot of research and this venue was so highly recommended we thought we would check it out and we are so thankful we did. We knew as soon as we sat down with Jennifer that it was going to be the place we got married. She answered all of our crazy questions, was informative and made us feel really happy and comfortable discussing our big day. She has matched that first day every day since we have spoken with her. The venue itself is beyond beautiful. Pictures online don't do it justice. You have the option of indoor or outdoor ceremony and can even decide the day of. It has been nothing short of an amazing experience and memory because of Rose Briar Place. We aren't pessimistic people but know it's hard to find people that actually want to make things easier for you. Especially on a day that is supposed to be the best day of your life. They have a beautiful venue, food was good and DJ seemed to know what was going on. Prior to my daughter’s wedding, there was little contact. The day of the wedding was very rushed. We had 2 hours prior, to decorate, dress and take pictures. I missed most of the pictures, bride/groom gift exchange and other events because there was not any help given and had to do everything ourself. Tables and bride’s table were not set with proper linens/chargers, but it was too late to change when noticed. We were given 30 minutes to undecorated and exit while they were already setting up for another wedding. For the price paid, it wasn’t worth it.

My cousin had a wedding party here I gotta say. You guy's food is actually better than most restaurants I've been to. My favorite appetizer called the "chip dip", the sauce you dipped the nacho chips with was really good. I asked for more, but you guys ran out, but that's to be expected bc it WAS REALLY GOOD! I want to start off by saying how amazing my daughter, Stephanie’s wedding coordinator, Jennifer was. So sweet, amazingly helpful and over all just made our experience that much better. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The clean up staff after the wedding were so polite and helped wrap the left over food and get it ready for us to take home. The cake, the food, the little dessert table (Bella Rosa) was all delicious. The ice Sculpture by Vault ice OKC was so beautiful and Dewey from Vault ice made that happen in less than a week. The photographer (Ashley Sutherland Photography was superb). I know I’m missing some people but I just wanted to say how impressed and happy we were with Rose Briar. From the staff to the owner, this place is legit. Not a moment goes by without the staff taking charge and taking care of the people around them at any venue. I DJ at rose briar place and I get to see the ins and outs of the entire venue. From assisting the coordinators to working along side the staff, I've got to say we have one of the best crews around. They are extremely keen to the needs and wants of the parties and they are able to transition from one thing to the next at ease. The venue appeal is always too notch. From the basic package to the most extravagant, the view from when you walk in is extraordinary. I am able to contact and work with the bride / groom days to weeks before and iron out all of the details to make sure it is EXACTLY what they want and it blends with the night to make it a seem-less, worry-free time. The coordinators are exceptional. They make sure everything gets lined out and done before the big night and they are extremely willing to do what it takes to make the venue.

Planning a wedding in general is a very stressful endeavor. With a 5 month old, a 6 year old, and a full time job I had no idea how I was going to pull off a wedding in 2 months! When I walked into Rose Briar my mind was racing with a thousand different things- venue, cake, DJ, money, guests, catering, money, time, etc. By the time I walked out of Rose Briar, the only thing on my mind was if I was going to cry walking down the isle. Jen was absolutely amazing! She took her time explaining all of their services to us. She was friendly and smiling, thorough, and made us feel like we were her top priority. The fact that they do almost everything for you here is just amazing. And although this is a very convenient method of having a wedding (by having an all inclusive venue) they do not skip any details. The venue is immaculate; they literally think of every little detail and desire one could possibly ask for. And lastly the price was the biggest shock. I couldn't believe how affordable it was! I know I picked the right venue for our wedding!

My experience here was as a guest at a wedding. Such a charming, lovely place for a wedding and reception. The ceremony was outdoors and the reception was inside. The staff I was in contact with was very nice and professional. Seemed to be well maintained. Adequate parking.

Rose Briar Place was everything I could have asked for when it came to my wedding! Sharon and Jacob are very professional, and to add, extremely friendly and make you feel as special as can be! The venue itself is incredible. Beautiful chapel and reception hall, not to mention the gorgeous outside seating! The feel of it is very vintage. Big wooden doors and floors, brass chandeliers, mood lighting, and they can accommodate their decorations to your wedding colors, which only adds to its natural beauty! From the moment my husband and I entered the chapel for a tour, we felt at home. We knew right away that it was perfect for us, but wanted to take another tour just in case, Right after that next tour, we looked at each other and said "We want Rose Briar." It was the best decision we could have made! Even though Sharon or Jacob work each wedding singly, they both helped us tremendously up to the wedding, They answered all of our questions, worked with our schedule to meet with them, and were just genuinely nice people. Sharon worked at our wedding and was wonderful. She was able to lead us in the right direction but never ever stepped on any toes, or made anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable. She had a great attitude, was friendly to everyone, listened to our needs, and made us feel like it was our special night. She did everything she could to make the experience one of a kind, and that we will always remember. My husband and I had so many people approach us to tell us it was one of, if not THE best wedding they had ever been to. They had nothing bad to say about it, nor did my husband and me. It was perfect in so many ways, and I will never forget it! My husband and I had a 3-month engagement, and as stressful as it is to plan a wedding, I felt so good knowing that so many aspects were included in the Rose Briar package. The DJ, catering, decorations and cakes are all included. I could imagine it to be a huge headache having to work with so many independent vendors. Rose Briar takes the responsibility to get their vendors to contact and work with you, and each vendor, just like Sharon and Jacob, are extremely friendly, professional, and make you feel special. I would recommend Rose Briar to anybody and everybody! Everything about it is beautiful. My husband and I are so blessed and thankful to have found such a wonderful place to have the most special day of our lives :)

This is THE place to go in OKC if you are getting married. Indoor/Outdoor Venues - both are so nice. And the great thing is if you plan on an outside wedding and the weather gets bad, you just move right indoors. This place is charming - and they treat you right! There is very little stress because Sharon (the owner) and the other ladies (Jennifer and Cindy) do so much of the behind the scenes work. This is a beautiful venue, but unfortunately it has many downfalls.... First of all, they have a very serious time constraint, which only allowed for a short reception. Second of all, they have a lot of fines and fees, so read the contract very closely. Third of all my "wedding planner" that they provided was horribly rude to my family and not helpful at all the day of the wedding. Finally, they have restrictions on which vendors you can use in their venue. If you are on a short time frame, this is a good venue because they provide the catering, cakes, DJ, and some decorations. Like I said, it was a beautiful venue... but not worth it for how expensive it was and what little time you were allowed.

I cannot say better things about Rose Briar! First of all the venue is absolutely BREATHTAKING! My fiancé and I planned on visiting a variety of venues and Rose Briar was our first stop. We had over a year and a half before our wedding date so we had plenty of time to look around. Well it only took one visit to realize that it was everything we were looking for and more and booked our date the very same week! I cannot be happier with our decision! Our wedding is October 14, 2017 and Sharon and her team have been nothing but wonderful in helping answer our million questions via email and over the phone! Such a beautiful venue! We chose Rose Briar for its outdoor ceremony area, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to use it because it was raining :( We ended up using the indoor ceremony area, which is beautiful as well and worked out fine! My one complaint is that we were given 2 hours to decorate which was during our time with our photographer and during the time when we were supposed to be getting ready and having a great time. We were told that we could not get into the facility to decorate before 10:30, but when we got inside at 10:30, everyone was just standing around and we definitely could’ve been able to get in early. Everything felt very rushed and scheduled. All in all, the venue is gorgeous and Molly is the most helpful and encouraging soul there is! She made me feel calm and confident on my wedding day. We went with Sound by Scott for our DJ and we loved working with our DJ for the day. Our officiant, Jeff Cooper, who is also recommended by the venue, was amazing and we loved him! Our cake was through Bella Rosa and they did an amazing job! The employee who helped us with the cake on our wedding day was so sweet and helpful. We went with Rosie Cheeks for our photography as she was recommended by Rose Briar. We haven’t gotten our photos back yet, but from what I can tell on her Instagram, her work is beautiful. However, her personality is a bit hard to mesh with. She came into the venue rushed and not very friendly, didn’t introduce herself, and I felt very rushed the whole time and I didn’t enjoy myself as much as I wanted to. Aside from the negatives, I think our big day went well and I’m happy with the outcome.

The staff was very accommodating and treated the honoraries special. But I have to highlight the food, over and over and over because it was abundant and delicious and HOT! In fact, I was so impressed that I decided I wanted to be a part of producing these special days. I applied and was hired to work at Rose Briar! That was four years ago and counting. When it came time for my wedding, I couldn’t imagine having it any other place. My sister’s wedding was in the chapel but I’m an outside kind of girl so mine was at the outdoor pavilion. It was just as beautiful and well organized and it came as no surprise that the staff was just as helpful on my special day. Take it from me.
