They completely transformed our space into a romantic Tuscan evening complete with candles, greenery, beautiful table linens, flowers, topiary, a gazebo, street scenes and more... To say the do the unbelievable just doesn't adequately describe their talents! And all of the great people at Eventures are creative and fun yet organized and don't miss a detail. They are the best.

Their team of professionals work nonstop to transform the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds into a beautiful setting for the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show® each October. This is a HUGE task with multiple show rings, lounges and stabling areas. Each year, our 8-day event comes off without a flaw. Eventures care and expertise allows us to use our materials year after year with just the right amount of change to make each show special.

Positive Tomorrows, Oklahoma’s only elementary school and social services agency specifically serving homeless children, has been working with Eventures for more than 4 years now! They helped our team take our annual fundraiser from attracting 100 people to 600 people in just a few short years! Guests know to expect fabulous décor and an easy shopping experience because of the expert organizational knowledge of event logistics and layout. Eventures takes the guesswork out of event organization and always delivers a stellar product. Eventures is not only good at what they do, but their team of fabulous ladies makes the entire planning process just like a party! They know how to have fun and we always know they will get the job done (and under budget)! Personally, this is my ninth year working with Eventures! Every new job I’ve moved to, I make sure Eventures is along for the ride! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my events. The team at Eventures is truly wonderful. We worked with Eventures to design, plan and coordinate our fall wedding. After a morning church wedding, we had an evening home reception that was certainly not short on logistics. Mary Ellen and her entire team executed the event flawlessly. From tents to staff, rentals and band management, we were in wonderful hands from start to finish. (We even had a bit of a cold snap the morning of the wedding, and heaters to keep all our guests comfortable magically appeared...I was later told there were literally none available in the entire state, so clearly Eventures was prepared and working their magic behind the scenes!) Throughout our engagement, the Eventures team was open to our creative ideas, guiding us through any questions that came up and patiently listening to our concerns. They were always energetic, bright, smart and organized. I looked forward to every meeting with them, because I knew it would be so much fun! They bring dreams to life.
