Hiring Blair was one of the easiest and most stress free part of our wedding planning process. We initially we only interested in the day of coordination, but after meeting Blair for our initial consultation we were blown away by how knowledgeable, friendly, and put together she was and couldn’t help but to upgrade to her partial planning package and we have never regretted it for a second. Blair allowed us to focus on creating the wedding of our dreams. She thought of details that never would have even crossed our minds and also kept us organized and on track in the planning process. Her style is impeccable but she never once went against my wishes or tried to overshadow my vision for the day. She truly just wanted to bring to life our dreams for our wedding. We were so grateful for her knowledge of reliable vendors as well as the wedding industry as a whole. Having Blair and her sweet assistant Katie there to help to manage everything, especially on the day of the wedding meant that we were able to relax really enjoy our day while spending our time with our friends and family. I am so thankful that we were able to soak in every moment and for the timeline that she created which kept the night perfectly flowing. We received so many compliments from guest about how beautiful of a night it was and I truly believe we owe so much of that to Blair. Hiring Blair was the best money we spent through out the entire wedding process hands down.

My daughter's wedding was in Enid, 90 miles away from Blair's home base of OKC and I was a little concerned about having an out of town planner. I shouldn't have worried. Blair was always available to meet with our venue and worked well with our local vendors. She was also very helpful with recommending other vendors for services we didn't have in Enid. One area where she was extremely helpful to me was the scheduling of the buses to transport the wedding party and guests to the various locations throughout the weekend. I didn't have a clue how to do that. Her wedding weekend timeline was priceless and contained every pertinent detail. Blair was great to work with throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her!

Hiring Blair was the single best decision we made in all of wedding planning. She was the absolute calm in a storm. When my husband and I couldn't see the forest for the trees, she had the next bite-sized task ready to go. When we took forever to make a decision, she followed up and helped us keep going in an entirely non-judgmental way. Our 400-person wedding would not have happened without her. Blair has great relationships with vendors all over town, which took the burden of finding and interviewing a million florists, makeup artists, and furniture rental companies off our shoulders. She knows how people move in a space and what they do and don't respond to at parties, which meant that she came up with really great ways to use our space and pick furniture that fit the vibe of the party. She's managed and planned a ton of weddings, which means that she knows what works and has great ideas to try when you're feeling stuck. As to the month/week/day of, she managed contacts, and check-ins, and timelines, and kept everyone in the loop, and the day running smoothly. Even when the weather took a weird detour the week of our weeding, we needed tents and heaters and to find a new ceremony location, it didn't even phase Blair, which meant it didn't phase us! Blair shown us her capability time and again, and the fact that she felt comfortable with the changes made us feel that everything would work out just like it was supposed to. I would hire Blair to run the rest of my life. She is knowledgeable, relentlessly organized, fun to be around, entirely on her game, and gets. things. done.
