We came to Nicole in November after setting our wedding date for May, (6 months to plan!) Planning the type of event we envisioned with the number of guests we had in mind was nothing short of a challenge, but Nicole not only did it seamlessly but she did it with poise and most of all with the upmost organization. Nicole made my dream wedding come to life, while doing things that had never been done at our venue. We had a clear top tent for 300 people outside, that included the most spectacular draping and chandeliers to complete our perfect look. Looking back at the day, it was perfect from start to finish and I can say with confidence that I would not have been able to fully enjoy the day had it not been for our wonderful wedding planner, Nicole!

From day one Nicole researched venues, rental options, florists, photographers, videographers, everything we could think of and many things we would not have considered. The attention to detail and logistics made this wedding day seamless. Our daughter awakened with smile on her face and had blissful joy throughout the day. One of the best decisions we made was to hire Nicole for our wedding! Originally my fiance and I weren't sure if we'd hire a coordinator for our wedding, and we're sooo grateful that we did! Nicole was such a joy to work with! I shot a wedding at the Onesto in Canton, Ohio where she was the month of coordinator and the day couldn't have gone any better. Nicole helped me with the dress shot, made sure all the candles were lit for ceremony and detail photos and made sure the flowers were brought back from the church right in time for me to photograph the reception. Nicole put together a very extensive timeline to make sure everyone was on the same page and as a bonus, she even created a separate timeline just for me, the photographer. I truly appreciate that! From the minute I arrived to the very last photo taken, I knew everything was right on track, thank you Nicole! I look forward to working many more weddings with you!

We hired Nicole for her "month of" wedding planning services. Honestly, when I first started planning my wedding I didn't think I would need a professional planner, after all the venue provided a coordinator of their own. I could not have been more wrong! Hiring Sirpilla Soirees was probably one of the best decisions I made! In the month leading up to the wedding there was so much to do and coordinate with my own family, I would have lost my mind if Nicole hadn't handled all of our vendors for us. She also worked with us to put together a day of timeline and made sure everyone actually stayed on track! On the day of the wedding, Nicole arrived bright and early helping to set up everything we brought. She kept us on schedule and helped calm our nerves. I never had to think about what time it was because Nicole was there to get us to the right spot. At the end of the night, Nicole and her team packed everything up and transferred it to our hotel so that we didn't have to worry about anything. We're so glad we hired a coordinator and even happier it was Nicole.

I spent several months working together with Nicole on a nationally recognized fundraising event. She is a true jewel. Her ability to strategically coordinate, plan and deliver an event is 5 Stars. She is incredibly organized, creative, resourceful and budget conscience which are all integral components to the success of an event. She is the best teammate I could ask for. One thing I appreciate most about Nicole is her ability to communicate well and follow up with others including vendors and key players involved in an event. It is a huge stress reliever, not to mention she is incredibly personable and well spoken. Nicole always makes herself available to assist you in whatever the need may be no matter how big or small.
