We used Premier Park Events for our September wedding and we were so displeased with the majority of the process. The parks are beyond beautiful, but if it meant that I had to work with PPE again, we’d choose a different location one hundred percent. We chose PPE for our wedding to have the ease of having a coordinator for our reception and it turned out to be an unorganized mess.
We started out with one coordinator, which she was a delight, however a little difficult to get in contact with. Then, we were switched to a new coordinator without notice and never heard from the original person again, but we rolled with it. Throughout the final months, the new coordinator seemed confused and unaware of what we had discussed in the beginning stages. Finally on the day of, we noticed that we had not seen our coordinator yet, but another woman that seemed like she was with the company. For the entire evening, we had not been spoken to by a member of PPE, the girl, who was on her phone using it for personal matters all night, was telling our guests that the event ended an hour earlier than booked.
We were very upset that we paid the amount that we did to have all of these amazing assets that PPE was supposed to offer in comparison with other companies. A FRIEND and GUEST at our wedding worked tirelessly all day to make sure the reception went off without a hitch and she did a much better job than the coordinator that was working that day.
Because of all of this and the money that we put their way, we will not be recommending PPE to our friends in the future.
