Brooke and the Bees guided us through two weddings. Professional, adaptable and caring are a few words to describe this business. Brooke helped our family plan two weddings for 400 guests. (Very large family) One bride was planning from the East Coast and never worried. From day one, we were confident of our choice. Brooke is highly respected by so many professionals in the community. She knows who will best serve your needs. The Bees are capable of handling professional meetings and vendors to achieve the best service. Skillfully coordinating all the components the Rehearsal and Wedding, allowed ALL of the wedding party to relax and focus on the beautiful occasion! The minor issues that occurred were never brought to our attention. We have joyful memories of two perfect weddings, in great measure, because Brooke and the Bees graciously handle all the professional details! Thank you Bees!

If you are planning your wedding in the Toledo area, the Bees are a MUST! I cannot say enough great things about them. Brooke was extremely helpful through the entire planning process, and her outline for the day of was a complete lifesaver! Then, starting with the rehearsal the night before, her and Leah swooped in and took over all of the little details so that we did not need to worry about ANYTHING! If there was a problem, I didn't know anything about it because they handled it all! Also, during my first look, I got about 200 gnats up my dress and was freaking out! But between Brooke and Leah they calmed me down and even got up into my dress to get them all out! Did I mention I can't say enough good things about Bee for the Day? At the end of the night, we went up to our hotel room and all of our gifts and personal items were up there... they had taken them up and dropped them off before they left. They made our day so smooth and easy and allowed us to enjoy every moment. I am so grateful for that! Thank you Brooke and Leah!

If I were able to give 20 stars I would! Brooke and the Bees go through everything from what you should be doing in the months leading up to the wedding (I tried to do as much as I could until wedding day) to literally directing traffic at the ceremony and taking care of my "dog of honor" to setting up items last minute at the reception and climbing on top of a roof to help us get the perfect photos (and even helping with lighting equipment!). These women DID IT ALL. My husband and I agreed as we were reminiscing everything from our wedding day, that it would have been a sh*tshow without them! Brooke and the Bees are worth every penny and more! Special thanks to Dani & Debbie for literally making our wedding day seemless so we could enjoy more time with our friends and family! By hiring Bee For The Day I was able to enjoy my daughters special day along with everyone else. Bee For The Day took away all of my worries. If someone approached me with a question... I was confidently able to point them in the direction of the Bees and continue enjoying the special day! It wasn't until a few days after that I even found out there were questions... maybe even mishaps, seating that had to be changed and a band leader that needed to go buy new pants! From helping us plan our wedding to the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. I was able to enjoy my wedding and not worry about a thing! Brooke (and her 2nd Bee Debbie, aka Blondie) were absolutely AMAZING! Our wedding day on 12/30 was a dream and it wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without the Bees. From the very beginning when we met Brooke, she made us feel so comfortable and was so quick to offer tips and assistance needed while planning. She made sure to make a very detailed timeline (close to 20 pages) and was able to send it out to all of our vendors to ensure no details were missed. When it came to the rehearsal, Brooke was able to handle our large and LOUD 20 person bridal party so seamlessly...and was so good with our little flower girl and ring bearer, making them feel so special and excited to walk down the aisle ! On our wedding day, it was so nice to know that my mom and I didn't have to worry about a THING! Brooke and her 2nd bee took care of picking up our cake, picking up our 200 doughnuts, setting up all of our décor at the reception during the ceremony and reception break, and even fixing the groom's pants that ripped right before it was time to start the ceremony. Oh and not to mention, we found Brooke in my parent's driveway shoveling prior to walking each bridesmaid out to the limo to head to the ceremony. Our whole bridal party loved the Bees and one of my best friends who just got engaged already said she 100% wants Brooke and the bees for her day too. Bee for the Day was worth every penny and we're so happy they were able to make our day so very special. THANK YOU!!!

She is a professional problem solver (and problems will arise), from the moment you start searching for other vendors to your wedding weekend. We planned our wedding from out of town, and Brooke was very accommodating to check in via FaceTime; and made sure to iron out our detailed timeline well before the wedding weekend so nothing felt rushed! I can not say enough good things about the Bees! We called them 24 hours before our wedding when we realized we could use a little extra help. The bees showed up at the rehearsal ready to go, they jumped right in and started helping immediately. They allowed myself and my parents to relax and enjoy the day. The bees were prepared for every situation and worked seamlessly with all of our vendors. This is honestly the best money one could spend on their wedding day. My sister had a similar company help with her wedding and this only confirmed how perfectly the bees have mastered their craft. They are professional, thoughtful, and the best at what they do!
