I found Ward when at a wedding expo in Pinehurst back in January. I met with Candy who right from the beginning was just so genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. She immediately took the time to introduce herself and explained what the company did. She scheduled an appointment and we came back to meet her to discuss further details. She was very accommodating to our needs since we live in the Charlotte area. After meeting with her, we knew Ward was exactly what we were looking for. She helped direct us in the right direction for every aspect of our wedding planning. From table rentals, dish-ware, DJ, photo booths, and even rental games, Ward offers all of it and Candy helped get it all set up for us. They have great package deals to chose from and they were affordable for all it included. We chose to use a wedding coordinator through Ward and that also was such a great idea! I highly recommend having one for your big day!! Candy continued to show amazing communication from January even up to our big day in October. If that doesn’t speak volumes about Ward and who they hire to represent them then I don’t know what does. She was truly so wonderful to work with and I really am so thankful to have met her at the expo! I really appreciated the accountability Ward showed us when we had some things placed on our account that we ended up not using. They were quick to refund it back and apologized with an updated invoice to our emails promptly. That is very professional and shows they have integrity and do not take advantage of customers. Over all, I really can’t thank Ward or Candy enough for helping me plan our special day! If you’ve stumbled upon their page, you are in the right place and you need to book with them for your event! You seriously won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything! I will absolutely be coming back for future events and I will always have wonderful things to say about Ward.

If you are having a wedding in the Sandhills area you need to look NO FURTHER. Ward Productions is the reason our wedding went off without a hitch. Jonathan is organized, easy to work with, and an expert in the wedding business. He made suggestions for our wedding during the planning process that I never would have thought of on my own. He kept all of our vendors organized during the reception and made sure the photographers were prepared before every photo-worthy event during the reception. We had our wedding at The Fair Barn and purchased their lighting & decor package with the drape and chandelier and it was BEAUTIFUL. We also rented the photobooth which was a big hit with our guests and the music was exactly as requested. We also rented our table linens through this company and they were significantly less expensive than the local rental companies. They had the entire reception room set up well before we requested. Ward Productions gives you an online login to create "Must Play" "Play If Possible" and "Do Not Play" lists and they stick to the lists during the reception. I had a ton of compliments on everything that Ward Productions provided for our wedding and I am beyond pleased with their service. I highly recommend this company!

Ward Productions did was our DJ and Photo Booth for our wedding. The woman helping us design our photo strip made sure the we loved the final product, even if it took a few tries. We requested a certain DJ based off industry professionals saying he was the best that Ward had! We spent HOURS picking our music, they allow you to have 25 must play songs and 25 if possible songs. We asked family and friends to help us come up with this list to assure everyone had a great time. Unfortunately at our event our playlist was not even taken into consideration. I had to personally request songs during our wedding that were on those lists because our DJ was not playing them. I heard one of my Aunts request a song and the DJ's response was unprofessional and rude. I did call and speak with someone about the issues we had. We were told that he was going to check the songs that were played to validate our concerns and would potentially meet with the DJ that was staffed. I assumed would get a follow up call by the owner but never heard a word. Everyone says that things may not go as planned on your wedding day and unfortunately Ward Productions was the cause of that for us.

Brady Smith at Ward Productions was very helpful in recommending the sound system, tents and table for our recent car show. Roger Ward was extremely helpful with the set - up and assistance with operating the sound system, coming back to help us numerous times. Highly recommend their services!

I am Executive Director for the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) and we have been working with Ward Productions (WP) for over 10 years. We are located in Southern Pines, NC but travel the Carolinas for various events and meetings. Whether home or away, Ward Productions follows us to all the corners of the Carolinas bringing a professional look. As a side bar. we were attending an international event event in Monterey, CA (that's right... California) and Ward Productions made the trip out there to do the job! Attached are two photos from our events. Whether its mood coloring. outdoor lighting, AV equipment, street lamps, heaters, etc. WP can do it and more. If you are not sure...just ask them and they will get it more than likely. It is nice to have a professional group who covers all the details so we can put on our event with no worries. I highly recommend Ward Productions.

Ward did an incredible job providing all our rentals for our wedding this past September. As I did not have a planner, there were multiple changes to be made back and forth but it was such a pleasure to work with the team at Ward. I highly recommend working with Joeli for her excellent communication and organizational skills. As I was planning my wedding from out-of-town, most of our communications occurred via email or phone, which presents some difficulty in making sure your point gets across. However, all the miniscule changes and ideas I had recommended were easily made (with Joeli double-checking, and even correcting, mistakes made in the order form!). Most importantly, I had wanted market lights strung across the lawn and had received insane quotes from other rental companies. Ward was able to provide a lighting package that helped us stay within budget but also looked incredibly lovely and exactly what I had pictured. Many thanks to Ward for working with us on our special day!
